A Sudden Trip

Marissa dipped her finger in the pond at the back garden. The fish looked like they were swimming happily, at least in her eyes. As the wedding day was approaching, she started to get nervous.

Their case was still not settled but Blake still firmed with his decision with continuing their big day. He said nothing to worry about and he would make sure their safety is his priority.

"What are you thinking about?" Blake rested his head on her shoulder. "Are you bored?" He asked, slowly taking a seat beside her.

Today he needed to go to the office as they were having a board of directors meeting. As everyone was going, including Remy, Marissa might be bored staying alone and the maids didn't usually start the conversation unless they started first.

Marissa looked at Blake and smiled, "Have you eaten?" She asked. Looking at the time, she guessed he was probably having his lunch already.
