Chakra Training!!

I always thought if I was able to use chakra, how would it feel like? what would it's sate of matter be? whether it was gas or plasma? well before jumping to my experience , let's hear what is chakra is

Chakra is energy extracted from cells that Ninja's need to be able to use Ninjustsu or Genjutsu, to use them correctly the Ninja needs to mix their Chakra with their spiritual energy then use special Hand Seals to activate the technique that they want to use .

So in short you need the mind body, and soul.

My physical strength so far due to being a brat of a year old and some months are negligible.

compare to real ninja in contrast with a huge spiritual energy given to me for being a traverse , my chakra is really-really-REALLY pitiful even though I have unlock all my Teketsu points(expect 8 gates) and necessary chakra pathways thanks to research I have done it through naruto WIKI and Chinese acupunture (I am an expert in acupuntarance).

Infact due to the huge contrast between physical and spiritual energy, it was literally impossible to even produce chakra!!so, how do I do it?

Well there are 2 reasons:

1.Due to being a transverse , my soul and spiritual energy is very strong, unique and versatile. If those points are not met than it is imppposible to be reborn into a different world without losing your memories. My soul is unique and very strong cause it can take the journey from one world to another without damaging itself! and retaining my past life memories but even your soul is too powerful than it can't be stored in a new "vessel" that's where my soul's versatility comes into play otherwise this body would already be blown up due to the strong soul pressure, thankfully my soul adjust and adapt to this new form thanks to it's versatility.

2.My physical strength is very good! I mean, not to point of a Senju or Uzamaki but it's really better than normal physiques by a large margain.

So, these 2 basic requirements for being able to produce chakra for a traveser ( at least for me) but even with this you still can't produce chakra!! due to the huge depravity between the physical and spiritual energy!!?so to produce chakra,you still require one additional thing.

Good mental and spiritual control. Which I have achieve due to thousands of meditation and asanas and since I have already died once, I have better in-depth knowledge of soul. So using it, and my good concentration and control, I needed my spiritual energy into a compact sphere inside my soul space(which was freaking hard for me!!) and slowly take out a string of spiritual energy and merge it with physical energy and "Voila", there it you have it chakra .
