"Place in the master bedroom"

House full of noises. Finally they moved in, back to their place where they had been for the last 10 years. After having a peaceful lunch, Shira and her family were taking a nap.

'Ring....Ring...."

Squeezing her eyes Shira went up to her mom's phone to see the caller ID., and her face instantly lit up. It was"Papu", her soulmate, Best friend ,her only sister and a person with whom she shares everything with.

"Shi... did you reach home?"

"Yup.. Papu.... finally back . i am so excited that I will get to spend my final two highschool years with you " said Shira who sounded excited

"It may not happen Shi, I am transferring". those words were enough for her to break into tears. Ofcourse she cried less than Papu, who literally formed a sea with her tears when she knew Shira was transferring. the same scene repeats. But this time, it is not only Papu and Shira who will not be able to meet, but all the people will be tied up to their house for nearly 2 years., and that is how the pandemic designed our lives.

After 2 months...

"I don't think the lockdown will end easily, though. we have to get equiped for the online classes" said Shira's dad

"Yes, honey we will have to equip ourselves with our phones but Shira will need a device for her class too"

"Mmm.... we have to buy her a phone, It is not like she can skip her highschool lessons"

"Appa, I have to study seriously to give my best in my entrance exam, but there are really a lot of trouble on the way.. will this online thing workout..?"

"There is no way out, we have to endure it " sighed both of them.

Deep down the girl's heart was under joy over the fact of getting new phone.

A week after.....Lockdown was relaxed, that Shira's parents were off to work but still the students had to study online.

"My girlfriend is an alien..?"

"yes, Shira it is a chinese drama, that is trending. must watch it" squealed her friend over the phone

"Sounds different.. Will give it a try" said Shira hanging up the call.

And that is how her research over other country visuals started. She was never into hollywood, but now was so interested in dramas.

"c-drama, k-drama,j-drama.. woahh.. now I can finally differentiate these" Shira sighed while scrolling her youtube.. and something caught her eye...

"DLB.?....KPOP?.....
