Making 'Em Pay

Nogi's face was still full of hatred and anger and couldn't feel the change in the room.

Umi walked over and used her height to her advantage. Towering over the fuming shorter girl.

"Really, now isn't that unfortunate, and here I thought we were cousins," she scuffs, as Nogi's mother came over. "And here comes your despicable mother, probably going to try to push all the blame on me."

As Nogi's mother does just that, the young man gets even more irritated. He swiftly goes up behind Umi and puts his arm around her chest pulling her close to his chest protectively.

"Stay away from her you despicable bug," he grumbles, glaring at the two women in front of him. "You are the ones who should be apologizing to her. Not the other way around."

"Wh-Who are you," the mother, Yon, Umi's aunt, trembles, felling the overwhelming aura from him. "I am Gin Yon, current manager of finances of Gin International. How dare you look down on my daughter and me."

"And I'm Gin Umi no Kokoro, president and CEO of both Gin International and Sen Inc.," Umi smirks. She purposely didn't let anyone tell her greedy relatives about her take over so that she could see there faces here. And they all were fantastic. "And you're fired, Mrs. Yon."

"Wha-what, no you can't do that, I'm of the Gin family, my daughter was to be the heir of Gin International," Yon quivers, slipping onto the floor, then looks over at the elders. "You couldn't have chosen this ingrate as your heir. You just can't let some orphan take over your businesses."

Mrs. Yon has a mental break down, along with Nogi.

(No way, she couldn't have taken my position. Grandpa wouldn't have given it to her so freely.)

"Impossible, Grandpa would never have willingly given you my birthright," Nogi exclaims, running over to Elder Gin and gets on her knees, putting up an innocent act. "Right, Grandpa."

He doesn't even look at her and goes over to Umi.

"Are you okay my dear, I can't have my successor getting hurt, I want great-grandkids," Elder Gin kindly smiles. Umi slightly blushes and tries to hide her face.

"Yeah Koko, I want to see my great-grandchildren before I die, " Elder Sen agrees, also walking over leaving Nogi whining to the wind. No one took pity on her, but her mother, who ran over.

Unknown to them they had just made an enemy out of many of the people there, especially one.

Their lives will be over not too long after today because of that.

While the two were crying their eyes out, the elders were introducing the girls to the young men. The one in gray had come over not long after the elders.

"Koko'er, Moché, this is Ming Yang president of Ming Industries and Lou Sang, CEO of Ming Industries, " Elder Gin introduces. "They are one of our biggest assets to both companies. The Ming family has been friends of the family for centuries."

"Please Elder Gin, you don't need to flatter us so much," Ming Yang smiles, lighting up the whole room. "And it is such an honor for me to meet the current head of both your businesses."

He turns to Umi and takes her hand and gently kisses it. This makes the slight quickness of her heartbeat even faster. And the blush on her cheeks becomes even more prominent, going all the way to her ears.

"Yes, indeed," Umi agrees quickly recoiling her trembling hand, hiding it behind her back.

"And this beauty behind you is your little friend Moché right," Lou Sang grins, noticing Moché hiding behind Umi, scared slightly by the tall men.

"Ah, yes, she is my best friend," Umi beams, having forgotten her earlier embarrassment.

"Umi is that you, " a familiar male voice called out from the door.

The group looked towards it to see an average looking man wearing expensive clothing. In his arms was also an average looking woman. This couple was Rong Feng, Umi's ex-boyfriend, and Yun Min, Umi's ex-best friend.

Umi doesn't pay any attention to the couple as she pushes Moché forward to greet the two dashing men.

[I can't believe I fell for such a plain-looking man and friends with that even plainer looking woman.]

"Moché say hello to Lou Sang and Ming Yang," Umi giggles, hiding her disgust for the couple walking towards them.

"Umi darling, aren't you going to greet us and introduce us to the gentlemen," Yun Min smiles, covering her jealously. *Why is she so lucky, getting all the hot guys while I'm stuck with this average man.*

Everyone in the group except Moché could feel the hostility coming from the couple. Ming Yang and Lou Sang could feel her looking at them with lustful eyes. Making them even more disgusted by the two.

"Hello, Mr. Lou Sang, it's nice to meet you," Moché greets, distracting the men from the couple. Lou Sang smiles at the cute little bunny in front of him and greets back.

While this was happening, the elders were discussing something.

"Why are they here, didn't you tell me they weren't invited," Elder Sen grumbles.

"They were, I even told my security to keep them from entering," Elder Gin rumbles back. "I'm betting one of those trash sons of mine slipped them in."

"Grrr, how dare they show their faces hereafter what they did," Elder Sen replies back.

By now the couple had noticed the elders.

"Hello Elder Gin and Sen, it's good to see you both again, and I apologize for what I did to your granddaughter," Feng smiles apologetically. Receiving glares from Umi and Yang. "And might I ask who these to men are."

"No," was both elders' answers, as they both hated the couple to the very core of their being.

When they learned that he was the one to push her overboard to her almost death, they excluded him from everything. They were even angrier hearing that he did it because of Gin Kage and Min.

"This is Ming Yang and Lou Sang," Moché introduced, oblivious to everything as she still remembers that Min was Umi's old friend and such.

*That's the young head of the Ming family, they are even more powerful and rich than the Gin and Sen families together. If only I could catch the heart of the head. Hehehe*

Umi could guess Min's thoughts and snarls.

"It's so nice to meet you, Mr. Ming, I'm Yun Min Umi's childhood friend," Min sweetly greets, releasing Feng, who was very jealous of the two men.

"Childhood friend, heh, how funny, I don't remember being friends with such a slut," Umi snars, releasing a deadly aura. "My only friend is Moché."

"B-but Umi, we did everything together," Min tears up, starting up her act like Nogi, who's glaring daggers at Umi with her mother. "Oh, and Umi, my credit has you got me has stopped working. Can you go to the bank and talk to them about getting it working again. I need to buy some new clothes."

Now the whole room could hear Min for what she truly was. She had been leeching off of Umi to buy all that she had.

"No need, I was the one who ended your account, now you'll have to find some new way to buy all the things you want," Umi smirks, crossing her arms. "I'm done letting you use my money to buy things. So have fun finding someone to loan you money now."
