Youth Devil Gathering Starts and Debut of Deva's Testament

Rias and her Peerage went towards the Devil Capital, Lucifaad white is the place where Youth Devil Gathering Event. They eventually meet Sona and her Peerage who was also heading towards the same location, Issei and Saji were talking together about their progress in their Sacred Gear.

--- Unknown Dimension ---

In a certain location that unknown to the others, there was a large fortified building surrounded by many laboratories and Weapon factory with a dozen large missiles was neatly arrange properly. There many Devils in the hall were wearing a black military uniform some of them were wearing a military coat. Those with military coat has a certain rank but there was a difference between them in the case when they wear their mask. This people was none other than the Diehauser with his Peerage and the former Low-Class Devils, Reincarnated Devils, and Stray Devils was gathering in the hall.

Diehauser and the others underwent through changes as Touru giving them a modified version of Super Devil Serum Recipe, it was modified by Touru in case that some of them went to betrayed him because they had the power of Super Devil. It starts to burn every cell of the Devils include their souls after that it will release a large Explosion in their bodies. Diehauser officially becomes a Super Class Devil and his power over the Worthless Ability had gone a great leap he can also do effects of Sacred Gear Canceler to that bearer of Sacred Gears except Touru who cut the connection of his Sacred Gear in the System same as Aika's Telos Karma. And his Peerage has become Mid Ultimate Class Devils while the former Low-Class Devils and Reincarnated Devils have become a Low High-Class Devils some of the Stray Devil who was former Middle-Class Devils went through become peak Mid High-Class Devils.

The ranks that they have was:

Low High Class = Joker Mask = Soldier Rank

Mid High Class = Smiley Mask = Elite Soldier Rank

Peak High Class = Sadly Mask = Captain Rank

Low Ultimate Class = Opera Mask = Commander Rank

Mid Ultimate Class = Oni Mask = General Rank

Peak Ultimate Class = Grim Reaper Mask = Executive Rank

Super Class = Hollow Mask = Leader Rank

When all of them were gathered, Diehauser was starting to announce.

" It's time to show to the Underworld our existence and spread the fear among them that without the Devil Council we can get stronger than them. That's all and for the Deva's Testament!" he said as he raised his fist upwards.

" Let's go!" he said as he wore the Hollow Mask followed by the other they also wear their mask.

A certain Evil God was sitting in his throne as he received many reports from the spies be it in Asgard or Underworld. When he received a report about Odin who left the Asgard towards the Underworld to announce the Peace Treaty, his plans was failed as he needs to ruin the peace treaty, no matter what it cause.

" Father, no matter what you do I will ruin it even the cost of your life for the next incoming Ragnarok," he said as he vanished in his Throne.

Touru who brought Nidhogg in the Shrine, the rest of his group was welcome him and the newest member of the team.

" This is Nidhogg, it seems I don't want to read to much History books as there were many wrong statements on it," he said as he patted Nidhogg's head as he let her walk in front of her to introduce herself.

" Nidhogg's name was Nidhogg please to meet you," she said while she tilting her head cutely which is cause a different response.

" Ahh, she so cute!!" Aika said as she hugged Nidhogg as in her arms as she rubbing her face in Nidhogg smooth hair. Nidhogg appearance was a girl around 14 years old with a long jet-black hair that reaches in her knees with a slender body while her bust was a modest size and green pupils in her eyes. " As expected, a dangerous Dragon was turned out to be cute nyaa~~" Kuroka said as she look walk towards Nidhogg.

" Hmm mmm, finally I'm not only one was small in this team," Shirone said as she was holding her chin while nodding sagely.

" As a fellow creature with a powerful venom, I welcome you," Lisa said as she went closer to Touru to snuggle with him.

" Ara ara we can teach her our specialties right Akeno?" Fallen Akeno said as her counterpart agreeing with her.

" Yes to make sure that she can stay awake in bed activities with Touru-kun," Akeno said.

"" Ouch!! "" the two Akeno cried in pain as they saw Touru gave them a head chop while holding Lisa.

" Do not teach her like that, just teach her a common sense, teach her how to wear the clothes and the Table Manners and I will teach a basic studies to make sure that she can attend in school," he said as he gave them a caressed in their head.

"" Yes/Yeah Touru-kun/Touru-sama!!"" the two Akeno said.

" How can a dangerous dragon that turns to be so cute." Xenovia said as she patting the head of Nidhogg, while the latter was squirming out from the girls as she runs towards Touru and hide behind him while sneaking a glance towards them.

" So cute/nyaa~~" Aika and Kuroka said.

" Now, Lisa I want you to teach her the Hybrid Mode, with this you can form a bond with each other," Touru said as he gently caressed Lisa's head.

" Yes." She said as she continued to snuggle with him.
