"Xander!!" It was a scream

They were both stunned not expecting anybody in that tense moment

Nor rather the real mia

Xander quickly moved away from the knife it was only slowed down for a moment but it was enough

"Uhmm"

well the knife still descended anyway but he had dodged already and swiftly turned to mia

"Hurry hurry let's go"

Two  scared people were running in the hallways

" The hallways is not ending" mia cried out

Xander had noticed it too

the hallways was long

but they still couldn't reach the exit but they persistently ran

"Tch run all you want" a click of tongue was heard the fake mia or rather the enchantress spoke playfully

And her body like a blended

Melted into the shadows which chased after them

"Shit the shadows move"

Xander cursed

As the shadows crept towards them slow but at the same time not

Like playing with them

It managed to be behind them 

"Hurry" mia screamed impatiently

She didn't know where the strength came but managed to get to the living room

At the edge she was stunned "Xander!!' she screamed again

Xander had fallen behind after stumbling before he could continue

Something stabbed into his legs his thigh

" Ahh"  he saw the shadow revealing a face and kicked it away without a thought

Hearing  Mia's scream he ducked unconsciously and the knife fell

Which he stepped on and ran out

The chasing shadows didn't follow but scurried back into the dark

" It seems like it's afraid of the light " Xander murmured

"...."

The air was awkwardly silent

" What about mia how come she was gone through out that time" 

Jane asked

Mia sighed

" Woo I feel like I'm about to pee my pants" the voice was mia who rushed into the restroom

She just opened the door and saw a shadow looking at her from the mirror

" what the hel--"

She opened her mouth to scream but the mirror burst suddenly and she had to cover her face but it was too late she got a cut on the cheek before covering her face

"It's been so long" the voice sounded like hers she lifted her head and saw someone looking her her leaving stiffly

"What the hell is happening?" She tried to open the door but no one answered

She kept banging at the door calling for help and even her phone had no signal she couldn't reach anyone

"How did you get out?" Harper asked

"I'm curious too'' Xander muttered

"

"Shhhh she is still talking" Jane fired and they went quiet

Mia saw a hole up

It must have been broken recently

She could only resort to climbing the toilet sink up

Looking for a place to land but she fell

From the ceiling into a room

and sprained her ankle

that was how she rushed out planning to tell them what she saw

And saw Xander about to be murdered by the same person and screamed in fright

           Chapter 6

(Author: I will just put 5 and 6 here because this part is a little long we'll not like long long but I decided to just do this )

"That person was using my face to do such a despicable thing as murder does she want to put me in trouble"

Mia asked

As before the air was silent this time they were wondering if this was true but their seriousness made it seem true

"How?" Leo asked

"Hahaha" Harper burst out laughing

"What's wrong with you idiot" Jane asked

"Nice story whoa! I almost believed it

You both deserve an Oscar for this splendid acting oh my". Harper said

Xander and mia who experienced it

"..."

They were rendered speechless by by harpers words

"Can you be a little normal it's freaking true ok?" Xander fired

" Did you two get paid to scare us huh?"

Harper asked

"Seriously why would we?" Even mia was annoyed

"First it was that old man then now this what next huh ? Who is the next actor ? " He questioned

" You are full of bullsh*t". Mia cursed and marched away only to come back

" Hey Amelia and Jane can .. can we sleep together I'm a little scared" she said helplessly

" Uh me to-"

" Don't even think about it

why would I want to sleep with a man like you you crazy liar and actor"

" Who wants to sleep with a stupid young master like you too "

Leo gave both of them a look

" You two got injured like this why don't we all sleep around each other besides it's getting late"

His words reminded them of the time and they looked it was getting dark

" What about the beds in the rooms "

Harper asked

" Go on then'' Leo said

"Alright " Harper yawned and left

Amelia seeing this leaned close to leo

"You just let him leave like that  why didn't you  tell him?"

Amelia whispered in a voice both of them could hear

''just let him be"

Leo didn't tell him The beds in the rooms were bad and broken filled with bugs and dust plus the dirty sheets how can a young master like Harper live in that kind of room

"You know he would be upset "

"I Know"

"And you still let him go ?or do you want to see his reaction I guess his reaction would be quite satisfying

As he talks alot sweet revenge" she wriggled her brows

" I never thought of that but it's good"

Leo nodded thoughtfully

Amelia smile lightly

Leo gave her a look

" You usually don't talk much"

" I'm too lazy for that"

" You are really lazy how did you become a senior like that with this your lazy character"

" I guess I'm good at my job"

she winked at him turned and left

Leo was stunned and chuckled a little

Just then

" You seem interested in senior "

Leo froze when did this young master get here "..?.."

He glanced at Harper who had a playful smile on his face

"Should I teach you the art of--"

" How is your room? ''

he asked back  interrupting him quickly

making harpers playful smile drop

"So annoying you knew about it"

he grumbled and ignored Leo

Leo looked at him a little amused

"She was right your reaction is really satisfying"

'sweet revenge' he thought

"Go and freshen up young master"

he said

"Like I wouldn't I don't need your reminder"

Harper glared  at him and walked away

They made simple noodles and ate

Freshened up and went to bed a little tired

The air was suspiciously quiet at night

Amelia sat up and lit a lamp which she took it with her walked round the place and paused

"Why are you following me "

She spoke her voice low but enough for the person behind her to hear

"Why are you up so late"

It was Leo

"Surveying the place "

She replied

"Really senior why did you come on this mission ? ''

Leo crossed his arms " what exactly is your task? " He asked her suspiciously

She turned to face his suspicious eyes

" I was sent to check this place

The scouts sent here only one came back he refused to say anything we suspect there is something extraordinary here so I was sent on a task to guide you and your team and a private task of checking what happened, see if the other scouts are really dead and retrive the bodies"

She sighed walked closer to leo

" Are you satisfied now Leo? "

Leo furrowed his brows

" Extraordinary like what mia and Xander encountered " he asked Amelia Nodded

" I don't believe in such thing as extra ordinary Amelia ... I only believe what I see and there's nothing here

Or do you believe their story and decided to check if it's true" he answered

" Leo" her whispers made him tremble he swallowed dryly

" There are things beyond the physical eye not believing because you can't see is ignorance "

" So does that mean you al--"

" I'm going to bed " she walked past him he pulled her back

" Doesn't that mean you believe in things that don't exist "

"Not at all I have things I believe in alright let go I'm going back!"

Amelia saw leo lost in thought

" Hey"

" Huh yh I heard you  besides why don't we talk a bit about the task "

he said

" Are you sure that's why you pulled me back? " She lifted one eyebrow teasingly

" Or... Is there another reason? "

Things developed real fast that he didn't even understand anymore

"What yeah it's to .. talk" he answered

Not knowing why he stuttered

"Alright then I'm sleepy"

"Oh okay" Leo and Amelia walked back

Behind him Amelia glanced back

with a thoughtful expression

"As expected we are being watched" she said

"Huh what did you say?"

Leo asked

Nothing let's go
