My plans

my initial plan was that i would dress like a medical knight and help look after the injured in the war, all that because i was confident in my medical knowledge. the problem now was because of the S rank knight guarding me at all times then i wouldn't be allowed to leave the palace grounds and no even join the war for that matter.

but i had the best idea. i called Lucy my maid to my room and plotted to accidentally scratch my face with a broken tea cup. she had brought the tea cup to my room. i pushed the teacup on the floor and took one of the pieces of broken glass and cut my right cheek and it immediately started bleeding. i whelped in pain. immediately the S ranked knight came into my room and saw me applying pressure to my bleeding cheek. "what happened here?" he said " its alright, there's nothing to worry about, i accidentally dropped my teacup and when my maid was lifting a piece i moved my face towards it and accidentally cut my cheek. " i said Lucy continued by saying" I'm sorry my lady, now your beautiful face is ruined by my clumsiness. we have to cover this ugly scar with a veil. nobody can see her lady in this state".

this was the perfect plan. Lucy would take my place as the crown princess and because we had similar characteristics like our voice and our long black hair then she would look exactly like me.

"i shall call an imperial doctor immediately to come and tend to your wound, my lady" said the knight. "leave it, my maid can do this for me, nobody should see my ugly face now" i shot back. and i then dismissed him. he was now gone. i then sent Lucy to get some rope, a veil and a soldiers outfit for me.

Lucy came back later and brought all equipment that i told her to. i told her to change into my clothes and wear the veil. she looked exactly like me, from height to hair color. in the meantime i went to the bathroom with my soldiers outfit. i grabbed a scissor and stated cutting my long and healthy black hair. i now had very short hair like a man. i grabbed some bandages from the medicine cabinet and started wrapping them around my chest. they would help reduce by breast size and make me appear more masculine. i then got changes into my soldiers outfit and damn i looked very convincing. i walked out of the bathroom and Lucy looked at my hair in surprise. "my lady, your beautiful hair, what have you done to your beautiful hair" she asked "Lucy clam down, its just hair, it'll grow back" i said. i prepared the rope and tied the other end to a pillar on the balcony. my chamber was on the first floor but it was really high up. i grabbed the rope and began my descent. before leaving i briefed Lucy on what she had to do and i was off.

i was finally out, this was a perfect plan. i marched towards the barracks where i saw all the medical knights stationed. "oh, new recruit, what took you so long boy" the old mad there said.
