Kidnapped

The sharp sound of leather boots resounded on the otherwise quiet office floor. Inside the AA corporations, all of the employees got up from their seats to greet the head of the company and their boss who passed by them.

Arthur Alonso is the owner of AA Corps and a well-revered businessman in the world of large-scale commerce. His company had several businesses under them like resorts, manufacturing firms, automobiles, and more. But the most important and the one that helped them in achieving all of these were their cafe chains. Coffee was what made them billionaires.

"Did you find him?" Arthur asked as he tapped his wrinkled fingers on the mahogany table. As time passed, his movements became fervent and loud, "Tell me, Dante. Where is that brat?" the brat that he was asking about was none other than his Grandson. His unruly Grandson was nowhere to be found after creating a huge blunder that might put the company at a loss. Being a chief executive officer, the latter failed to do his job.

Secretary Dante Collins, glanced along the tablet in his hand before answering the previous question, "Young master, Ares was located in one of our resorts partying with his new girlfriend"

Arthur sighed, "Is she the 49th one?"

Mr. Collins let out a sorry smile before saying, "She is the 50th one to be precise"

"Ah, he has finally hit half a century I see" There was so much frustration in his tone. He was done by his grandson's antics, "I thought he would take after me but..." life never goes as planned. For Arthur, he had only one woman in his life and that was his late wife. He loved her, married her, and can never forget her. But unlike him, his Grandson, Ares was a well-known casanova. He changed his girlfriends like one would with their clothes. His wealth and background didn't help in this case because many women wanted to be with him just due to his money and would close their eyes to the glaring red flag that his grandson was.

"Dante, I want Ares here in an hour," he said reclining in his seat, "I don't care if you use force, just bring him in front of me" He would always forgive whatever his grandson did but not anymore. Arthur didn't care about Ares personal life but professional life was a different matter. His grandson's error was causing an uproar amongst the shareholders and needed to be addressed as soon as possible.

"I will do so, Chairman" With that, Secretary Collins excited the office to carry out the orders.

Ares had a calm smile on his face as he slipped the cocktail in his hands while observing the pool party that he had organized. This kind of party was one of his favorites. He could see many beautiful women half-naked in a bikini after all. It was a treat to his eyes but his ears said otherwise.

His new girlfriend proved to be more annoying than he had thought. She kept on hovering around him while chattering endlessly, "Babe, my parents wanted to meet you. They have been asking about you as soon as we became official so how about this weekend....?"

"Sweety" Her words came to a halt when Ares cut in before turning to her. His raven locks scattered due to the strong wind and his midnight-blue eyes stayed on her making the woman speechless. She dazedly looked at him too lost in his insanely beautiful face.

And Ares smirked seeing her reaction. He was well aware of the effects his handsome looks had on women. Combined with his sweet talks, Ares was unstoppable, "Natalie, we have only been dating for a week now, why don't we take it slow? I mean I would love to meet your parents but I don't want to show up half baked" he leaned towards her making her breath hitch before adding, "I want to learn everything about you, sweety and confidently stand in front of them"

"Babe...." Natalie grew sentimental. How caring he was. This was why she refused to believe her friends when they said that Ares was a playboy. She didn't want to judge him without knowing him and how right she was for doing that. Ares might have been dating around in the past because he didn't find someone he really loved till now. With her in the present with him, he will change. She was sure of it.

"I love you, babe," she said and leaned towards him and how could Ares leave this chance? He quickly took his stance ready to kiss the heck out of her until he got pulled away from his place.

Then without even letting him a chance to comprehend his situation, he was dragged away from the party and then out of the resort. He was stuffed inside his private jet and in no time it started flying.

Only then did Ares realize. These goons were sent by his grandfather. The pilot and all of his staff were too calm for being otherwise. However, what he didn't realize was why he was kidnapped like this. Did he do something recently that might have triggered his grandfather? Ares tried to think but nothing of that sort came to his mind. He had led a life like he normally would.

'Ring' 'Ring' He looked down at his cell phone and saw Natalie calling him. Ares contemplated receiving the call but decided otherwise quickly. She would only bug him unnecessarily and what could he even say? 'Hey, babe there is no need to worry, it was my grandfather that kidnapped me. Have a good day'

No way in hell would he be able to say that. So for now, he decided to stay quiet in his seat. He closed his eyes and reclined back trying to think of any reason that would have prompted his grandfather to take this drastic measure in summoning him. He knew that escaping was not an option. Not when he was stared down by three robust looking goons and absolutely not when he was already up in the sky.
