After the final bell rang, all the students were happy.

"Goodbye, students. See you tomorrow and don't forget do your assignment." said the science teacher as he walked out of the class.

More than half of the students immediately ran out after the teacher was gone.

𝑌𝑢𝑝. 𝐼𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑔𝑜 ℎ𝑜𝑚𝑒.

I packed my books and notes before carrying my bag on my back and walking out of class.

"𝑀𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟, 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑛𝑜𝑤?" I thought to myself while walking quietly on the corridor but then-

"Hey, Eva! Wait!" Alex ran up to me while panting.

I kept walking without looking at him, "What is it?"

"Are you still mad at me?" He asked while walking beside me.

I didn't answer to him and kept walking.

"Oh come on, Eva, forgive me please.." He sighed looked at me.

"First tell me what were you searching in my bag?!" I growled while glaring at him.

"Uh..um..nothing.." he scratched his head.

"Yeah right.." I started to walk faster.

Unfortunately, he managed to catch upto me...

𝑊ℎ𝑦 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠𝑛'𝑡 ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑚𝑒 𝑎𝑙𝑜𝑛𝑒?!

"I am really sorry, I really am.." he grabbed my hand, making me stop on my tracks.

I looked at him then at our hands.

"Eva, please...Forgive me.. I will do anything to make it up to you.." He squeezed my hand softly.

"Okay, okay, I forgive you.." I pulled my hand away.

𝐴𝑚 𝐼 𝑚𝑎𝑑 𝑜𝑟 𝑖𝑠 ℎ𝑒 𝑚𝑎𝑑? 𝐼 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑚𝑒𝑡 ℎ𝑖𝑚 𝑡𝑜𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑓𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒! 𝐵𝑢𝑡 𝑎𝑓𝑦𝑒𝑟 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝑐𝑙𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑠 𝑤𝑒 𝑎𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑠 𝑡𝑜𝑔𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟, 𝑤𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑟 𝑚𝑎𝑑𝑒 𝑎 𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑏𝑜𝑛𝑑...

𝐵𝑢𝑡 𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑙𝑙... 𝑤ℎ𝑦 𝑎𝑚 𝐼 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 ℎ𝑒 𝑖𝑠 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑚𝑒 𝑜𝑛 𝑝𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑒?

"Thankyou, Eva.." He smiled and I snapped out of my thoughts before looking at him, "It's not a big deal.."

Then I got on the bus and sat near the window while Alex sat beside me.

𝑊ℎ𝑦?!

"So, where do you live?" he asked while looking around the bus.

"Nearby I guess..." I sighed while looking outside the window.

𝐼 𝑑𝑖𝑑𝑛'𝑡 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑒 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑... 𝐼 𝑛𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟 𝑎𝑠𝑘𝑒𝑑 𝑚𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑖𝑡.

Then I heard him chuckle, "You are new here, aren't you? Are you a transfer student?"

𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑓𝑒𝑟 𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡?

"Maybe.." I shrugged and leaning back against the seat.

"Eva..We are friends, right?" He asked all of a sudden.

I looked at him, "Maybe.."

"You know...we just met today and... we spent the whole day and classes and all together.. I feel like... like we have become good friends.. Besides, our interests and hobbies are also quite similar.." He said while looking right into my eyes.

"Yeah.." I sighed and looked down.

Then we sat there in silence until his stop arrived.

"Gotta go, see you tomorrow, Eva." He smiled at me and got off the bus.

"Bye.." I waved at him through the window.

Then I sighed and closed my eyes.

𝐼𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑓𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑛𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑙?

𝗙𝗘𝗪 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥. . .

"Master, I am home..." I opened the door but then I paused as I sensed a very strange aura.

Just then Master arrived infront of me and whispered, "Little one, don't talk to him.."

I frowned a little, "Who-"

"And who might you be?" A man cut me off whose voice was deep and had a personality similar to Master's.

Master shook his head slowly while looking at me.

So, I didn't say anything and started to walk to my room but then he grabbed my bag from behind.

"Lucifer. Let. Her. Go." Master growled while pulling me away from him.

𝑆𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡'𝑠 𝑤ℎ𝑦 𝑚𝑎𝑠𝑦𝑒𝑟 𝑡𝑜𝑙𝑑 𝑚𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑡𝑎𝑙𝑘 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑖𝑚!

"I want to know who she is and why she is calling you Master." said Lucifer while pulling me back and I growled.

"I said let her go. She's just a human." Master growled while pulling me away from him again.

𝑆𝑡𝑜𝑝 𝑝𝑢𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑚𝑒 𝑎𝑠 𝑖𝑓 𝑓𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑎 𝑡𝑜𝑦!

"Oh, is she?" Lucifer wrapped his arms around my waist with a smirk and my eyes widened for a second before a growl escaped from me.

I tried to pull away but his grip tightened more. "Master.." I looked at master and saw that his eyes were willed with anger.

Then he clenched his fists and used telepathy to say, "𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜, 𝒅𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝑡𝑎𝑙𝑘 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑖𝑚, 𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑡𝑙𝑒 𝑜𝑛𝑒..."

𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑘𝑖𝑙𝑙 ℎ𝑖𝑚, 𝑀𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟!

"Come on, tell me who are you.." He started to squeeze my waist and I held back a growl as Master shook his head slowly. So I had to stay quiet!

"If she's really a human then why is she here? And why are you caring about her so much, hm?" Lucifer smirked at me, "Besides...she can be used for some fun..."

"Enough!!" shouted Master.

His eyes flashed red with anger as he pulled me roughly, "Go to your room!"

I nodded and quickly ran to my room before locking the door without having any idea about what to do.

My heart was pounding in my chest but then, there was a strange silence in the whole house.

Hoping that master is okay, I decided to take a deep breath. But then I heard someone getting banged against the wall and my eyes widened.

"Little one, help me!" I heard Master's voice.

"No, little one! Stay there!" I heard his voice again.

"AHH!! Help! Little one,  please!" I heard him scream in pain and without thinking of anything else, I quickly opened the door and looked around the room, "Master, what happened?!"

"Is he your master?"

"Yes! He is!" I replied but my eyes widened when I realized that I actually replied to Lucifer!

He had copied Master's voice to get me out of my room!

"There we go. Now, come here." Lucifer smirked and I walked to him...?!

𝑊𝑎𝑖𝑡, 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡'𝑠 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔?!

My pupils started to disappear.

"Little one! I had told you to not talk to him!" Master shouted but it was too late. . .

I was in Lucifer's control now.

Lucifer placed his hand on my waist, "Now, tell me why are you here?"

"This is where I live." I replied, my voice was monotone like a lifeless robot.

"Little one..." Master clenched his fists with a growl.

"Now, go and fight." Lucifer pushed me towards Master.

I clenched my fists and got in a fighting stance, ready to attack Master.

"Hell no.." Master growled while dodging my punch. Then he grabbed me and pushed me against the wall. "Little one! Wake up!" He growled while pinning me against the wall.

"Hit him." Lucifer growled and I gave Master a hard punch on his face before getting in a fighting stance again.

Then Master growled and looked at Lucifer, "Release her from your spell!"

"Why should I? Come here, my doll." Lucifer smirked and I walked to him again.

"Good girl.." He placed his hand on my waist while smirking at Master.

Master growled and looked around the room. Then he quickly opened the curtains and the sun rays fell on Lucifer's body as well as Master's body.

And because of the sunlight, his powers stopped working, the spell broke and I finally came back to my senses.

My pupils were also back to normal.

"Pretty amusing I must say." Lucifer walked into the shadows and before disappearing from here he left his words, "I will see you again, my doll. Master will be pleased to meet you.."

I was finally able to think.

𝐵𝑢𝑡 𝑤ℎ𝑦 𝑤𝑎𝑠 ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒?! 𝐴𝑛𝑑 𝑤ℎ𝑖𝑐ℎ 𝑀𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑤𝑎𝑠 ℎ𝑒 𝑡𝑎𝑙𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡?

Then I looked at Master who was raging in anger..

𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑑𝑖𝑑 𝐼 𝑑𝑜...

"Master...what-"

"I had told you not to talk to him!!" He grabbed my throat while lifting me up and a gasp escaped my mouth with my eyes wide.

"Why didn't you listen to me?!" he shouted while tightening his grip.

"I-I am sorry, master.." I gripped his wrist as he gripped my throat, my eyes started watering. I was running out of breath...

"He could have done anything to you! Why did you disobey me?!" He shouted more while lifting me up higher with his grip tightening on my neck.

"I-I am sorry, m-master.." I sniffled and closed my eyes as tears rolled down my cheeks.

Then he growled while throwing me against the wall and I fell down on the floor, sobbing while my breath was hitching as well.

He was really angry at me..

"You should have listened to me!! Not that Lucifer!!" He shouted loud enough to make me shudder.

I sniffled and didn't dare to look at him, "I-I am s-sorry.." my voice was a whisper as I wiped my tears with my sleeves.

"Be careful next time! I hate that Lucifer more than you!!" He gripped my hair roughly and pulled my head up.

"I-I just wanted to save you, master..." I sniffled while whimpering from the pain. My eyes still closed.

He growled again and slowly let go of my hair.

I quietly lowered my head while tears were still streaming down my face. My heart was racing faster than ever and my breath hitched again.

I sniffled and wiped my teary eyes as master was shouting at me again. He has been treating me really harshly since yesterday...and I am starving too..

"You better understand what I mean!" He pushed me against the wall harshly before storming back to his room.

I sniffled and curled up while letting my tears roll down my cheeks. I was scared...

He told me that I won't go to school from now... And I will be punished if I disobey him..

I sniffled and wiped my tears with my sleeves while hugging my knees close to my chest.
