In a luxurious room, there was a man and a woman sitting on the bed with worried expressions on their faces, they were the king and queen of the snow kingdom, Charles and Amara.

"Are you sure this is the only way?" Amara asked her husband.

"Baby, If there was another way you know I would have gone with that" he replied.

They were both worried because they had recently found out about a prophecy that had been hidden for centuries.

"If this is the only way we can save our kingdom, then so be it," Amara said as she caressed his cheeks

"You are the best," the king said as he gazed deeply into his wife's eyes.

Amara smiled, "I know"

Charles leaned closer to his wife and kissed her, "I love you," he whispered and leaned his head closer to his wife's.

"I love you more"

"Ok, now we just need to announce our decision to our kingdom," The queen smiled and patted Charles's face.

Charles sighed when he heard this, he did not want to announce their decision but he knew that as a king he had to put aside his grudge and do what was best for his kingdom.

"Ok sweetie, I will call Seth-his advisor-and tell him to hold a meeting with our people," he paused, "I just hope everything goes well"

"I know it will go well, especially with our children around," Amara said.

She was trying to reassure her husband that she believed all will go well, but it sounded like she was trying to convince herself.

All the people in the snow kingdom were gathered in the ballroom wondering why they were all called there. The room was filled with all the creatures of the dark, the vampire elders and rulers, the mermaid council and their rulers, the demons council, the bat and tiger clan council, and a few of the nobles of each clan or pack.

The adults knew something was up because they had never been summoned to gather there unless there was an event or something important was to be announced.

"Why do you think we've been called here," one of the noble ladies in the crowd whispered to her companion.

"I don't know, I mean last I checked there was no event meant to be held in the ballroom," her friend whispered back.

"Do you think someone died," the lady replied

Her companion looked at her in frustration and then proceeded to ignore her.

Whilst the people were whispering amongst themselves, the king and queen were making their way to the ballroom, ready to break the news to the people.

"Your majesty, please may I ask you a question?" Seth asked as he escorted the king and queen to the ballroom

"Go ahead"

"If I dare to ask, may I know why are we having this meeting," he said, it was rare for him to ask the king why he was doing something because he was his advisor and best friend so the king normally told him about his thoughts and ask him for advice- but Charles mostly spoke to his wife when he needed advice.

"You'll find out when we announce to the people," Charles said as he took a hold of Amara's hand.

"Sure your majesty," Seth bowed his head and started walking ahead of the king and queen.

Charles shook his head and smiled at his friend's overwhelming act of formality. He understood that his friend was behaving like this because they were surrounded by guards, he knew if they weren't in private Seth would have dropped his whole facade.

"Seth, have the princesses and prince's arrived at the hall," Amara asked

"No your majesty, would you like me to call for their presence," Seth paused in his footsteps and asked.

Amara shook her head and gestured with her hand for Seth to move forward.

"Why did you say no?" Charles asked his wife in pure confusion.

"It would be for the better if we told them after this meeting to avoid them from creating a scene," She stated with a serene expression

Charles undoubtedly agreed.

Soon they reached the ballroom and Seth gestured to the announcer to announce their presence.

"His majesty and her majesty have arrived," he said.

Upon hearing this the people turned to look towards the door and those who were previously sitting got up and joined the others in bowing to the king and Queen.

Charles and Amara walked to their throne.

"You may rise," Amara smiled, "please take your seats"

"I know you all might be wondering why you are here," Amara paused and Charles nodded at her to continue, "Because of crisis we are going thr-"

Amara was cut off by the whispers in the crowd, the people were wondering what crisis she was talking about because they have not heard of any crisis nor been through any crisis for a long time, if you exclude the different night species arguing which each other.

Amara gave them a sharp glare which cause the whole hall to be quiet enough to hear a pin drop.

"As I was saying, we-the king and queen and the moon kingdom council-have decided that all kids in the academy of any clan or pack will be going to the Sol kingdom's lightengale Academy,"

The whole room became silent once again till someone exclaimed, "What!"
