What's your dream?

She got up from her seat and looked at him, "Then it's a deal. You can come here from tomorrow."

He frowned, "No! Not here".

"Sir?"

"Too crowded, too noisy and we don't have books for reference. We need a private place".

"Then where? City library?"

"No! There's a resort not too far from here. It's a quiet place and nobody will disturb us there. They have a huge library for their guests. It will be a perfect place to learn."

"Alice "….."

"No! I won't come with you to a resort, it's dangerous", She immediately rejected him.

Feng Jianyu "….."

"What do you think I am? Kidnapper? Rapist? Trafficker? I am a businessman. Don't think too highly of yourself, I am not interested in you", He sternly said.

Alice got intimidated by his scary aura and moved a step back. Taking a deep breath she said, "But I… I am not..."

"You are absolutely safe with me. No one can dare touch a single strand of your hair around me. After this competition gets over, you can come here again." He used his gentlest voice to coax her.

Hearing his gentle voice, her heart relaxed a little and she nodded meekly.

"Good girl! Tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. I will come and pick you up, Ok?", He left the coffee house.

Coming out of the coffee house, he took a deep sigh of relief and twisted his neck left right because of exhaustion.

'This girl is so difficult. I have never spoken this much in my entire life, but she made me a talker today. It takes so much effort to talk to her. How am I going to convince her in the future to work with me and not my father.'

He sat down in the car and promptly called his assistant.

"Immediately book two luxury suites at rosewood resort for an indefinite time. Also ask them to create a makeshift library for us, make sure it should look like a real library. Shift all the books from the company library to that resort. From tomorrow shift all my meetings to late night till IITH exam gets over and only call me when it's an extreme emergency. You have 6 hours to finish this work."

After hanging up, he smiled devilishly and talked to himself, 'From tomorrow who will save you from me, Little Alice. We both are going to spend an entire month together, now let's see how you will say no to my offer'.

Next day Feng Jianyu arrived in his less flashy black Mercedes sedan to personally take Alice to the resort. He wanted to be sure that she comes with him, that's why instead of sending driver, he decided to escort her himself.

After reaching the resort, Alice was dumbfounded by seeing the beauty of the resort. It was a luxury resort with individual 1 BHK cottages. He took her to her assigned cottage. She noticed that just beside her cottage is Feng Jianyu's cottage. Seeing this arrangement she felt shy and her cheeks flushed red.

Feng Jianyu also showed her the library arranged by the resort. To facilitate a library for this distinguished guest, resort management has used its biggest banquet hall. It was nothing like a makeshift library and the entire place was filled with thousands of books.

Surprisingly more than 50% of the books were on computers. She wanted to ask but dropped the idea.

"I have some work to do, you can just sit here and read books before I come, ok?"

"Ok"

He left the library and come back to his own cottage to take something important. In the morning he had asked his assistant to arrange two highly professional laptops in two different colors, white for Alice and Black for him. He picked the laptop and went back to the library.

She was reading a book on Operating software. He put both the laptops on the table, "Here! This white laptop is for you and this one is for me".

"Laptop for me? But I don't…"

"Keep it… You can return it after the exam. Fine?", He stubbornly pushed the laptop in front of her.

"OK"

"You can take rest and we can start later", Saying this he was about to leave when Alice stopped him.

"No No… I don't want to rest. Let's start learning".

"Are you sure?"

"Yes", she replied firmly.

They both sat down at the table and opened their individual laptops. She would first explain something on her laptop and then guide him to copy it on his laptop. Feng Jinyu was good at handling computer but some of the things were new to him.

Alice was surprised that he is a fast learner and she doesn't have to put too much effort. While Feng Jianyu was doing the work assigned by her, she would pick some random book of her interest and read it to save on time.

Now this has become their daily routine, they would spend their time together in the library, garden, patio and try to learn something new daily.

They would eat their three meals together. Resort management would daily set their meal table lavishly in the garden under the canopy.

After dinner, Alice would go back to her cottage, while Feng Jianyu would attend his business meetings and finish his office work.

After a week of staying together, they both started to open up with each other. Especially Alice, now she is less timid in front of him. While Feng Jianyu was impressed by her pure and straight forward nature.

As time was passing, Feng Jianyu realized that Alice has started affecting him. If she ignores him, he doesn't like it. If she is sick, he gets worried. If she is upset, he wants to go and coax her. If she skips her meal, he scolds her. If she is late for the meal, he would wait at the table.

He was unable to understand what was happening to him.

At their 20th day of staying together, they were trying to create some software on their laptop.

Suddenly Feng Jianyu remembers his long-time dream, "You know, I wanted to create software that will rule the entire industry. It will be non-approachable and perfect in itself."

He turned to look at Alice, "What's your dream?"

Alice smiled, "You already know my dream. Remember? Working with Feng Dingxiong as a business partner and launch my own product".

"You mind if I ask, what is this product?", He hesitatingly asked her.

"ummmmm…..", she doesn't know how to answer this.

Seeing her reaction, he smiled self deprecatingly, "It's ok! You don't have to force yourself".

"But…. I am not a bad businessman either. Although not a genius like Feng Dingxiong, but if you want I can help you too. With me, you can decide your own profit sharing ratio. You can always rely on me and I would never cheat on you. You will always find me supporting you unconditionally. I just want one thing, never betray me." He said looking straight into her eyes.

She nodded her head meekly and averted her eyes from his face, "Thank you".

When she just replied with one word, Feng Jianyu's felt something odd. He was feeling stifled and suffocated.

That day he called the day off early. After coming back to his cottage, he called Wang Shi.
