Of course, it wasn't just the village chief that would be getting an animal best friend today.

There were too many spirit beasts to leave alone, so it was best if they could all find an animal best friend.

Which was what I was planning to do next.

Looking at the villagers who were looking at me with strange looks, I chose the other village chiefs to come forward.

They were all surprised to be chosen, but they also came forward without saying much. There were a few worried words that were said, but they still came forward to stand in front of me.

I waved my hand at the spirit beast and said, "Come forward."

There were several spirit beasts that moved this time, but then again there were several village chiefs here. It wasn't as if only one could come forward just like last time.

The village chief of this village moved to the side with his deer and just watched as the other village chiefs were approached by their spirit beasts.
