Chapter one: Too much fun

"Come on! You always work! when are you gonna have some fun?"

"Are you saying that my job isn't fun?"

"It used to be, but it's been three years and you do the same thing everyday! Nothing new ever happens!" I couldn't believe Liz was saying this. She used be so excited everytime boss sent us out. I guess I never noticed how she felt.

"Fine, but if some guy starts to hit on me, I'm leaving." I couldn't believe that I was agreeing to go to a club. A dance club at that. I can't dance and I hate socializing. Everyone there will either be not enjoying themselves or enjoying themselves too much.

"Really Kate!? You'll go!?" She was so happy so I couldn't say that the truth was that I didn't really want to go. So instead I lied and said yes.

About thirty minutes later after driving there, I entered the club in my long blue pencil dress with a curved slit on the chest part curling to my back, and my 2 inch black heels were killing me already. Liz was wearing a short, black and yellow dress with a really puffy bottom and a glittery top.

As we entered I could already see the eyes on the both of us as we dramatically entered the club.

Liz headed straight for the dance floor and I went to get something to drink. I didn't feel like drinking so instead I just ordered a soda.

I could feel a sudden gaze on me as I took my drink from the bartender. "Can I help you sir?" I turned to face the man staring at me. He was handsome. One of the most handsome men I have ever seen. He looked to be Asian. His hair was a dark brown, almost black, it was fluffed up enough for me to see his dark brown eyes. I couldn't breathe for a second and he seemed to notice. He smiled a bit which only made him look even better. He noticed me struggling to keep my posture and turned away just for a second so that I could straighten myself up. I couldn't believe that I, the daughter of Jonathon Might, was losing herself because of a guy that she just met!

"You okay ma'am?" He seemed genuinely worried but he also had a tiny bit of laughter coming from his voice because he knew what was wrong.

"Uh yeah. Yeah I'm okay." I put my hand out to gesture for a handshake, "I'm Kate."

"Aki. It's nice to meet you." When he shook my hand, I couldn't help but be surprised with how soft and warm his hands were. I didn't want to let go but if I didn't that would be weird.

"You too. So, you here alone?" I was really asking if he was here with his girlfriend or not.

"Yeah I'm here with my girlfriend." I was actually upset when he said 'girlfriend'. I guess he saw and laughed. "I'm just kidding. I haven't had a girlfriend since my last one cheated on me. That was about 2 years ago. I'm here with my brother."

"Haha your funny. I'm here with my friend. Though she kinda forced me to come, I'm glad I came." He smiled and it was so captivating. However the entire mood changed when my friend started approaching us with a stranger.

"I thought that you said if a guy/girl started hitting on you, you were gonna leave!" Everyone was looking at each other. Everyone laughed. They said the exact same thing at the exact same time.

"This must be your brother." I said curiously. He was almost as handsome as Aki.

"Yup. Meet Chin." Chin seemed to be too occupied with Liz to acknowledge that Aki was introducing us to each other. "Chin!! This is Kate!" When he finally acknowledged my presence he shook my hand.

"It's nice to meet you." He wasn't as handsome as Aki but he was handsome.

"You too. I hope Liz hasn't been bothering you." I said with a smirk. Chin seemed to understand the joke and played along.

"Oh yeah definitely. She's been a real pain in the neck." Liz looked at him as if she wanted to punch him but she laughed because she knew we were messing around. Everyone laughed and spent the rest of the night with each other. Liz was dancing with Chin and they seemed to really hit it off.

Aki and I were in our own world, dancing and singing to the songs. Just when I think I'm ready for an actual drink, another sings comes on and Aki pulls me closer. "What are you doing?"

"Just go with the flow." He seemed a bit more concentrated now. His eyes were closed and his hands were on my hips. The heat of his breathe hitting my neck, making me obey every move he made. Our foreheads touching, my hands around his neck. Everything was almost too good to be true. But I didn't care. It was happening. Happening to me!

The song started picking up the pace. With every strum he heard from the bass, the more concentrated he got. His hands slowly gliding down my waist to my ass. I didn't care. When our heads came apart, we stared at each other. And before I knew it, our lips were together. Both our lips were moving in sync. Every second making the moment better. After a while of making out he stopped to breathe. "Follow me." His voice filled with desire and lust. Me, the woman known for being hard to get, was about to go somewhere with a man she had just met mere hours ago. We got into a room and woah.
