Hallway Crash

Having picked a script, Ye Sakura rushed excitedly out of the office to go find Suzuki Sana. She had no idea when she had started acting like a little girl. In her previous life she had always been mature and had to act strong as the War-God General. She had even been a very mature child as she spent most her time and energy training.

However, the more she learned about acting, the more she became interested in it. She was truly having fun and could see why the previous owner of her new body had dreamed of acting. She truly was enjoying the current events.

She had picked a historical drama due to the first female lead being slightly similar to her in her previous life. It was called "The Generals Secret" and was about a woman who pretended to be a man in order to become a general like her father. The biggest difference between this character and her previous life was that she didn't need to pretend to be a man. But the rest of the of the character basically reminded her of who she was before her death.

Rushing with excitement, even with her heightened senses, she did not notice the man coming around the corner until it was too late.

Bam!

She rammed right into someone and they both fell to the ground. Having hit her head hard on something, it took her a second to recover and when she did she found herself looking into a pair of familiar blue eyes. Finally realizing she was currently on top of Koda Rei, the man who looked like her childhood friend, as well as the fact that their faces were close enough to kiss, Sakura rushed to get up, embarrassed.

"I'm sorry Mister Koda, are you alright?" Sakura asked as she knew this was her fault.

Taking a little longer to react after what had just happened, Koda Rei pulled himself together and got up at those words.

"It is alright Miss Ye, but please do be more careful," was all he could think of as a reply.

"Yes, I will, and again, sorry. I was on my way to find Sana. Do you know where she is at the moment?" Sakura decided to ask at the last second.

"Ah, yes, she is in the office at the end of this hall," Koda Rei immediately replied.

"Thank you, I'll be on my way." She replied while bowing before rushing off down the hall once again to avoid the awkwardness and achieve her original goal.

As he watched her leaving, he could not help but rub the spot on his forehead that hers had hit.

Arriving in the office that Suzuki Sana was in, Sakura rushed up to her and excitedly waved the script in the air.

"I found one I like!" Sakura exclaimed.

Dumbfounded by how excited the young girl in front of her was it took her a moment to respond.

"Were there any others of interest to you?" Suzuki Sana asked.

At this point the excitement in Sakura's body half drained out. Feeling a little guilty she looked down at the floor before saying, "I haven't gone through all of them yet."

"Alright, how about this. Hand me this one and while I set up an audition for you, how about you go and finish the rest to see if there are any others you like." Sana explained as if she was a mother.

Relieved, Sakura nodded as the excitement returned to her body.

"I'll go back right now," she said before once again rushing off.

After arriving back at the office she was reading in, instead of reading the rest of the scripts she sat down and stared out the window. All she could think about at the moment was what had just happened with Koda Rei and did not have the ability to concentrate on the scripts.

Koda Rei, who was currently sitting in the employee lounge waiting for Miss Fei to bring him coffee, was also deep in thought about the encounter in the hallway.

When Miss Fei stopped in front of Koda Rei and set the coffee on the table in front of him he did not seem to notice.

"Master Koda,"

Hearing his name, he came out of his daydreams and looked at his secretary.

Seeing she had his attention she continued.

"Master Koda, there is a bit of a problem. Ye Sakura is currently trending number one on social media sites. She is currently being criticized for using her connections to become an actress."

"That's fine," he responded. "We knew this might happen anyways. Call our public relations department and see if we can't stall some of this while we work on the plan to change the people's minds about her."

"Yes, Master Koda," she replied before leaving to accomplish what she was asked to do.

"Don't worry Ye Sakura, I'll be sure to make you a top tier actress," he said to himself.
