Author's POV

Hayden stared at the beautiful figure in front of him, he couldn't understand his feelings anymore. All he knew was that he would never let the woman experience pain and neglect ever again. He caressed her silky hair slowly and mumbled few words into her ear. After few minutes of watching over her, he finally decided to take his bathe since he had to rush her back to the hospital after she fainted.

"I honestly don't know what you have drugged me with, I never felt like this with Riley", he muttered.

I feel I have fallen hard, harder than I can imagine. I don't know what I will do if you ever leave me and seeing you with Dylan earlier made my blood boil with jealousy. I feel I can't leave without you please don't ever think of leaving me because you are mine and mine alone.

After mumbling those words slowly he finally left for the bathroom.

After some while he came out fully damoed with water falling from his body. He looked exactly like the hot, sexy playboy type not the devilish CEO he is rumoured to be or is.

He dressed quickly and caressed Natrina's hair before lying slowly beside her and drifting into a deep slumber.

My eyelids felt heavy moving them. I felt a burning sensation in my throat, It was as if I had shouted my lungs out the previous night and my head was very heavy to raise and each time I tried to raise it my situation only worsened.

"Hayden...", I shouted in my head which only seem to come out as a whisper in the present realm.

"Are you...okay", I heard a voice filled with concern ask.

"No...no please help", I replied even though it only sounded like a whisper to my ears.

"I will help you up"

In few minutes I was already in a sitting position with the help of the person who offered. The person looked familiar but my vision was blurry hindering me from seeing who it was.

"Hayden is it you", I asked again.

"Yes..", he replied hesitatingly.

I will get you a bowl of soup, right now all you need to do is to rest. You were poisoned at the party.

Poisoned what happened, and what party are you talking about, I..I don't remember anything , I replied innocently.

The doctor said you will need to rest fully so you can regain your few lost memories and you need to stay healthy Natty.

"I.." I tried speaking but got caught off by him.

No I 's or but's all I know is that you need to drink the soup I am about to get and rest, he said coldly.

After some minutes of waiting, he finally came back with a bowl of hot soup in his hands. He came closer to me and sat beside me.

"Let me feed you" he said tilting my head forward and using the pillow to support my head to make me more comfortable then he started to feed the soup to me.

I looked deep into his eyes which held lots of emotions, emotions thst couldn't be defined amidst them was love. I stared deeply and got lost into his eyes without realizing I wasn't having a blury vision again.

Soon he finished feeding the soup to me and called the room service to come clear the plates. Then he assisted me with taking my medicine and the likes before I drifted into a deeper slumber.
