doubts on the death

Will walked to a room,present in the right corner of the top floor

**knock knock**

He pushed the door using the handle and stepped inside

"so why did you call me" he said walking inside and sat down

There is a man sitting opposite to him with a large files and papers placed infront of him.

He has green eyes with silver hair, wearing spects.Gloomy eyes with dark circles

with a half emptied coffee cup beside him on the table along with a rose flower in a small flower vase beside the files

"oh my, how long has it been since you set your foot here.Sometimes, I wonder if you really are the owner"

Will built this school 5 years ago with the money he got from completing the missions of helping people in trouble ..

After he built this school he took a retirement from everything and settled in the forest

He doesn't like noisy places and responsibilities, so the property was handed temporarily to Charles who is presently working as the chairman of the school.

Charles is an old friend who attended the same school with Will

who is also one of the member in his group of doing missions.

After facing many deaths of their comrades they both decided in settling down after the school was built ..

After Althea will was the third powerful magic user and Charles was the fourth..

"Quit this bullshit and tell me quickly why you called me.I have to go back home by afternoon"he said taking his cigar out

"No smoking in school" Charles took the cigar from will hand while he is about to lit it

"And also what's with have to go home by afternoon? did you secretly marry without telling me" he said throwing the cigar in the trashbin

"That will never happen" he said getting irritated

"getting married or secretly getting married?"

"will you tell me already why you called me here" will asked angrily

"okay okay, relax ..i called you here today to check the seal of that room

I know you sealed it and no one can undo it expect you but recently i am getting an omnious feeling and I am unable to shake it off

so it's better to once check it and redo it if possible" he said with a disturbing expression on his face

"why are you suddenly speaking like an old man"Will said with a small smirk

"well we are getting old, i am 32 this year"

they both stood up and walked outside the room

"by the way, how is Althea doing?"

"she is dead" Will said calmly

"what?" Charles shouted "how can you say that so calmly?" he asked getting agitated

"Should I cry while telling you?"

"not like that but st--"

"she died while protecting Zia" will interrupted

"protecting from what?"

"A tiger ,but i don't think that's the only thing happened"

"then what do you think happened?"

"Charles, can't you remember how strong Althea is?

we attended the same University

and even without using her magic powers she is strong enough to defeat a tiger with her bare hands .."

"but maybe she couldn't defeat it cause she is protecting Zia ?" he asked doubtful

"Zia have not even a wound on her body

let's just say Althea died while saving Zia but there are no traces of her killing the tiger

Zia bought Althea body on her back to the village ..

if it's the tiger ..why didn't it attack Zia ?

I saw Althea body through the screen

I saw that her stomach is torn apart but none of the parts were eaten ..she was just killed brutally

if so her dress doesn't have any tigers blood on it ..

I washed those clothes

Charles was too shocked to speak a word

with a minute silence ..

"should I investigate?"

"yes, and also there is something bugging me since i took Zia in"will said with a troubled expression

"About Zia"

"what about her" he asked confusedly

"she is mute and she can't use magic but i can see a large magic potential in her"

"someone might have sealed her magic"will interrupted

"Who would do that?" Charles asked confusedly

"See, Zia have a magic potential higher than any other person i have ever seen but her proportion is different from her power so maybe the sealing of magic made her mute ?

it's just my theory but what if it's real ?" will asked concernedly

"I know, see Althea is dead ...and we can faintly say that she is killed by someone

"Altheas husband who disappeared 10 years ago?"

"yes, Eren missing after Zia being born isn't that weird ? also he was the top magic user in the whole place

why did he dissappear suddenly and why did Althea do nothing about it?"

meanwhile they reached the library

Charles opened the door

It was empty due to the class time

They walked to the last corner of the library shelf

"well let's discuss this later, first let's check the book" Charles said and opened the secret door which looked like a wall using magic. ..

disturbed by the voices a male student woke up, who is sleeping on top of the book shelf

Will and Charles went inside and being curious the student followed them inside using invisible magic and the door closed.
