VRMMORPG:The Sun Sets When The World Ends

Dante, an apostle for the evil God????? kneeled on the collapsed floor of a building coughing up blood, looking around he saw nothing but destruction where there was once prosperity and laughed self mockingly while he reminisced about how he did it. "Why?... Why did you do it Dante!" the hero said as his eyes swam looking around at this destruction, his voice sounding like he was on the verge of crying, his sword weakly at the neck of Dante, waking Dante from his reminiscent due to the icy sensation of the magical metal. "It was the only way...and even if there was another option, it's too late anyway," Dante said as he looked at the hero with his already half-blind blue eyes from the fight they just had. Hearing that, the hero didn't even continue speaking with him and just swung the sword, instantly decapitating him. The last sight he saw was the beautiful sunset mixed among the ruins of buildings as his vision turned black. Moving Mountains

Sitting on the ground, Dante felt that it was going to take around an hour for the priest to die, so he logged out and set an hour timer on his phone while he made his way to the bathroom, his bowels doing twists inside of him

*Flush*

"Aghh shitting is so relaxing after pulling off such a crazy scheme and surviving a priest 2 tiers higher than yourself" Dante said as he made his way to the fridge to take out a stone cold beer as he sat in front of the television checking the news whilst popping and drinking the beer.

Watching the news, a thought suddenly entered into his brain, "Shit!!!!!! I forgot to invest in stocks!" he said as slapped himself in the forehead for making such a rookie mistake and forgetting about such a basic concept due to him being too focused on the game.

"Agh! Whatever, I'll do that tomorrow first thing before I log in, but now it's time to check my loot," he said, on the dot as his phone timer rang, indicating him that the timer was finished.

Racing back to his bedroom, he quickly strapped on the headset, complaining as he said, "Agh! I can't wait till they make the pod as this headset is heavy and uncomfortable"

He then quickly got into a comfortable position on his bed as he logged in.

[Welcome back to Myriad Realms Online]

He skipped that notification away as he got up from his cross-legged position, turning around from the forest to look at the rocks he would have to move.

"Now comes the hard part," Dante said as he made his to the rocks. Dante surveyed the rocks at the entrance of the gorge with a frown. They were massive, each one bigger than him, and they formed a tight wall that blocked the passage entirely. It would take a Herculean effort to move them aside, but he had to do it.

Dante approached the rocks with caution, knowing that one wrong move could send them tumbling down on top of him. He studied them for a moment, trying to figure out the best way to move them. Then he tried pushing one with his shoulder, but it didn't budge. He kicked another with his boot, but that didn't work either.

Dante knew he had to be careful. He didn't want to make any noise that might attract unwanted attention. He took a deep breath, then dug his fingers into the crevices of the rocks, trying to find a grip. The rocks were rough and jagged, and they cut into his skin, but he gritted his teeth and kept going.

He strained against the first rock, pushing with all his might. It moved an inch, then two, then three. Dante felt a surge of hope as he realized he might actually be able to move it. He pushed harder, and the rock shifted even more.

But then it hit a snag, and Dante felt his strength start to give out. He struggled to keep pushing, but the rock seemed victorious. It was like pushing against a mountain. Sweat poured down his face, and his muscles screamed in protest.

Dante gritted his teeth and kept pushing, using every ounce of strength he had. The rock inched forward a little more, then suddenly broke free and tumbled down the slope with a loud crash. Dante held his breath, waiting for any sign that he had attracted attention, but there was none.

He took a moment to catch his breath, then turned his attention to the next rock. It was even bigger than the first, and he knew it would take everything he had to move it. He approached it cautiously, studying it from every angle. He spotted a small crack near the bottom, and he wedged his fingers into it, pulling with all his might.

The rock didn't move.

Dante cursed under his breath and tried again. Then he pulled and tugged, but the rock refused to budge. He took a step back, catching his breath, then tried pushing it instead. He braced himself against the opposite wall of the gorge, then pushed with all his might.

The rock didn't move.

Dante gritted his teeth and tried again. He pushed with all his might, straining every muscle in his body. Sweat poured down his face, and his heart thundered in his chest. He felt like he was going to pass out from the effort, but he kept going. Inch by inch, the rock started moving, scraping against the ground as it shifted.

Finally, with one final push, the rock gave way and tumbled down the slope, crashing into the underbrush with a deafening roar. Dante held his breath, waiting for any sign that he had been heard, but the only sound was his own labored breathing.

He took a moment to catch his breath, then approached the last rock. It was the biggest of them all, and Dante knew it would take everything he had to move it. He studied it from every angle, looking for any weakness. Finally, he spotted a small crevice near the top, just big enough for him to wedge his fingers into.

He took a deep breath, then reached up and dug his fingers into the crevice. He pulled with all his might, straining against the weight of the rock. It didn't budge. He tried again, pulling with all his might. Still,it didn't budge as he suddenly got a genius thought of using necromancy to bring the priest's corpse back alive to help him move it.

Dante stood there, gasping for breath, sweat trickling down his forehead as he gazed at the pile of boulders blocking his way. His muscles ached and his bones felt like they would snap, but he knew he had to get to the priest's body. With a steely determination, Dante focused his mind, closing his eyes, shutting off his senses and taking deep breaths making him at his most vulnerable state ever but he knew if he wanted for it to work he would have to take the risk..

As he concentrated, Dante felt a surge of energy coursing through his veins. His body began to shake as he muttered incantations under his breath. Suddenly, he felt a strange sensation, as if he had a psychic link to the dead priest's body. Slowly, he began to will the body back to life, his eyes shut tight in concentration.

As Dante focused his energy on the priest's body, he felt the corpse muscles twitching involuntarily, as if they were being controlled by a puppeteer. Slowly, the corpse was twitching until it finally stood up. Knowing that he couldn't control it for long as the divine energy still resided in the corpse, he made it leap to the entrance and help him.

Quickly, they managed to move enough boulders out of the way for a person to fit into it. "Work smart, not hard Dante, ", Dante said as he entered the gorge as he made his way to the now standing priest's body. "Return to darkness," Dante said as he waved his hand, suddenly seeing the soul fire once encompassing the eyes vanish and feeling the backlash of using a divine energy filled corpse as he looked at the loot he acquired.
