Chapter 3: LEXICON SYSTEM

It's impossible to say, but if it is then what should he do? Should he go back where he came from to start anew, or should he stay here?

"Yes, sir." The statue nodded.

It didn't even give him a chance to think. A thousand questions raced through his head at once; why is he reincarnated, what is he meant to do?, who am I? He was just overwhelmed with so many emotions that he forgot what to do.

"With so many books here maybe one of them has the information of who is the real owner of this body." He says thinking of where to start searching for information.

He then looked at the statue bowing his head to him.

"Show me the way to my room"

"As you command," The statue said.

'As expected he does have a room of his own.' As the owner of this place, he should have a room for himself. That will make things easier to search for his info.

And so the two went to the first floor where they entered a hall with paintings hung along the walls and doors, but none of them contained a living soul.

Then they proceeded on to the second floor where they came across the most incredible sight, the library. Its enormous size was so intimidating that he could hardly believe that something this big existed in this world. It took up most of the whole space in the room with shelves lining the walls, filled with books upon books.

All he wanted right now was to grab everything and study every single book in this massive library.

"When was this hut have been created?" He can't help but to ask.

"It was 340, 000 years ago..."

Shocked turned around to look at the statue. "How long did you live?"

"I've been alive for 318,100 years."

He didn't know what to think.

318,100 years! He thought. They're not normal. And since when was this place built? Who constructed it? How is it powered? What kind of lifeforms is residing here? What was the purpose of all of these things and why are these artifacts all continue to work, especially after all those years?

"How long was I been missing?" He looks at the stone statue with widen eyes.

"It's been 10,000 years my lord..."

Suddenly everything starts to become clear to him. This building was made out of magic. Every object, every book, every sculpture, and picture, everything was enchanted by some type of spell. Even the clothes he wore were enchanted with magic! All these things are simply magic and nothing more! He was fascinated by his discovery and wanted to learn magic as well, but searching for the real owner's identity is the priority.

The statue then started moving towards an entrance that seemed to lead into another dimension. The moment it stepped into the door frame, he felt extremely cold and numb all over as if someone had taken a blanket and wrapped it around him. He was confused as to what is happening. Did he enter another dimension? He then followed the statue entering the mysterious entrance.

"We are here my lord inside is your room..." says the statue.

When he finally got in there he felt an overwhelming sense of nostalgia. It feels like coming home, but this time it was the opposite. Everything felt so familiar as if he's been here countless times. He even noticed a familiar symbol etched into the floor, like a cross, in the middle of it. It is the symbol that he found on his door back then, the symbol that signifies that this place has some connection with him. As soon as he walked through the door he knew that this symbol belonged to him and was also a part of him.

'My name is Dáin and I'm the owner of this house!' He remembered the real owner's name but he finds it extremely odd because he have the same name in his past life.

He stood in the middle of the hall looking around curiously. His eyes scanned the endless bookshelves and numerous tables covered with all kinds of strange objects. There are various strange and ancient tools of unknown origins as well as many other kinds of stuff that he can't even imagine. He continued wandering and walking until he found what he was looking for. A large cabinet is full of books on a small table. He walks over to it and stares intensely at the pages of the books in front of him. They are all written by the owner of this house.

'It looks like he was interested in magic,' he thought as he flipped through each page. "First thing I need to do is to find what this world is," he muttered quietly and continued to search for an answer.

A few minutes later Daniel had finished scanning the entire bookshelf. This world is called Lõsunán. A world is full of magic where humans are on the lowest side of the food chain. This world is at least 15 times bigger than earth and has 34 hours a day and another 28 hours at night. What surprised him the most is that this world has 37 continents. What is even more surprising is that only one of that continents was owned by humans and it's the smallest one of all of them!!

He thought amazedly. But this is all irrelevant, he needs to focus on finding the real owner of this body.

He continued looking through all the papers scattered around his feet until his eyes fell upon something that stood out. It was the paper that he read before, the one that showed a diagram of a giant figure. It seems that the original owner of this body had been working on something quite complex.

There are several other books scattered on the floor near his feet so he picks up the paper and takes a closer look. When he gets to the diagram he notices that it is the image of a dragon! His eyes widened in wonder. 'What is he working on?' he muttered. He then started to read the contents of the paper. Even though it's his first time seeing the language of the paper he can easily understand it as if it was already etched in his mind.

It turns out that this person was attempting to learn their language and understand each word they possess. He can't help but ask why? What is so important about learning their language?

Why would they want to learn a language that nobody else knows? Is there any use to learning such a language?

He quickly put the paper down upon discovering an even greater mystery: what language was used to write it?!

He picked up another paper that depicted mythical creatures similar to dragons and their languages. There are many: 'Druid', 'Titan', and 'even 'Void creatures languages'.

This is the first time he has seen such a weird creature. The information about the Void creature is written on the paper that this creature lives outside the planet and consumes Void energy out in the universe. The paper explains how the void creature talks or speaks to one another. But due to their nature, they rarely show themselves to other creatures and choose to not leave Void. They are the only creatures that can live in the Void at the corner of the universe.

The last paper he found told him that the Void creatures are the ones responsible for creating portals between worlds and sometimes making people fall through them and into the void.

After reading the whole shelf he did not find anything related to the real owner's identity. Searching through the whole room, reading books, and looking for anything related to him, he finally found something.

It was a book titled "My Journey". Created by the name 'Dáin Ágálh', He was surprised because his name was similar to his past life just the surname being different. There's also a picture of the real owner's face near the name of the author which indicates that he was the author.

" Finally!!!" Dáin can't help to exclaim because of how long he was searching for anything related to this body.

He opened the book slowly and began to read the book. The first section was written in what appears to be an old language, and he was very surprised to see it appear so soon.

" My name is Dáin the creator of the LEXICON SYSTEM." This book tells about Dáin's journey from traveling between dimensions. Using the system he created, by learning the language of other races/creatures he can keep them inside the system and use them to obtain the power behind the words of the languages.

For example, by using the language of witches or demons you can have the power of the curse. You can also use the words in the system to inscribe them on objects and transfer their power to the object they are inscribed with. Every language has its hierarchy, witches' languages are far weaker than the language of demons.

Dáin was surprised to learn that he created something so powerful. It also says that if your knowledge was taken from someone very powerful or domineering it will also affect the power behind the word and make them more powerful or domineering. Dáin was so shocked that no word can come out of his mouth. There is also information about the purpose of the hut. He used it to store knowledge and information about the world he visited. There are so many collections of languages, signs, and runes in every book on those shelves.
