In addition to his school work, and mma practice, Alex now found himself with new responsibilities as he accompanied Hee-Young around Korea, attending various business meetings and social gatherings. For the time being, she had not let Alex accompany her daughter, and by the next week, Alex was completely and utterly exhausted.
Still, Hee-Young had lived up to her word. Not only had her corporation sponsored Alex as a fighter, but she had even pulled some strings and gotten him set up with his first professional fight at a local promotion. His fight was in two months' time, and because of this, Alex spent the majority of his free time inside the gym, focusing on pursuing his dream.
