Chapter 8: The Beast Girl's Torture (1)

(A/N: Just found out that in Chinese, the surname comes before the first name like in Japanese. So his name is "Yang Lei" not "Lei Yang")

After I was done passing every detail about the mission using the Divine Mental Sutra and explaining how they could recall this information, I sent them away so they could get ready to head out for the mission.

Now it was just me and Qin left in the room.

I could see that she was trying to avoid looking at me and was fidgeting.

"Do you think what I did was cruel?", I ask her

"N...no, my lord", said Qin hesitantly.

"You don't have to lie, I know what I did was cruel"

"..."

After a little pause, I ask her,

"Do you still want to be my personal guard?"

She stops her fidgeting and replies with clear determination in her eyes,

"Definitely, my lord"

I don't know why she became so serious all of a sudden but I like that.

"Good", I say and stand up.

I start taking off all my clothes so I could put the new items I got from the random draws.

Qin quickly covered her eyes with her hands but I could see her peeking in between her fingers.

I chuckle and continue taking off everything.

After I was completely naked, I turn towards Qin and say,

"If your done watching then go and get me a new robe and pants"

"Ri-right away my lord", said Qin and ran away with a red face.

When she was gone I take out the Universal Cologne and spray it on my body. When I tried smelling it, it smelled like the patchouli perfume that I liked a lot in the previous world.

I enjoy its fragrance a little more and start wearing the vest and boxers. When I was done wearing them, they automatically adjusted o my size.

'Now how do I change their color to black?"

Just as I think about changing their color, they start turning black.

"I can see why they are so much in demand", I say in amazement.

Qin knocks on my door and enters with my new clothes.

"Will you help me wear them?", I ask her.

"Yes, my lord!", she said with apparent excitement on her face.

As she was helping me wear the robes, I could see her sniffing me.

"So, what do I smell like?", I ask her.

Her face turns red for the umpteenth time, probably because she was caught, and she replies,

"you smell like mandarins"

"Mandarins, huh".

'So she likes the smell of mandarins', I think inwardly and smile.

After I was done dressing, I ask Qin,

"How do I look?"

"Ve-very handsome, my lord", she said while blushing

"hmm, let's go"

It's time I go and meet my mother.

(Nine-tails POV )

I slowly open my eyes to see that I am in a dimly lit place. I tried to get up but couldn't because I was bound to a chair and my mouth was gagged.

I struggle to see If I could get out of my bindings but it was futile.

"Oh, she finally woke up"

I turn my head to where that voice came from and see that scary guard standing next to a woman with long green hair that reached her knees.

She was smiling and looking at me with her red eyes.

For some reason, looking at her smiling face sent shivers down my spine. It was like my instincts were warning me to stay away from this woman.

She turns towards the guard and says,

"Why did you have to punch her so hard that she fainted? "

That's right, I remember now.

I was struggling and cussing her when she was taking me someplace. As she was not doing anything, I got carried away and called that man a scoundrel just to vent out my anger.

The next thing I knew, I couldn't breathe as she punched my stomach and I lost conciseness.

"She was saying bad things about Lord Lei."

"Still, you should have held back a little. We wasted so much time waiting for her to wake up."

"..."

the green-haired woman sighs and asks,

"Anyway, now that she is up, can I go and read the scroll?"

the scary guard nods her head.

I was a little scared imagining the things they might do to me but I was determined to not surrender.

Even though my cultivation is gone, I have lived for 1000 years and have been through many painful experiences.

So I can definitely handle their torture.

Besides, I know that person needs me for my techniques. So I am pretty sure that they won't kill me.

'I don't like to feel pain but if I stay strong, I am sure they will give up and do things my way', I think to myself.

The guard comes and stands next to me but the green-haired woman did not stop and instead walked past me.

"Turn her around, Lifen"

Lifen turned me around and I am greeted by a very bizarre sight.

Multiple naked men and women were bound to chairs just like me. Behind every person, a big half-naked man was standing wearing a black mask, with no openings, and black pants.

The green-haired woman goes near a table, that was filled with torture tools and picks up the scroll that the guy had handed to Lifen.

As she was reading it, her smile turned creepy which left me scared and wondering,

'Just what did that guy write in it'.

"Hahahaha, The young lord sure made something interesting!" she said with a crazy laugh and turned toward me

"So, the young lord wants me to perform some tests on these girls with this new medicine he made. And while I am performing these tests, he instructed me that I show and explain the whole process to you."

I was a little confused.

If they wanted me to submit to them, why not use that medicine on me? I don't know what that medicine does but I am sure it will do something painful.

Do they think that I will surrender myself to them so they don't hurt the other girls?

Ha, that guy must be stupid if he thinks that he can make me surrender this way. I am a beast, I don't give a rat's ass about all these humans. On the contrary, I want them to get hurt.

"Oh look here, the young lord has a message for you at the end"

I turn my attention towards the green-haired woman.

"'Enjoy the Show', he says"

'Hahaha, I definitely will enjoy seeing a bunch of humans being getting hurt and killed', I laugh inwardly.

The green-haired woman puts the scroll down, picks up a pouch, and starts walking towards the scared naked girls.

"Let me explain what I am going to be doing now"

She puts her hand inside the pouch and takes out a small blue crystal from it.

"As mentioned before, This is a medicine that the young lord has made himself. He calls it 'Blue Meth'. And according to the young lord, this is a medicine that slightly increases cultivation and gives extreme pleasure that will make a person get hooked on it the moment you consume it."

(A/N: I know that this meth increases both cultivation and spiritual energy. But Lei purposefully did not mention the spiritual energy part. Reason will be explained later.)

She stops near a young girl's chair and orders the man standing behind her,

"Take her gag off and open her mouth "

The man does as he was ordered.

"Pe.. please spare me, I don't want to die", said the girl in a quivering and scared voice.

"Oh sweety, no one is going to die. Did you not hear my explanation, when you consume it you will increase your cultivation and will feel extreme pleasure", said the green-haired woman while caressing the girl's cheek with a gentle smile.

"I...I won't die?"

"Of course not, Why would I want to kill you? This is just a small experiment. Now come on, open your mouth"

The girl opened her mouth hesitantly and the green-haired woman fed her the blue meth.

As soon as the crystal went into her mouth, the girl's eyes opened wide, her toes and fingers curled and her whole body started twitching.

Soon after, blood came out of her nose and a liquid squirted out of her nether region.

After that, the girl's body stopped moving.

"Oh my, she actually died, fufufu" said the green-haired woman while giggling.
