VIGGO - ING. VERSION

Viggo, son of Hephaestus (Goddess of forging in Orario) and Kain (Ancient Scion of Balance), was born as a demi-god. However, with a defeat and the inability to strive for a goal in life, he is sent to train with a furious master. Accompany Viggo on his path to becoming a god. "Don't be sorry, be better". This fanfic was born as a Spin-Off of the Original fanfic "Suerte y Perseverancia" also written by me and currently in broadcast. Clarifications: I have been accused of being sadistic with my readers, but I will deny such observations. What happens is that I don't give all things on a silver platter to my protagonists; everything is won. On the other hand, sometimes it just happens that situations do not go as you want. However, that is where the magic of a protagonist lies, in knowing how to move within the parameters and look for solutions with the tools he already has. Believe me, I will never screw my protagonists if it is not to make them better and more powerful. PS: THE IMAGE IS ONLY REFERENTIAL.

Orario has lost his champions 2.222

ANNOUNCEMENT: because it's the end of the year and my body knows it; I'm taking a vacation during January (that means I'm going to be posting chapters of Viggo and SyP until 12/31/2022). I will resume posting on 02-01-2023 (I'm too tired).

Viggo and his family completed the move with satisfaction, there were still some things to be arranged, but it was more important to attend the meeting with the goddess Hera. The one who had been stripped of her purpose and had to travel to a land through the painted picture of Elizabeth, in Kain's possession.

Viggo, stood in front of huge white walls with gold moldings on top, in the center a gate made with a blue glass base on its surface and gold moldings around it. You could not see that there was behind the walls at the height of the floor, they were more than twenty meters high, but you could see a huge white tower with four gold corners and countless floors with glass windows that ascended to reach the top.

-Now I understand why Dad couldn't leave Aunt Hera alone- Viggo said, something had gotten out of control, or everything was in control. One of two, either end, was scary. Viggo considered his father a great warrior, someone with a thousand tricks, skills, and magic, but to create something of these dimensions... It was out of his imagination.

Semiramis, Scheherezade and Kain admired the great construction that made the city of Orario look poor and rustic.

-Better forward- said Kain, Uriel in his arms, advancing along a cobblestone path while Viggo, Semiramis and Scheherezade followed closely in the direction of the large gold-edged blue glass doors.

-The surface looks smooth, perfect- said Semiramis, looking at the long walls around him.

-What is this crystalline material? It looks like monster crystals, but I've never seen a blue one- Scheherezade said.

Viggo advanced with his wives on either side, admiring the detail of the magnificent construction while wondering Did Hera do this? How? The gods in Orario did not have this kind of power and if they had any dominion, it was not related to creation.

At the same time, the huge glass doors ten meters high opened generating a metallic friction and leaving enough space for them to pass. Then, through that space, the interior was visible. There was a huge cobblestone path leading to the base of the tower, with flowers, trees, and animals that Viggo and the others had never seen. They even saw a bird that got scared and took flight. It was like a peacock, but red, with a golden, igneous sheen. Everyone stopped to watch him flap and then glide to head to another sector of the huge garden.

As he walked through the gates, Viggo realized that the walls were made in a circle around the great tower at its center. There were no other buildings, only wonderfully colored trees, and flowers of all colors. Even the spring vegetation of Alfheim paled against this beauty. There were also small streams that crossed the forests and passed under the cobblestone road. On the other hand, there were deer, birds and other types of beasts that lived in complete harmony but were too shy to stay less than a hundred meters from visitors.

Everyone continued walking for ten kilometers, but even if Semiramis and Scheherezade felt uncomfortable, they did not want to stop seeing the gardens. Until finally they arrived in front of the great tower with a staircase made of white marble of more than twenty steps to a large door five meters high, with the upper part made in an arch. In front of the door was a beautiful blonde woman dressed in her white robe, a laurel wreath on her head, and a baby in her hands. Her blonde hair looked perfect and emitted a golden glow according to her divinity. She smiled pleased to see them all. She was none other than the goddess Hera and her son Dorian.

-It's good to see you in good health, Semiramis- Hera said with a calm and kind smile.

-I say the same of you, Lady Hera- said Semiramis, and with Scheherezade, they both took the edges of her dress and bowed heavily.

-Thank you, how are you, Scheherezade?- asked Hera.

-Fine, preparing for the future-

-Oh, I see that you are already living in the future. Congratulations, Orario has never had so many demigods-

Scheherezade smiled under the semi-transparent veil that covered her lower face. She took Viggo's hand and squeezed it full of emotion. They had been trying for several months and there were still no results.

Hera passed her eyes to Viggo and stared at him -it's been a while and I see you took something that is not yours- she said.

-That- said Viggo -as things stand, I don't regret it, aunt. The future comes as a merciless horseman, dressed in armor, shield and spear. We must be prepared for that and take everything that can help us-

-I don't reproach you, Viggo- Hera added -but it's like when you try to put on your father's boots as a child. It's too big, I'll help you-

-Thank you, Auntie- said Viggo.

Hera nodded and then looked at Kain, who was carrying Uriel in her arms. He climbed the three steps that separated them, gave her a tender kiss on the lips and they exchanged babies. Kain took his son Dorian and Hera took Uriel, her goddaughter.

-I see you're chubby and pretty- Hera said with a big smile as Uriel looked at her face and sucked his thumb. They had seen each other quite a bit, but Uriel was unaware of her because of the golden shine in her hair. Hera didn't take it badly, gave her a kiss on the chubby cheek and then looked at the rest -come with me, you don't need to do anything-

Instantly, everyone was moved to a spacious dining room with a crystal-clear turquoise floor with some black details. There was a long table served with all kinds of delicacies. The chair at the head of the table had a long backrest, made of natural varnished wood and burgundy velvet. Five meters behind the chair at the head of the table was a large window four meters high that covered the entire length of the wall. From here you could see the gardens, the walls, the gate in the center and beyond, where the desert land surrounding the walls began. Only ten kilometers from the walls you could see the pastures, rocks, and shrubs again until all that gave way to a forest that extended covering the entire valley where the tower was. There were no settlements or other constructions, no signs of smoke or other signs of life. Only nature and the most complete solitude.

-It's a quiet place- said Viggo, approaching the window.

-For now- Hera replied, approaching the rest to look -but I can say that in a short time the onlookers will come-

-Will you be okay on your own?-

Hera stared at Viggo and gave a charming chuckle, like a fairy's. Kain next to her shook his head as he smiled and hugged her by the waist. However, so much laughter did not amuse Dorian, who slept peacefully in Kain's arms.

-I'm sorry, love- said Hera, looking at her son, looking at Viggo, and reaching out to Uriel. Viggo accepted his daughter and hugged her as she clung to his chest and sucked her thumb. Hera took Dorian, went to the table, and sat at the bedside. She took out her modest bosom and fed it without worrying about others.

The meal at Hera's tower could be considered the best of his entire life, Viggo thought. It was so much and so tasty that everyone was too sleepy to be able to talk. So, Hera provided them with some rooms, equal or more luxurious than the dining room, with floors that reflected the figures of everything that passed over them. Long high walls, furry carpets of a soft texture. Spacious beds, soft and comfortable. Varnished wooden furniture of a dark burgundy color. Chandelier-shaped lamps hanging from the ceiling and emitting a pleasant light. All too comfortable, too elegant, too unique to have been made by one person. Well, a goddess of creation made it.

The next day and after an exquisite breakfast, Viggo, Hera and Kain met. Semiramis and Scheherezade had been left to take care of Dorian and Uriel.

On the other hand, the place where they talked was a room with more than fifty meters long and wide. Long shelves on the sides of the walls filled with books written in a strange language. Perhaps, the primordial language of the goddess to whom they sealed their creative divinity. Viggo did not dare to ask because the more the thing he saw, the more the image of Hera grew in his mind.

The three sat in the middle of the room, in large individual blue velvet armchairs with a wooden table in the center. There was a set of cups and saucers, accompanied by a teapot made of a white material that neither Kain nor Viggo knew. It looked clean, with a smooth surface and chrome nozzle part.

-Well, Kain told me that he sent you and Ottar to the depths of the dungeon- said Hera, sitting down -which seems to me to be complete madness-

Kain in the armchair to Hera's left, said -It's not so crazy, unless they've served their time, nothing serious would happen to them. At least, the primordial and Uranus seem delighted with Viggo-

-Maybe- Hera said, nodding and making a slight movement with the index finger of her right hand. The white teapot with the chrome mouthpiece levitated and poured hot water into the white porcelain cups -Orario had never had so many demigods in all its history, less than a single house-

-I'm just that, a producer of demi-gods?- asked Viggo with a frown.

-No, Viggo- Hera replied, extending her right hand so that he could pour himself tea or coffee. Viggo nodded and stretched out his hands to make himself a coffee. Hera continued -the demi-gods are important; they will be the ones who will become heroes. However, it is necessary for there to be a king of the gods so that the outer gods cannot corrupt the world. You see, all creatures, no matter what they are, need to feed on something. Some of vegetables, others of meat, others of both things at the same time as humans. The gods also need to feed ourselves, but our need is so little that we do it for pleasure rather than necessity. However, if we want to become powerful, we must kill other gods and consume their divinities. Now, imagine that you raise far beyond being a king of the gods, far beyond being a god of creation, far beyond the supremes who represent the elements of existence itself-

-Of souls- said Kain.

-You know about it-

-Something, I once faced something similar, a creature with a thousand eyes and tentacles, but it was a long, long time ago-

-I see, your method of dealing with that outer god?-

-A weapon, the ultimate weapon, the weapon that can cut anything, even in the spiritual world-

-That's it... too dangerous- Hera added, squinting, and thinking about her husband's past. She shook her head and then looked at Viggo -that's right, when you reach such a great level of strength, only soul strength can feed you and, in that way, continue your growth. The outer gods only think of power, of developing and consuming, growing and nothing else, as if they were bottomless grounds. Hence the need for a king of the gods-
