Chapter 8: Party Time

Declan Perry stood before the terror and the glory. There were so many options, even for a planner like him. He usually knew what to do for every occasion, but that time there was an unexpected complication.

There were many people at all of his different businesses. Who would be sent to represent each was anyone’s guess. Declan was fine with that. He enjoyed meeting different people from all levels of the company.

The bookstore had already Airspeed, saying both owners were coming. It wasn’t a lock, but a good sign that things would go Declan’s way.

Declan could respect their independent spirit and had no intention of tampering with that. He would only ever give them funding and/or guidance, and only if asked.
