Chapter 100 What if...?

A/N: 100 chapter special! This is a "spinoff" so to say, this isn't official. A "What if?" chapter explaining "what if our MC did things this way". Enjoy!

Hi. My name is Daniel. Or, was. You know, the whole died-and-now-I'm-floating-in-the-void-waiting-for-a-ROB deal. Specifically, I got run over by Truck-kun. Amazing, right? Even as I was getting run over I was screaming out "Oh my god, Truck-kun, I'm a big fan!" and stuff like that.

Anyways, ignoring that, I continue floating around in the void waiting for my designated ROB to appear and reincarnate me like every other fanfic I read.

ROB- "My name Jeff…"

I swear I heard this guy say something as he popped into existence while blinding me with his bright glowing after effects. But I ignore it. He's an all-powerful ROB, no way he would bother referencing old memes from years back.

ROB-sama, as if hearing my thoughts, looks at me accusingly.

Wait, shit, maybe he can hear my thoughts. Damn. Let's just move on. The light around him dies down and-

Oh my god, it's an egg. What a twist! Wait, how can an egg look at me accusingly?

ROB- "Right, you get one wish and a reincarnation ticket."

Daniel- "Shouldn't it be 3 wishes or something?"

ROB- "No we had those on sale but now they're back to full price so it's only 1 wish. Take your pick."

Daniel- "Damn ok, then I wish for more wishes."

ROB- "…"

Daniel- "…"

ROB- "*Siiiiiiiiiiiiiigh*…"

Daniel- "What?"

ROB- "Well we had a hidden option going on where if you wish for more wishes or unlimited wishes or something you'd get the 'Isekai Package Deal'."

Daniel- "Isekai Package Deal? The fuck is that? Wasn't I already going on an isekai?"

I mean, I wished for more wishes on a whim, so I wasn't expecting this.

ROB- "What? No. You didn't do anything special, you weren't lucky to be chosen at random, this is normal. You get 1 wish before getting your memories wiped and reincarnated in a world similar to yours that can accommodate your wish. Like if you wish for fire magic you'd reincarnate in a modern apocalypse world where it's normal to use magic or something."

Daniel- "Damn, so I nearly went through with that?"

ROB- "Yeah. This Isekai Package Deal is like an upgraded version of what's already offered. You get reincarnated with your memories intact in a world of your choice with 3 wishes."

Daniel- "Is this allowed? I mean it sounded like it's a pain for you to have to go through with this."

ROB- "Not just me but it will be a pain for every other ROB. Every person who took this deal ended up causing trouble for all of us, it's a headache. I mean, I keep telling them to take this deal off the table if it's so troublesome, but noooooo, we just had to keep this option open… Right, whatever. Pick your wishes and the world you wanna go to."

Daniel- "Oh right then… I wish for more wishes."

ROB- "…"

Daniel- "…"

ROB- "… *Sigh* Fuck my life…"

Daniel- "Damn even this is allowed? Are you sure your reincarnation system is ok? I mean, I only said this just because I felt like it."

ROB- "Most people would think that the Isekai Package Deal was the final option and be satisfied with that. In actuality, it's just something to divert people's attention away from the fact that we didn't grant their "more wishes" wish."

Daniel- "Why couldn't just you add a rule saying "no wishing for more wishes" or something?"

ROB- "I know right!? I sent a petition stating this several times! We all did! But nooooo, we have to keep things this way. It's tradition, it's the rules! Bitch, we make the rules! We're omnipotent beings that have universes as our back yards!"

Daniel- "Sounds like a pain."

ROB- "Tell me about it… *Sigh* fucking Bethesda… Anyway, more wishes? Got it, how many?"

Daniel- "I don't know, like, 100?"

ROB- "Alright, done, you got 100 wishes. What do you want?"

Daniel- "Omnipotence."

ROB- "…"

Daniel- "…"

ROB- " *Sigh*…"

Daniel- "Seriously? Omnipotence is allowed? Who the fuck is directing all this?"

ROB- "That's classified information… Right… omnipotence… *Sigh* I need a vacatiooooooon…"

Daniel- "Ok, so uh, for my next wish… I don't know, omniscience?"

ROB- "…"

Daniel- "…"

ROB- "Right! That's it! I quit! I'm done with this shit! You can take care of the upcoming shitstorm, Bethesda! I'm not dealing with this! I'm out! See ya!"

Saying that he just yeets himself out of the void, while I am still wondering what the fuck is going on.

Well, the good news is that I have omnipotence and omniscience, so I can do whatever the fuck I want now…

Shall I go visit some anime worlds and build a harem as a generic overpowered harem protagonist?

Yeah, sounds fun. Let's do this.
