I Only Care Because Of The Baby

"And what conditions is that?" Logan asked as he stared into the eyes of Andrea.

"The first condition is that I, as the mother of my child, will get to choose who will get to keep my child!"

She stated, and hearing that, Logan was a little taken aback.

"What are you saying?" He asked.

"I'm saying that, you have ten months to prove to me that you will be a good Father for my child, I would rather not leave my child in the hands of a man such as yourself without knowing if he will be happy with you!"

"You gave conditions like you were the only parent of this child while I, the woman bearing the baby, is here so here I am making my own conditions!"

"If you can't prove that you will be able to take care of my baby, then don't even bother about any of this!" Andrea said as she then stood up, but before she could turn around to leave, Logan cold hands took hold of her.

"Fine!" He stated, as she paused slightly, "I'll give you the right to choose who the baby will be with after his birth!"

He stated as Andrea just grinned slightly, it turns out that with his child she could get him to do almost anything for her.

Meanwhile, Greg just stared at his boss and this surprisingly devious woman, she was turning the tables over to her side.

He still remembered when he did a full research on her, he found out that at high school she was known as the Red-Guilt.

For two reasons actually because she had an intoxicating Beauty and Because of how smart and invincible she was.

Even though her family treated her like nothing, she was still able to get on with high school without getting bullied once.

She was a snake!

Smiling, Andrea then turned around, "Well since the first condition is settled now we move on to the second condition."

Andrea said as she then took a seat opposite Logan!

"What's the second condition?" He asked as Andrea then said, "Actually the second condition comes in two places!"

"Firstly, I want to continue acting!" She said, taking Logan surprised.

"What do you mean by acting? You're pregnant, you can't be acting!" Logan stated.

As Andrea then said, "I know, and you gave a point but, I'm only two month pregnant and I intend to continue acting, it's my career and anyway, I can only star in just one movie and after that, we'll see what's going to happen!"

Andrea said as she looked at Logan with those blue eyes of hers which showed full determination.

"Fine!" Logan said as Andrea, then smiled brightly as Greg just looked surprised by his boss's approval to her demands.

"But you will have to have a bodyguard with you at all times!" Logan said, as Andrea kept quiet for sometime before she then nodded.

"But I want a female bodyguard instead!" She stated and Logan nodded.

After all, what the hell could happen. She would be protected, right?

"And the last one?" He questioned.

"Ah! Yes, the last condition is that you will have to do everything I tell you!" She said.

"Okay!" Logan replied bluntly without even questioning her or anything, still leaving Greg in shock.

As Andrea blinked slightly, she thought he was going to set some conditions, but it seemed like he really meant his words.

So now she wasn't just being taken care of well, but she also has a vampire under her control.

How did things turn this way?

"Well since we are done, we should get going!" Logan stated as Andrea nodded, and they stood up and made their way out.

As they walked slowly towards the car, Andrea, who was behind Logan couldn't help but stare at his masculine back.

He wore a nice suit which fitted him perfectly and now that she was staring at him closely, she now was able to see how tall and good-looking he was.

She still felt somehow bad the way she treated him when they met, she had to admit that she's getting pregnant was entirely her fault.

After all, she was the one who got drugged and slept with him, twice!

And now he was literally doing everything in his power to take care of her and the child.

Even her mom was now better, all because of him.

Sighing, Andrea then walked a little quickly as she stood beside Logan, and in the nice silence, her voice was heard, "Thank you!"

She said softly and hearing that, Logan stopped in his footsteps as he just stood there without turning his head around to look at her.

"Thank you, without your help, I don't know what would have happened to my mom, I really owe you a lot!" She said once more and Logan still kept quiet as he listened gently.

And seeing as he wasn't going to say anything, Andrea then walked ahead of him straight to the car.

But before she could enter, she heard him say, "The baby!"

He said as she paused in her footsteps, "The baby is the reason for all the care I've shown you, So thank the baby instead!"

He stated coldly with his face as expressionless as ever and with that, he helped Andrea into the car as he turned around to enter from their other side.

As Andrea just sat there in the car, she had a faint smile on as she murmured, "How could I forget."
