When Li Weijie arrived at the place where he met Su Keko that day, her pink sports car was already parked there.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting." Li Weijie recalled that day's events and couldn't help but find it amusing. How could he have done something so absurd back then?

"What are you grinning about? Get in the car!" Su Keko looked up at him, seeming a little displeased, but not as much as Li Weijie had imagined.

Remembering her words about possible revenge, Li Weijie carefully fastened his seatbelt.

Li Weijie blinked his eyes. "Where, where? I'm just being civilized and preventing any unnecessary trouble for you."

"I know you're up to something sneaky with your small-mindedness. Hmph, if I wanted to play you, I wouldn't have shown up for our arrangement." Su Keko said as she slowly started driving.

"Of course, I know that Miss Keko has the greatest magnanimity!" Li Weijie jokingly replied with a smile.

When he mentioned "magnanimity," he intentionally or unintentionally glanced at Su Keko's chest. The girl was dressed quite simply today, and her tight-fitting waist-cinching shirt perfectly showcased her youthful curves.

After his eyes swept past her full and perky chest, Li Weijie couldn't help but chuckle. He hadn't noticed before that this girl's "magnanimity" could also refer to her "chest." How did he miss that?

"Where are we going?" Li Weijie proactively asked, trying to break the awkward silence.

Su Keko grumbled, "It doesn't matter where we're going. Just follow the tour guide. Don't talk so much!"

"Still mad?" Li Weijie looked at her with a childish expression, and couldn't help but chuckle.

"Well... just following the tour guide? Isn't that the same as any regular tourist activity? Sleeping on the bus, getting off to relieve ourselves, taking photos at the attractions, and not knowing anything else."

"Can you be a bit more civilized?" Su Keko glared at him. "What do you mean getting off to relieve...?" She blushed and didn't finish her sentence.

"Getting off to what?" Li Weijie smirked. "We're here to have fun, not for sightseeing. You're taking me around A City as a friend, not as a tour guide."

"Who said I'm friends with a rascal like you?" Su Keko pouted.

Li Weijie was taken aback. "Huh? We're not friends anymore?"

Seeing Li Weijie's expression, Su Keko suddenly wondered if she had gone too far. She didn't mean to hurt his feelings with her joke. She felt a bit awkward but couldn't bring herself to deny her words.

After thinking for a moment, she could only say, "Friends don't constantly annoy and infuriate others as you do."

Li Weijie smiled wryly. "Oh... so we're not friends anymore."

Seeing the expression on Li Weijie's face, Su Keko opened her mouth but didn't say anything.

"Oh... so when did we upgrade to a romantic relationship? I don't remember that happening! When did this occur?" Li Weijie continued to sigh in a self-mocking tone.

Su Keko widened her eyes and stared at Li Weijie, noticing a hint of a smug smile in his eyes. It dawned on her that this guy was just pretending.

"There are people like this! I'm ignoring you now." Su Keko seemed frustrated in her tone, but her expression showed a hint of playfulness.

While Li Weijie was about to respond with another witty remark, Su Keko suddenly threw something at him.

"Put it over your mouth, so you won't make me angry with your words."

Li Weijie carefully observed what he caught in his hand. Was it a face mask? He opened the package and found a beautifully packaged sandwich inside.

"This... Is this for me to eat?" Li Weijie asked in astonishment.

Su Keko retorted, "Isn't it for you to eat? Did you think I would wait until now when you're hungry? Didn't you mention not having eaten? Just have this for now, so that certain someone won't be hungrily whining along the way."

After Su Keko finished speaking and didn't hear Li Weijie's response, she found a chance to glance at him. "What's wrong? Don't like it?"

When she saw Li Weijie's gaze, she suddenly realized there was gratitude in his eyes!

She was surprised, was it that serious?

This stinky brat, even though she had increased his sales so much, he never showed much gratitude.

Would he be grateful for a simple sandwich? Maybe he was just pretending.

"Keko, thank you." Li Weijie sincerely said in a low voice.

At this moment, Su Keko felt a bit awkward. "Uh... haha, it's just a few bucks for a sandwich. Why don't we skip it? I don't want people secretly thinking I'm stingy. Let me treat you to a proper meal."

"No, it's alright. This is perfect." Li Weijie genuinely smiled and then unwrapped the sandwich, bringing it to his mouth.

He didn't intend to be sentimental; he genuinely felt it.

Whenever someone is new to a different environment, they tend to remember both the good and bad things that people do for them. The memories stick with them. However, as time goes on, those actions that aren't particularly special become ordinary.

Li Weijie had only arrived in A City less than a month ago and usually interacted with his colleagues, and although they got along fine, it was only professional.

Only Xu Rong had treated him well, so he was very grateful. Now, with Su Keko's unintentional act, he also felt a sense of warmth.
