As Jin SettingSun was browsing through the internet for some memes to laugh at, a window suddenly opened up by itself.

"Popup ad, damn it ads nowadays too smart, I have 3 ad blockers yet they still invade my system", Jin said to himself, as he tried to close the window.

But the window refused to close.

"Are you depressed?", a question appeared on the window with an an 2 options of one 'yes' the other 'no'

Jin had chronic depression since he was 13, (right now he is 16). So he was pissed off at this question but since he can't close this popup window he answered yes.

"Do you find life boring?", another question was asked by the ad.

Yes, Jin answered again.

"Do you want restart your life?"

Yes, Jin answers again, but he starting to get annoyed

But right after he answered that question his laptop exploded killing Jin.

"Jin it's time for our morning clean up duty", said an unfamiliar yet strangely familiar voice from outside.

Jin opened his eyes as he heard the voice.

'Did I die', he thought to himself.

"Ahhhh", suddenly a piercing pain struck his head as foreign memories surfaced inside his mind

"Jin get your ass out here", the same voice said slightly annoyed this time.

"I am coming", he accidentally reflexively replied.

He analysed the foreign memory that surfaced in his mind. The original owner of this body had the same name as Jin, he is a servant disciple of the thunderfire sect. And the owner of the voice was Mervin Martin. He was like him a servant disciple of the Thunderfire sect. He was his best friend.

What the fuck is going on here? Did I get reincarnated line in those fantasy novels.

"Jin what is take you so long", said Mervin.

"I am getting dressed I will be out in a 3 minutes", he quickly replied as he reflexively, searched for his uniform.

"Fine 3 minutes",replied Mervin.

He quickly got dressed and went out.

"Lets go", he said to Mervin as he pulled the broom from his hands.

They chatted a bit about what they did yesterday. It was mainly Jin trying get more information out of Mervin. From what Jin gathered it seems that he had reincarnated to another universe into a body that had the same name as my past body.

That was not Jin concern, what Jin's biggest concern was that this world did not have internet. Without internet there is no memes. And Jin can't live without memes.

"What am I going to do, If I don't memes...…."

As he thought all this while sweeping, he saw a cockroach. By reflex I took the broom and smashed it.

"Ding.... Congratulation on host's first kill, host have officially activates the Ultimate level up system"

"Ding does host wish to open interface "

"Hay Marvin did you hear that", I asked Marvin.

"Hear what", he replied.

"Oh nothing", I said.

"Your acting strange today", said Mervin after which he continued sweeping.

'I definitely heard that voice and it seemed to originate from the depths my mind', Jin thought.

"Open interface", Jin whispered.

"Ding…..."

'Is this a game interface ', Jin thought to himself.

'Am I going crazy, no wait this could be my chance to rise up in this world'

Jin always lacked a sense of purpose in his past life but with appearance of this gaming system he had a solid direction to move in.

This world does not have advanced technology but it has Qi cultivation. Through it one can constantly break through the human limits and became superhuman, it is rumored that once one reach certain level in cultivation they can fly.

It had always been Jin's dream to fly up in the sky like superman but that was all just a fantasy, but now it may be possible.

In this world cultivation is divided into 7 realms. They are mortal body, houtian body, Xantian body, Martial lord, Martial king, Martial emperor, Martial ancestor. Each realm had 9 levels.

Everyone is born with mortal body level 1.

Breaking Through to the next level gets harder as one progress in cultivation.

But the world is cold and harsh place, only the rich and powerful are allowed to learn how to cultivate Qi,only sects like the thunderfire sect teaches Qi cultivation to the public, but in order learn how to cultivate form the thunderfire sect one must either have good background and directly join the outer court. Or you must join the Thunderfire sect as a servant disciple and work for a few years and earn enough contribution points and exchange it for the cultivation method.

"Hay Mervin is it possible for a servant disciple to become an outer court disciple ", Jin asked Marvin.

"Hm you don't know that, you need to at least mortal body level 5 to admitted to outer court but why are you asking me this "

"I have almost enough to buy a cultivation method", Jin said.

"You almost hit hundred points", he asked in shock.

I nodded I currently have 97 points I needed 3 more points to hit 100. You get 1 point for working one day but one bowl of rice cost 1 point. Jin had starve and eat mud to save upto 97 points.

"Don't get so cocky I have 93 points myself",said Mervin.

"Haha looks like both of us will soon become outer court disciples", I said merrly.

Mervin nooded with a smile, but smile soon turned into a bitter smile.

"What's wrong Mervin??", Jin asked.

"No its nothing its just that reaching mortal body level 5 is going to be very hard for us with our talent", said Mervin.

"We will cross that bridge once we reach it", said Jin.

The rest of the sweeping was uneventful, apart from me chatting with Mervin, I actively searched for cockroach and found 3 of them and killed them and got 3 exp points.

By the time we finished our quota of sweeping it was noon we decided to go back to our rooms.

It was then that he noticed a small ant hill.

Jin went near the ant hill and located an isolated ant and killed it.

"Ding...congratulation on killing an ant, exp +0.1"

"Mosquito's legs are small, but it's still meat",Jin said to himself.

He suddenly had a idea. He remembered seeing video in his past life of someone pouring liquid aluminum over an ant hill. What if he replaced the aluminum with kerosene, and burned the ant hill how much exp would he get. Although there is no kerosene in this world there is liquid called gar which is black liquid that burns just like kerosene.

'But where do I get Gar, the only way I can get some is by exchanging contribution points for it'

'But to exchange my hard earned contribution points for gar'

'Ah fuck it let's gamble for this once', he thought to himself.
