Chapter sixty two

Provider had just left her campus, Gideon called her outside. When she got there, she saw him resting his back on his car.

" Provider " he called, as he went to meet her.

" what do you want? " Provider asked.

" you've become fatter than before " he smiled.

" yes, I'm eating well " she said.

" do you mind going out with me? " Gideon asked, as he was worried that she would say no.

" okay. I should change my clothes first " She replied. As she turned to go back to her campus, he grabbed her hand...

" you look fine. Let's go " Gideon said as he opened the car. Provider entered the car, then Gideon entered the car and drove off.

Provider didn't go home after the break.

" how did you know I was still in the campus? " she asked confused.

" I went to your house. I met Patience, she told me you were still in campus " he replied. Provider just nod her head.

They drove till they reached a restaurant. Gideon rushed out of the car hoping to open the car door for Provider. But when he got there, she had already opened the door herself.

They entered the restaurant, one of the waiter led them to their table, then showed them the menu.

" I'll just have an orange juice " Provider told the waiter.

" with the fried rice and chicken, for her " Gideon rushed in.

" I don't... "

" I won't take a no. Fried rice and chicken are your favorite " he said. " oh waiter, please don't forget the salad. She don't like it without salad. And please put enough cream " he told the waiter.

Gideon has a chocolate complexion, has small black eyes, tall, not too fat and not too thin body, and he's barbbing a round cut.

And Provider is fair in complexion, she reaching Gideon in his shoulder, has brown eyes, black virgin hair, and has the body of a model. Same with Amanda and Praise, but Kelly is a little bit fatter.

" and also, give me same as what she's ordering " Gideon said jokingly.

" you were that one that ordered for me " Provider complained.

" I'm the father of your child after all " Gideon said with a smile on his face. Provider became really surprised...

" how did you find out? " Provider panicked.

" Patience told me. I can't believe you told everyone that I denied the child. Why? " Gideon said with a sad voice, and sad expression on his face.

" remember that day we just finished having sex then I asked you...

Flashback

Provider was standing in beside the bed, wearing her clothes inside Gideon's room. Gideon was on the bed naked and operating his phone.

" just imagine you received a news saying that you're gonna be a father, how will you react? " Provider asked, hoping to hear something good.

" I don't want a child, I'll just tell her to abort it " Gideon replied.

" yeah " Provider said disappointed.

End of flashback

Gideon paused for a while, then finally spoke...

" you were talking about yourself? " Gideon asked with a down voice.

" yes " Provider replied. Gideon rubbed his chin in shock. Just then, then waiter brought their food.

" thank you " Provider thanked the waiter, then the waiter left. Then she turned back to Gideon.

" i thought you were talking about Nancy " Gideon said.

" well I was talking about myself " Provider said as she put a spoon of rice in her mouth.

" Provider, as long as that child is from you, I will always accept it. I love you so much, Provider. But tell me why you chose to tell them I have denied the child, when I don't even know about it? " Gideon explained.

" I thought if I told you, you would want to abort it. And in my family, no one is allowed to abort a child. It is called an abomination. And my dad will want to see you, so I told them you denied the child. I don't want to put you in trouble " Provider explained.

" well, go and tell your father that the father of the child is here to take care of the mother and the child " Gideon said, then picked his chicken, and stretched it Provider. He wants her to eat it from his hand.
