Monumental Changes

Julian sorted out his plans with Ted and Bob before returning to the couch back up in his cave. He saw that the Storm wolves were gone. He spread his divine sense over the area and found that they were chilling in the city. After some debate he decided to go back down to the town to speak with William. When he got down he saw that the Construction bots were busy at work taking down the town. He had of course told Ted to tell William that they came on his orders so when a bunch of machines came out of nowhere and began destroying everything William didn't freak out.

He barely stepped outside before William who was waiting outside the cave saw him.

" Emperor J! You're back! "

Julian saw his happy face and smiled.

" How's everything been these past two months? "

William was happy to see Julian and replied with a cheerful voice.

" Emperor J we have done as you have asked and spent this time training. We plowed the lands around the river and began to plant crops like you wanted. I my self have reached the Gold core second stage while others are still in the Foundation realm. That kid Noah broke through to the gold core stage two weeks after you left and has been climbing higher and higher. "

Julian looked at him. His eyes were lost and he felt tired. It was like back on earth when he took a nap and woke up 13 hours later with no idea what was happening or where he was.

" William "

" Yes! "

Julian rubbed his head and looked around before speaking.

" I'm going to go into Secluded Mediation for a while. While I'm away I want you to work alongside Ted and Bob my Loyal Spirts to make this city better. In my cave I'm going to place a special machine that creates rare and expensive items. I want you to collect the items from the machine and take them to Luohe city and sell them to The city lord. Tell him that I sent you and take this Red jade emblem. It will allow you to purchase necessary materials at a cheaper price. As for Noah tell him to continue to work hard. I will speak with him as soon as I am out. "

" It will he done! "

Julian nodded and sealed himself in a small room within the cavern. He sat down on a Sofa and entered his inner body world where he shifted through his memories.

Time quickly passed and soon a month had passed by. Most of the city had been built and the construction bots were working on a monumental wall that ran around the entire city. In the Cavern below Hundreds of factories worked non-stop to produce construction bots and even Battle Bots as well as vehicles, tanks and even planes. Massive areas of the cavern was flattened to make space to store all of these machines.

William and Noah sat across from one another on a table made of Marble. They were in Williams new house and were enjoying some food.

" Tomorrow morning I'm going to set off to luohe city to sell off the beast cores and pick up more cultivation supplies. While I'm gone I'm going to leave you in charge of everything. "

Noah swallowed the food in his mouth and replied.

" Alright I will not let you down. Have you gotten any word from my Master this week? "

" No sadly I haven't, Ever since the Earthquakes that rocked our lands he has been gone. When he returned last month he looked off. Something about him was different than before. When I first met him he was cheerful and happy about everything but when he returned he looked like he had been through hell. "

Noah heard this and sighed.

" its a shame really, The city has grown into a beautiful city rivaling that of Some of the smaller cities in the Koryak Kingdom. Now we just need people to fill in all of these empty houses. Its starting to feel like a ghost town now. While you are off I think I'm going to go around the nearby villages and see if I can get them to move in. "

William drank a sip of his drink and nodded.

" That'd be amazing, I hope we can make this city prosper so when God emperor Henry is back he will be proud. "

Noah had heard William and the other townspeople refer to his master as a God and for a couple months he didn't believe in their words. However after Several thousand Metal humans arose from the ground and began to build complex houses and massive walls out of nothing he began to believe in it as well.

William finished his meal and cleaned up before heading for the door.

" Alright I'm going to get ready to head out again. "

Noah saw him off and grabbed some Grade 4 Qi pills before going back to his place and cultivating. He had many questions about cultivation but his master was in secluded mediation so he couldn't ask.

William made his way down the street and saw hundreds of Bots walking up and Down heading to New build sites and transporting materials to the matter converter. The road he was on was the main road that traveled from the western Mega wall to the Eastern side of the city. The Western mega wall was a sight to see. It was made of Advanced Roman concrete along with Rebar made from a special alloy. It stood a towering 500 feet tall and was around 20 feet wide. Massive artillery guns Lined the top and hundreds of smaller Turrets were built in to the front. At the ends of the Wall were two mountains. Each mountain peak had been modified into a hulking tower of Death. From each of these towers the City walls extended east until they hit another pair of mountains. Finally once the walls hit the Mountains besides the mined out mountain they went off in their own direction. The Southern wall Continued to be built to the south connecting mountains to the south and the northern wall moved straight north. The plan was to wall off the entirety of the Isvani Mountains range and build a city inside. outside the Mega wall to the West was miles of farmland being cultivated by bots and humans alike.

William walked into the cave where he found a machine that looked strange to him. It was shaped like a vending machine and had the names of various items on it. He pressed the button that read [ Rank 5 core ] and a Rank 5 core rolled out to him. He picked it up then clicked on the other buttons a couple more times. By the time he left he had 1 rank 5 core and 20 rank 4 cores. The rank 5 core was to be sold at the auction and the 20 rank 4 were to be sold directly to The city lord of Luohe.

He didn't know it but this cost More than 200 million M.V. Which wasn't a little amount by itself but compared to Julian's current supply it was like a grain of sand.

William made sure all of the items were put into Nice wooden boxes before exiting the cave. He made his way to the northern part of the city where the Blue eagles Stable was located. He took the biggest which he named Big blue. The two took off and Williams month long journey began. Near the Blue eagle stables Jake sat on a chair watching the Bots work. most of the land between the mountains had successfully been transformed into a large city but the construction still wasn't done. The bots began to Build tunnels and homes in the side of each mountain. The Bots worked on the north western face of the mountain as well but it was outside of the city walls so they built fortifications all along the mountains surface. Jake had been watching these metal beings work for most of the time he wasn't training. It was mind boggling to see these metal beings aim their left arms at thin air and create something out of nothing. He knew that these were all the creations of God emperor J And was astounded. As he watched them he came to the conclusion that based off of how long it took them to Build everything so far. Building the rest of the city shouldn't take more than 4 months. Life in Isvan for the next few months was rather calm and productive.

While Isvan enjoyed a time of peace and growth the rest of the world began to fall into Chaos. Above Every main city of every Nation in Every territory A large Chaos tear appeared in the sky. Out of every tear several million Chaos demons began to appear like a flood. The entire world was plunged into a War for survival.

Time continued and Every now and then Julian would take a break from organizing his mind and Check up on the progress of the city. Everyday that passed The stronger and smarter Julian became. Every break he took made the city grow Exponentially.

A Year passed by and Julian stood up off the couch. He stretched his body and took a shower. Once he was done he Popped open a wine bottle and took a sip. Currently he had Organized his mind about 25% and had a vast amount of knowledge available to him at all times. He wanted to organize everything but the Inheritance of Mark kept Warning him about the oncoming danger. During the past year he had managed to surround almost half of the Isvani mountain range With walls and had Built quite a sizeable army. His cities population grew to over 5,000 people thanks to the work of Noah and William. The news of chaos Tears across the world spread to every city in every territory and panic was Everywhere. The villagers and towns people heard of Isvan city and its vast walls and began to flock to it in droves. A rumor that a god was personally defending it spread amongst the populace which only served to strengthen the immigration.

Julian equipped his armor for the first time in a long time and teleported into the skies above the city. The bright light burned his eyes for a moment before he adjusted to it. His eyes glowed and he gazed upon his glorious city with his eyes for the first time in over a year. Sure he had seen it several times with his divine sense but this was so much better.

The sound of machines rang through the city and wolfs ran through the streets playing together. markets ran through the city and the hustle and bustle of people could be heard clearly. New restaurants opened up and there were even some alchemy shops and blacksmiths shops. These shops were owned by the original 40 soldiers. Once when William came back he brought with him two alchemy masters and 1 blacksmithing master. Getting them to come wasn't cheap but it was worth it as they began to teach the soldiers their craft. Jake was one such individual who took up a profession. Due to his love of watching the machines work he got into Blacksmithing and found he had a strong talent in it.

The daily affairs of the city were handled by William and Noah as well as a Group of over 5 newer Ai. During the year he had completed many missions and unlocked these Ai. Their names are Cat, Bacon, Stick, Gold and Steve. Cat was assigned control over all of the Heavy vehicles in the Underground cavern and with her working hard the production of Heavy vehicles skyrocketed. Bacon took over Construction of the Cities Walls and Turrets. Stick was put in charge of The cities farming and food supply as well as its commerce and regulation. Gold was put in control of The cites business and Produced valuable items to be sold to neighboring cities for high prices. Steve Took over all of the mining projects and Mountain fortifications. He also worked hard to expand the room for Factories in the cavern.

By this time all of the water in the Underground lake had been sucked up unlocking the Vast Supply of Natural Souls stones. Mining began immediately and Hundreds of High Grade natural soul stones began to be processed Hourly.

Julian Took a deep breath as he looked around. Once he finished he located Noah and teleported right out side of his door. He knocked 3 times and waited. A minute later he heard steps running down the stares and a 19 year old boy opened the door. When he saw the Man in armor before him his mind began to race in excitement.

" Master! You're back! "

he jumped forwards and hugged Julian which took Julian by surprise. It was awkward at first but Julian didn't push him away and instead hugged him back. It had been a while since he had a hug and he wasn't going to turn one down now. Especially after all the shit he had gone through. After that Noah welcomed Julian inside and prepared a cup of wine for him.

Noah had many questions so once he sat down Julian was bombarded with them. If he had been asked this before he would have a bit of trouble but the information left by mark made it easy. He helped his disciple through his obstacles and when he was done he pulled out a new cultivation manual. This manual in particular was a Fire Cultivation method. This was perfect for Noah so he made a copy from Marks memories. He handed it to Noah and guided him through it. This sudden change was earth shattering for Noah and he broke through his bottle neck and broke into the soul wandering stage.

With this done Julian left the house after catching up and moved down the street of the city. His next destination was Williams house. Unlike the Northern mountain which had been turned into a housing district, the southern mountain was where his original cave was located so he built a massive fortress on this one. He based the look off of Erebor from the hobbit and had two large human statues standing outside the entrance. Just outside his own fortress sat a large Roman style Villa. Inside the inner courtyard William sat still with several HQ in front of him slowly absorbing the Spiritual Qi within them. The spiritual Qi flowed around him and into his Spiritual sea. His original talent was God awful but after taking the Foundation building pills he gained genius grade talent. Some powerful sects and clans may do this for a an important heir however Williams case is special. In the outside world such a procedure would require more than 10x the amount of Elixirs and pills. It all has to do with the users ability to absorb the pill. Someone at the trash level like William would normally have abysmal absorption but thanks to a buff by the system anyone who follows Julian would receive a 100% Absorption rate. This broken buff allowed all of his men to receive Genius grade talent with the minimum resources required.

Currently William had reached the 4th stage of the golden core stage and was getting ready to break through to the 5th stage. Julian concealed his presence and walked inside the courtyard. He took a seat on the ground and watched as William attempted to break through. A minute passed by and the Spiritual Qi around William became turbulent and Denser. He took Multiple deep breaths before he began to madly absorb the surrounding Spiritual Qi. The Qi that he absorbed began to form another layer of gold around his Golden core making it slightly bigger and brighter. The Qi settled and he had broken through to the 5th stage of The Golden core realm.

" Congratulations "

Julian's sudden voice spooked William who looked over in surprise. He calmed down when he saw Julian appear in the corner of his courtyard.

" My liege you have Finally returned! "

He stood up and bowed.

" Yes I'm back, for good this time. tell me about the progress you have made so far. "

William nodded and grabbed two cups and a bottle of wine. He poured two cups and handed one to Julian before sitting down on a table across from him.

" While you were gone I have been faithfully carrying out your orders. During the past year I have made 4 trips to Luohe city and sold beast cores and purchased much needed Cultivation resources. Apart from pills and elixirs I also purchased some Martial skills and distributed them to the men. "

William finished speaking and waited for Julian's response. Julian himself honestly felt pretty bad. Although he has given them all of these resources and cultivation methods he had failed to get them any martial skills. Martial skills are the main part of a cultivators power so although his men had good Cultivation they were actually quite weak. He browsed through his vast memory and found a couple Earth grade martial skills. The grade for martial skills goes Mortal, profound, sacred, earth, Heavenly, Legendary and mythical just like Spiritual weapons. He has 3 Earth grade Skills in his mind at the moment. According to Marks leftover memories he had a couple more but they were locked away deep in his memory and it would take more time to organize his mind and find them. The three he had were Mountain Fire Fist, Snake God Shadow, and Blue lighting strike. mountain fire fist is a high earth grade technique and is fairly difficult to learn but once it is learned its incredibly powerful. If William were to master this skill at his current rank he could possibly be able to beat others several stages higher. The snake God shadow on the other hand was a bit easier to learn but was still very powerful. Once fully mastered the user would be able to create a shadow snake at the same rank as the castor to fight for them. If the user burned their Blood Qi they could advance the Snakes rank above their own for more power. The blue lighting strike was the hardest to learn and required one to be in an environment with constant lighting Qi. Once fully mastered the user would be almost unparalleled in their respective realms. Julian wanted to learn the Blue lighting strike skill but just like when he got skills from Princess Jessica he was unable to learn it. All the information to use the skill was there but when he tried it he failed as the skill required QI and he only had Electricity.

" Take these 3 Earth grade skills and place them at the newly constructed skill vault. I'm in the process of creating a point system for the soldiers. The original 40 men and their families will receive free resources for life but those that come after will have to gain contribution points if they wish to gain resources. During the next year my main focus will be to build up the city and make our empire more lucrative to others so that we will gain more followers. Another thing, in the eyes of the outside world we are nothing but a small force and nothing more. This needs to Be changed! By the end of the year The entirety of the Blue sun Territory will Know Of the Imperium of Man! "
