Julian landed on a mountain top a couple hundred miles away and fell to the ground exhausted both mentally and physically. He looked back towards the city and saw nothing but rubble and a massive tear constantly spewing out demons. He pulled out a couple soul stones and consumed them on the spot to replenish his psychic energy. As he was out of psychic energy the stones didn't give him any psychic force, once he was full of energy he consumed a soul stone again and he got a notification.

It made sense but he was a little disappointed by it.

He looked at his left arm worried and scared and became surprised by what he saw.

He once again vanished moving a couple hundred miles north where he landed in a quiet forest. Once again he consumed a couple soul stones and vanished into thin air. He looked at the marker in the sky and it said he was 67,786 miles away from the Isvani mountain range. He was shocked but he had no other choice at the moment so he continued to teleport until he ran out of soul stones. He looked at the marker once more and saw a big 10,000 miles away, he went to pull out another soul stone but found none.

" damn " He said exasperated

He sat on a rock and pulled out a bottle of wine with mixed feelings.

" What am i doing here? "

Julian spoke in a depressed tone as he drank straight from the bottle. He chugged the golden wine and felt his tiny non existent spiritual puddle begin to grow quickly. When he originally decided to go to the Golden Dragon, it was not his own choice. He possessed a weak soul at the time, so having the memories of Jessica added to him made him vastly different than he was before. He had learned that the wine at the Golden Dragon was only for those of the royal family and those that posses the royal insignia. He originally thought that he went there because he was hungry but in reality he was going there for the Wine. Every time a member of the royal family felt like they would breakthrough to the Gold Core stage they would throw a party there and drink as much wine as they could until they felt their spiritual sea turn into a raging river. Thanks to this tradition once they broke through they formed a perfect Golden core and became more powerful than normal cultivators.

Now that he had a Black soul he could process these memories better and wasn't controlled by them. He finished the bottle and felt his puddle turn into a large pond. Next he pulled out a single Grade 4 Qi pill and swallowed it with a bit of wine.

Next he opened the Ring the guard gave him and pulled out a hunk of meat. He used two sticks to hang it above the fire then pulled out another bottle.

As he drank he looked through his mind at all of his memoires back on earth. He saw his mom and dads face clearly and felt Incredibly sad. He cried quietly as he drank more wine trying to drown his pain. In a matter of minutes he finished several bottles and felt his Spiritual Pond turn into a small river. He looked over and saw the meat was cooking nicely so he ripped off a piece and began to eat it. It tasted Plain and burnt but he watered it down with more Wine. Soon 20 bottles had been emptied and a familiar feeling swept over him. His Spiritual River was Raging and overflowing sending Spiritual Qi into the surrounding forest which began to attract Spiritual beasts.

Julian looked at the 900 Qi pills in his ring and wondered how he was going to swallow all 900 pills. He had swallowed a hundred before and that had almost made him vomit. While he was thinking about it his blood moved out of his right hand and engulfed the pills consuming them within seconds.

The raging River went Wild as his cultivation jumped to Gold core Stage. The Raging river once again condensed into a golden sphere before cracking and revealing a pure white sphere. Next a dot of red appeared on the Core and in a few seconds the entire core became a deep crimson red and radiated immense power. He saw that it had ended and was ready to advance to soul wandering but to his surprises a black dot appeared on the Crimson sphere and turned the entire core Black. He looked inside his core and saw a large Black sea full of a strange black liquid bubbling violently.

His cultivation once again soared and the Black sea within his core expanded at a rapid pace and he saw lighting shoot around inside his core.

He was confused as this was not something he knew of even after searching Jessica's memories.

His skin became hot as he absorbed the Spiritual Qi in the surroundings and his sea turned into a vast ocean with hundreds of thousands of lighting bolts firing off continuously.

HIs cultivation soared again and after expending 3.8 million EXP he hit the Nascent soul Stage.

A small Mechanical island appeared inside His Spiritual sea which began to absorb the surrounding Lighting quickly. His cultivation quickly reached stage 2 then stage 3 and finally stopped on stage 4.

Julian read all the pop ups and got a headache from all the information. He sat down and yelled Loudly.

His voice faded and storm clouds appeared in the sky. The next second several hundred lighting bolts descended from the sky striking everything within 300 miles.

He looked at the beast core and and put it away angrily.

This item can be refined by cultivators to supply Qi for cultivation or it can be used to power arrays and puppets.

From his experience in reading cultivation novels these cores usually gave EXP or replenished spiritual Qi but it was now useless to him. The storm ended and he looked around only to see the surroundings had been reduced to ash. By now he had recuperated his Psychic energy so he teleported again. Once he appeared he needed a moment to recuperate his Psychic energy so he sat down and attempted to use his Celestial Contract skill.

After activating the skill he opened his eyes only to see his own body in front of him. Shocked he yelled out in surprise but no sound came out. His body stood as still as a statue breathing in and out slowly. He wanted to look at himself like this a little more but he suddenly began to rise into the air. As He got higher he began to panic, he was afraid of heights. The ground became a distant memory and next thing he knew he was in the infinite cosmos above the world. Looking around he saw large pieces of land separated by strange walls of light.

He wanted to look at his map but no matter what he did it didn't pop up. While he was trying to see his map he noticed he had moved next to a large star. His Jaw fell to the floor and he stared at the star in front of him with Awe. He realized he was incredibly close and wondered why he wasn't being burnt to a crisp when a quiet voice sounded in his ear.

" Hello little speck, why are you here? "

Julian came out of his stupor when he heard this and looked around confused but he could not find anyone.

" I'm right here little speck, look here. "

The voice faded and a bubble of fire erupted from the star, it wasn't very big but it was enough to catch Julian's attention.

" You can speak? "

Julian yelled flabbergasted.

" hahaha of course i can speak. You have come here to form a contract with me, right? "

Julian looked at the star and spoke nervously

" yes! "

" Good, Good, I feel a slight connection with you so i will offer you a small portion of my power. i will be watching you from now on, if you wish to take more of my strength you will have to impress me. "

A small sliver of starlight flew out of the star and created an imprint in his soul.

With that he flew to another star only to be ignored by it. He tried a couple more but most of them were silent but one of them decided to speak.

" I like destruction, go cause some mayhem and maybe I'll lend you a tiny bit of my power. "

Once he finished speaking with that star he felt extremely tired and his soul quickly flew back down to his body. He opened his eyes, stood up and looked at a small star tattoo that appeared on his right arm. He activated the tattoo by sending some Psychic force into it and small ball of flames appeared in his hands. A wave of information flew into his mind and he saw various abilities he could use with this small flame. Out of the several abilities only one was lit up.

He looked at the ball of flame in his hands and smiled

" YEET! "

He slammed the ball with full force into the sky and watched it land on a near by mountain top.

* BOOM *

A large crater appeared in the side of the mountain and the tattoo began to dim.

After trying out this one he looked at the Chaos summoning.

" Summon Chaos Demon "

A chaos tear appeared for a split second and a large 4 legged demon appeared in front of him. He looked at it and felt terrified, he immediately yelled loudly.

" Return! "

The chaos Demon growled at him and disappeared.

A shiver fell down his spine and he opened his map. He zoomed out as much as he could and saw several territories surrounding the Blue sun territory. A couple of the territories displayed their names such as the two territories to the south of the Blue sun territory which were ruled by the Demon Race. The Black Rock Territory and the Red Fire Territory. Together along with the southern lands of the blue sun territory they formed the Demonic Domain. To the east of the blue sun territory were 3 other territories but only one was named on his map. The Iron Hills Territory ruled by the Dwarvish Clans. To the north was a single territory called the Blue tree territory which was ruled by the Elves. And finally to the west was a single territory called The Green skin territory Ruled by none other than the Ork and Goblin Tribes.

He zoomed in on the Blue sun territory and looked at the Koryak Kingdom. Unfortunately for them they sat right on the bottom right corner of the human controlled territory within the blue sun territory. To the south was the Demon controlled lands and to the east was the Iron hills Territory. To the north was the Zavalla Empire and in the west between the Zavalla empire and the demon controlled lands was a small kingdom called Hathan. He zoomed in further into the Koryak kingdom and looked at the Isvani Forbidden zone. He originally thought the Isvani forbidden zone was completely owned by the Koryak kingdom but what he saw said otherwise. About 90% of the forbidden zone was within the Northern borders of the Kingdom but a small amount of it was inside the Iron hills territory.

He closed the Map and then started to run towards the waypoint in the sky. About an hour in he traveled close to 500 miles then teleported another 400. He ran for a full day until it became dark. He was only 4,000 miles away so he decided to push forwards. Thanks to his system he could see in the dark so he felt confident to travel, plus he didn't feel safe camping in this area tonight. He heard various roars in the night and passed by many random animals but he didn't come across any high rank spiritual beasts. The sunlight shone on the land and he finally reached Edges of the Isvani mountain range where he found a small town.

" why the hell is a town this close to a forbidden zone?? "

Seeing this mission pop up he decided against going into the town. Instead he opened the crafting menu and equipped his building glove.

He browsed the Crafting menu and came across a 10by10 square foundation. He tried clicking on it but there was no material available.

Julian walked to one of the mountains near the town and found a small cave. He looked around to make sure it was empty then he placed the Matter converter on the cave floor. Once it was placed He picked up a large rock in the corner of the cave and tossed it in.

seeing this he opened his inventory and looked at the dead bodies of the fallen soldiers. They were wearing armor made out of various metals so he tossed all the bodies in as well as the Carriage made of wood and other fancy materials.

' Jesus that's a lot of M.V. Seems bodies provide a lot of M.V. I wonder what stage these guards were in? would a mortal body and a cultivator give off different M.V. values? These guards were the guards of the princess so they must be pretty strong, I'm guessing they were around nascent soul stage or maybe even ensoulment? But then again their equipment was pretty garbage so maybe not.

With The materials acquired he built a Limestone wall blocking off the Cave entrance.

Looking at the Particles fly out of his hand he felt amazed. It was almost like a Galaxy was pouring from his fingertips into the Blue outline of the wall slowly building it. The limestone started from the ground up and after about a minute it had been completed. Seeing it done he felt Fascinated and couldn't wait to build more but he would have to wait until he was done with his upgrade. Julian sat on the floor and spoke in an energetic and excited Voice

" System I'm Ready! "
