21. Emilly Blushed

"What's wrong my dear sister?"

Emilly smiled in relief as she looked into her brother's shady eyes and reconciled her heart. Doni's mature figure is able to make Emilly hope that her future companion will be someone who has traits like her eldest brother.

"I hope you will not make the wrong decision. Maybe Daddy trusts Doni too much, so Daddy throws the responsibility on to you. Because I also know that only you can solve every problem with a cool head. Daddy really loves you."

Doni chuckled at his sister's advice. Emilly frowned in confusion, because she wasn't joking. "Don't like to draw conclusions and then argue on every problem that you don't know the subject of at all!"

CHECKMATE!!

Emilly fell silent again and cursed every word she had said to Doni. She did feel stupid for giving an opinion, when in fact she wasn't really listening to the conversation earlier inside. The main problem is Emilly doesn't know what.

Doni shook his head slowly then turned and continued walking, down the stairs and quickly out of the house which made him hot. Emilly gasped when the main door was accidentally closed with a slam by Doni.

Emilly decides to shift the answer slide when she ignores about ten calls from annoying guys. Just as she put the phone to her ear, the voice of the man on the other end made her wince and put the phone away while blowing her fist and placing it on his throbbing ear.

"EMILLY!! YOU ARE STILL BREATHING THERE? HALLO!?! HALLO?!"

Emilly glared. The tip of the phone was brought to her lips. "You expect me to die?"

"Okay forget it! I'm sorry for breaking my promise to you." His voice sounded sad, making Emilly snort in disgust.

"Idiot!! I'm picking up the phone from you because I think there's something important. But if it's not important, I intend to disconnect this phone as soon as possible!" threatened Emilly while looking at her laptop screen that was on.

"Wait, wait!! It's very urgent! You know yourself right? We're going to talk about our life-and-death relationship, sweetie..."

"Yes. I'm alive, you DIE!" finished saying that, Emilly closed her laptop in annoyance. Then she lay down on the mattress which still feels soft to this day.

"Oh my, it looks like your face gets cuter when you're upset like now. I'm getting more—"

"It's really not important. I'll close it!"

"Uh, wait!" Daniel's voice let out a long breath heard by Emilly, his cell phone was placed next to his head staring at the ceiling of his room. "I really feel guilty, Em,"

"You are guilty!"

"How about we go there tomorrow. Then—"

Emilly smiled lopsidedly. "What do you mean, you want to persuade me?"

There, Daniel chuckled hearing Emilly's clever words, guessing his thoughts quickly. His eyes caught the figure of Danish who had just arrived with two plastic bags in him hand.

"You're on the phone? With who?" Danish's gaze and voice sounded intimidating.

Daniel put his palm on the edge of his cellphone and closed it. "Wife-to-be." He said a little whisper, Danish who heard it just shook her head while chuckling softly.

Meanwhile, Emilly was still waiting for Daniel to speak again, intending to cut the connection but was unable to hear the voice of her heart telling her to be patient a little.

"Hmmm—maybe,"

"I don't want to!" he insisted.

"Wow, even though I originally intended we to find food or toys to take to the orphanage, then buy ice cream for the children. They must be very happy, I can't imagine their happy faces when they know we came with lots of things for them. But You're angry, so I'll just go there myself." Daniel's voice sounded sad, actually he only intended to make Emilly change his mind and decide to come with him again.

"You're so annoying!"

"I love you too, Emilly Walters."

If Emilly could see Daniel, now he was walking unsteadily towards the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his neck.

Emilly snorted in annoyance. Subconsciously the corners of her lips lifted, remembering Daniel's slightly crazy behavior. "I'm going with you!" She finally said.

Daniel smirked hearing Emilly's voice from the other end of the phone. "Emm—Are you naughty?"

"How naughty?"

"You know that now I want to take a shower, and you say you want to come with me. Be patient, get married first."

"DANIEEEEEL!!"

Tutttuttt (Phone line disconnected.)

Daniel reflexively screamed in surprise when the sound of Emilly's shrill scream filled his eardrums. After that, the phone connection was cut off because Emilly couldn't stand all the conversations with Daniel that ended up in pervertedness. Daniel laughed softly, then closed the bathroom door, letting his cellphone take a shower with him.

Meanwhile, Emilly herself couldn't help but smile at the moment. On the one hand, she really doesn't like the dirty talk that Daniel always says, but on the other hand, the conversation is able to make her blush and then her cheeks turn red.

Daniel just came from the bathroom with a towel rubbed on his head.

"Where are you going?" asked Daniel, watching Danish ready in her blue levis jacket.

Danish's hand rose with the comb in hers and began to brush her black hair back. "Go away!"

Daniel chuckled hearing his brother's answer. "I also know."

Danish is styled in front of the mirror in her closet. "Then don't ask!" he said, wearing the watch on his left wrist.

After that there was no more conversation between them, because they were both busy. Danish who is tying her shoelaces and also Daniel who still looks troubled because he is wearing his blue levis pants.

"You don't have any intention of telling Dad first?" asked Daniel.

Danish was silent and paused for a moment with the activity of tying her shoelaces. His eyes glanced at Daniel who did not pay attention to Danish's cynical expression because of Daniel's words that touched his heart.
