chapter 20

After I handled the new pack members issue including the parts of their unsureness to being part of the pack. At least they will be safe while they decide what they want to do. 

Walking in the direction of Alpha Jason's office to finish a few more detials that needs to be handled. When all of a sudden my father came in my direction on his cell phone.

"Phoenox," He saids as he approached me. "I have some good news. We got the place. I go in tomorrow to sign everything. It will take a few days to process but we can start the building and everything after this weekend."

"That is great," I said. "That will get some more of my to do list done. I have already took care of additional pack members. We are currently handling the help of this pack. Now we can start at least building the house first before everything else we need."

"Okay," Dad agreed. "I will get back with the group that I have been working. Soon i will work with the females in another hour. Than I am having the worriors in the first session help me with the children. I put to gether a few games that will help teach them the skills they will need."

Off he went to where the pack trains. I continue the way I was going before my dad approached. Time to talk with Jason and get a few things in order. As I appoarched the office I heard yelling going on. In a hurry I got to the door and enter. What I saw had me realize that Jason needed a lot of help.

"Get out now," Jason said.

"No I am your mate," the woman said. "I will not leave this office."

"Actually you will," I spoke up. "And if i see you bother him again I will personally teach you what it means to listen to your wolf. Jason does your wolf recognize her as his mate?"

"No he does not," Jason flat out told me. "Even I have no attraction to her never had. There is no bond. No matter what I say she continues to ignore me I am at the end of my patients with her."

"It is time for you to pack your bags," I told her. "You are going to a new pack until you straighten out. I already have a pack in mind. How familiar are you with the North Star Pack?"

"What???" She screamed. "You have no right to do this. The North Star Pack has no mercy. I will not go."

"Really because I am here to help your Alpha," I calmly said. "Your Alpha gave me every right to do what is needed to be done. How dare you disrespect me! I am an Alpha that has been willing to aid your pack in their time of need. And you are only concerned with your fucking status in the pack. This will not fly. Now get your clothes packed you will be leaving with an escort to your temporary pack. If you do not have anything packed you will be going with just what is on your back and have to earn everything to get anything. Now go."

Sheran off with fear all over her face. Once she was gone I closed the door and turned to Jason.

"Solved that annoying problem," I said. "This paper work that is all over can be taken care of easily. I suggest you and the beta get an assistant that you both can work with. They can file and keep what is what in order for you. Secondly, I need to talk with the head pack doctor, head cook and head house keeper. These people will do an invantory of their whole department and hand it in to one of my people. My people that will take these list will compile that will assist everyone to do a weekly check. the person who does the inventory will sign it, than the head in the three department and finally you. By doing this process you can see what is needed and what is not. Or if anything needs to be ordered it can be done. Next on my list is the request form. In this form it will be for the pack to request items to help better the pack. Such as a specail medical equipment or some sort of play ground item for the kids."

"Wow," Jason said amazed. "You sure do not wait on anything."

"No," I respond. "Some of the things I am appling I use in my pack. Everything helps and my pack knows that once a week I have one person takes a look over what we have instock. This keeps us on top of things and less paper work also no surprises. As for assistant for you and the beta we need to start figueing out someone who can handle that."

"I do not think that will be very good idea," he said. 

"Oh but it will," I told him. "You both have a ton of paper work and other responiblities to look after. By having an assistant, they will help you get things under control. This will get you more organize and take some stress off you. Also they can keep your meetings in order and be like a leazon to your pack. Looking at how the females are responding to you I would say a male assistant may be best."

"I really do not see how that will help," he said unsure of taking the step. 

"Let me put it this way," I said. "Give it a try and see how it works. If it is something that helps and works keep it. If not than get ride of your assistant. All I am saying is anything is better than what is going on now with your pack. At this moment you are so busy with paper work you hardly have time to walk among your pack and do some training with them. What I am suggesting is to make your job easier not harder. It may sound like a lot of paper work but it is not."

"What are you up to? Really I would like to understand that much," Jason requested.

"Okay. Let me start with this office. It is a mess and needs to get under control. when your paper work is under control than you can have other things to focus on," I explain. "Than there is the fact that you have no system set up for your supplies in the pack house or with the pack doctors. By establishing a system the doctors as well as you can figure out what is need for the pack better. This will help you with organization. As for the finances side, set up an accountant that can help you out but the beta and you will over view it. You should have at least three signitures with high command on it that have over veiwed it. The thrid can be an elder if need be. Once this system is in place it will make your job as alpha run smoother and ability to focus on other things. One of the other focus can be training or even sucerity around the boarder. All I am trying to do is help you elimate some of the problems you are having. As for the extra people, they can help greatly but try and put someone who is mated as your aids. This way you can work without having someone trying something. But you need to find some help."

"Okay I can see where you are coming from," Jason said. "Thank you for all your help. After my father had died and left me as alpha, I have been struggling to get everything in order. Some of this paper work is what my father never got to and need to do. I am just barely keeping my self above water through the process. It feels like you are adding to what I have on my shoulders but in truth you are actuall elimating some of my work and spreading it around to some of the others that are in charge."

"All I am doing is spreading the work load a little for you," I told him. "By spreading it the only thing you need to approve and sign for is when they need supplies or a special equipment for the pack. So tha next step is getting you an assistant. Do you want a male or female? Also we need to decide on someone who is mated or not. For the accountant the same applies. Your beta needs to make the same decission for his assistant. Both of you try out the assistant and see how it works. If it works out keep them and continue. If not get ride of them. Everything I am putting in place is to help you out. At anytime you feel it is not working than go a head and get rid of it but give it at least six month being in place before deciding what yout choice is."

"Six months to see if what you put in place work," he responded. "That I can work with."

"Okay. Now on to this paper work," I said. "If we can get some of this sorted than we can quickly get it done. Also get what your father had left behind as well. or we can start finding an assistant for you now."

"Let's find me an assistant," He said. "I may not like it but I would rather get it over. As for preferances, I would like to have as little problems as possible. So first I would like to find a male that I can work with. If not than a mated female with her mates permission or does not mind that she is working with me. As for the assistant, I would like the same for the accountant."

"Alright first thing first," I said. "We need to find a qualified male wolf for the accountant spot. so put out the mind link to your wolves about it. As for your assistant, I want you to go around randomly working or being around other male wolves in your pack. Only pick out ten wolves that you feel comfortable to be around. Than we will start narrowing it down. If you by any chance run into any mated females that you believe you can work with make a list. After that we can work on finding one that will work for you."

"That I can do," he said. "What do you plan to do while I am doing that?"

"Why get your paper work under control," I said. "What you are doing is something you have to do alone. I cannot make that decission at all for the simple fact that you are trying to find someone that you can work with. While you are doing this I can work on your paper work and give you the quick review over everything. If you need to sign anything i will put it in a pile for you so you can sign them."

"So you are willing to do my paperwork for a little while?" Jason said. "I already have someone in mind for my assistant. He is a young bot but would not fear me. Also he would speak up even if it anger me but in a way make me feel like I am not being challenged."

"That is the best person to work with you," I said. "For the simple fact that he is willing to stand up to you. When you have other alphas he may see something that you guys may miss. If he can keep you from feeling challenged, than there is a high chance that he can do that with other alphas and would best serve by you. Call him here so we can talk with him."

"His perants loved the old slavic names and calture," Jason said. "I do not know why they chose his name but they had a few. Hoped he would be a worrior but he had no interest in it. In fact on occation you can catch him in our pack hospital calming the injured wolves and keeping the children calm."

"Hmmm," I said as I thought. "Have you checked to see if he is an omega. They are rare but I do have one that I placed into safety and send those who are troubled to. He helps heal them and keeps the calm so that they can get through their issues. By the time he is done they are ready to move on. Omega's in general have the ability to keep people calm and when they are not mistreated will have the courage to stand up to an alpha. But when they do this it is in a way that does not threaten an alpha's position."

"I never thought of that," Jason said just as a knock came at the door. "Come in."

In walked a young boy who looked close to ten years of age.

"how old are you?" I asked him.

"I am thirteen. And I believe I have never met you before madam alpha," He responded.

"I am alpha Phoenox Zeva Winter of the Reaper worrior pack," I introduced my self. 

"Alpha sir you called me," he looked to Jason. "Did I do something that was wrong sir?"

"No you have not," Jason said. "Relax please. Alpha Phoenix here has been helping me and thought I should have an assistant to help me. I thought you would be best to fit that possition. She also tinks you may be an Omega. Phoenix this Dragomir."

"Dragomir," I said. "You being an Omega is not a bad thing. In fact what you have been taught about them now a days is not correct. They are not slaves or lowly pack members. In fact they help balance out a pack more. Many people think that Omegas are weak and should be killed but that is wrong. In fact I am going to have my own Omega come and train you. Every Omega is unique in their own way. Yes it is best for them to learn how to protect themselves but they have a different type of fighting than a normal wolf. My Omega name is Diego Alvis. I found him running from his pack. They wanted to kill him but I stopped that and now he is part of my pack following me. In fact those who struggle to trust or be around others, I send to my castle that I had bought. It has been fixed up and moddernized for everyone who goes there."

"What do you mean that I am an Omega?" He cried. "I have everyone picking on me because I am different. The pack treats me like I am the plague. When ever I am near or touch someone they hurt me. The alpha and beta never have done that they treat me well."

"Well let's get you all trained up," I said. "Diego is a type of guy to keep calm and try to work everything out before fighting. In fact I saw him stop fifteen rouges and had them come out of their blood lust. I was amazed at that and when he was done talking with them. Found out they all lost their mates and could not handle it. In fact he gave them hope of a better future and I have been aiding them. Since they have been with me, they have changed their ways and hope to find someone who will accept them. Love them as they are. In a way they are broken and refuse to get to close to anyone."

"You mean to tell me that I can do a lot more than now?" He questioned. 

"Yes young Omega," I said. "If an Omega is trained and taught, they can do and be so much more. I have let Diego do what he must but I had prayed to the moon goddess to teach him how to best use his abilities. He told me about the dream he had. How the moon goddess talked to him and explain she had wanted to have a peaceful set of wolves that would help out the werewolves. But the other wolves did not like it one bit so they started to harm them. After that he mentioned how she proceeded to teach how to use his Omega abilities and how each Omega is unique in their own way."
