"Really?!" I said with a happy smile. "Sure," She said, looking up from the floor. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I said cheerfully. "Your welcome dear, do you want to go visit your friend?" she asked, "Am I allowed to go right now?"

"Sure, I can make an exception for your absence."

"Thank you, I'll be back before 3! Bye"

"Bye!"

I ran across the street and passed some caution tape beside a road. I assumed that was what I saw earlier outside my window and looked to the side as I passed it. I didn't want to be reminded and just wanted to check on Keith. As I walked in I heard "Please, you gotta let me see him! He's my brother, we're family!". "I'm sorry, but only the father and mother can see him unless requested by the patient himself." The lady said to the girl. "Ask him! He'll let me see him. I'm his sister, Kate!" she said desperately begging to see him. "Hey, are you okay?" I said, walking up to the girl. "They won't let me see my brother. I just want to see if he's alright," she said. "I'll ask her" I whisper to the girl. She nods and looks at me. "Ma'am, I don't mean to bother you, but I and this girl here want to come to see someone," I say firmly. "But you're not the patient's parent" She responds. "Sure we aren't, here read this," I say, passing her a paper that the janitor gave to me. "You were requested by the patient himself?" She says sweating. "Yes, now if you don't want to intrude or go to court for misjudgment you will let us pass," I say, having NO IDEA what I was saying. "Y-yes, go on right ahead. It's room 664" She said pointing towards the hallway. "Thank you, let's go," I say looking back at the other girl. "Thank you! So much! You're a miracle worker!" The girl said as we walked to room 664."No problem, let's go on in." I say waiting for her to open the door. She opens the door slowly and walks in. "Keith!" She says suddenly running towards him. "Keith..? This is his sister?" I say in my head while walking on in. "Hey Kate," He says faintly. "Oh my gosh, are you ok?!" She says while standing alongside him. I make my way towards him and wave at him with a smile. He looks at me and smiles. "I'm ok, you brought Alexa?" he says while leaning towards me. "Alexa? Oh, that's her name. You know her?" Kate says while looking at me. "Yea, she's my- friend." He says while pausing in the middle of my. I slightly blush but catch myself before he looks at me. "You have a friend?! And I didn't know?!!" She says while looking back at Keith. "You were supposed to know?" He responds with a chuckle. I giggle and smile. I'm glad he's ok, and I'm glad his sister isn't as weird as my grandma. We talked for an hour or two before a nurse came in and said "Visiting hours are over," she said that and left. Didn't wait for a response, anything. "What a strange nurse," I mumbled.

[Kate POV]

Keith definitely seems to be into this girl, he kept on talking to her and barely even talked to me. TwT Now the girl, she seems all over him too. I'm the only loner here. TvT. I kinda wish I had a boyfriend, I have no one and yes, I have a crush. But there is NO WAY I'll tell him I like him. No chance at ALL. He's too good for me… Anyways! Let's annoy them! "So, when's the date?" I ask them. "What?!" Keith yells. I chuckle and endure their arguments. "Lol, I was kidding," I say. "Phew" Alexa says. "Or was I..?" I finished. "Argh! Kate!" Keith screams. "C'mon Alexa, visiting hours are over and I don't wanna see this injured baby boy erupt." I joke and grab Alexa and run. "I'm not a baby!" He yells as we close the door. We laugh the whole way to my car, and I offer her a ride. "Ahhh, that was fun. Why in the world would you think we're dating?!" Alexa says as she buckles herself in. "Because, I ship it and you guys are totally into each other," I say chuckling. "We are not!" she says with a tsundere look. Yea, they are totally into each other. "Yea, yea deny it all you want, but you gotta at least admit to me you like him," I say. "If I say if I do or don't, will you not tell him and stop mentioning it?!" She says. "Sure, no promises" I mumbled the last part but she didn't hear. "Fine, I have a small crush on him, but shut up and don't tell him." She says. I grin in my intelligence and laugh, "What?" She says. "Nothing, it's just obvious he likes you too. Lol" I say truthfully. "Nah, shut up." She says.
