Day 4

From the start of knowing that she had this strange power. Chun started lessening her physical contact with the people around her. Even her students were no exception.

"Teacher! Are you going to practice now? Your competition would be tomorrow." Li Li asked as she fiddled with her doll.

"Yes. It would be refreshing to the eyes to see teacher beating that arrogant 'Star' person!" Kai Sun cheered.

"Teacher, we're curious. What is your current cultivation level?"

"Yes! Is it in the Median Realm or maybe in the Late Realm?!"

The silver haired young man was slowly maintaining her distance from the vigorous students who were nearing her. The tid bits of energy that was being absorbed were turning into violent turbulence of vivid energy.

'Is it related to their assimilation of emotions?'

Chun unexpectedly gave them a cold-look, warning them to not dare approach her. It made the lively students settle down and with their aura turning from confusion to gloomy.

Their teacher cleared her throat.

"Alright, maybe I'm being too lenient with all of you. Now let's establish class rules here," Chun announced with seriousness on her voice.

It made the seven students to go back on their seats and be flustered.

'Did teacher eat something bad or woke up in the wrong side of the bed?'

All of the six students were thinking like this except for Kai Sun.

'Did teacher had a lover's quarrel?'

"So if you don't have any business with me related to educational matters, just stay put there. If you want to ask questions, just go to me, one by one. And if there's nothing, then just do what you want to do but maintain your distance."

The silver haired young man eyed them one by one with a stern look present on her face.

"Understand?"

Some nodded and others answered.

After their talk with her students, she immediately escaped from them. She might be trying hard to not burden the people around her but she couldn't keep her cold-look even for a minute, except for her hot-temperedness, those students were innocent. They were not related to any of these so she should plan to resign after this tournament 10-day duration and after she got the first fragment.

'Where should she next travel?'

'Art! Right, he doesn't know yet. I'll tell him when he gets back.'

Chun decided to reveal the truth to her trusted butler as she knew that Art would help her about this situation. But before she tell him, she must test him first.

The deep in thought silver haired young man didn't notice that she passed by her opponent for tomorrow, Kiso Star.

He was with his 'entourage' of students, some were Harconian students and some were from other continents.

As being a Star Instructor which meant bbeing acknowledged by the continent's King because of their merits, the flock of students would be a natural situation as they wanted to get pointers with him and at the same time, get on his good graces.

There were only five star instructors in Harconia Institute, they were Headmaster Spinther (as being put in a headmaster position needs a requirement of being a star instructor), Master Quin, Kiso and the other two that we will not mention about.

The star instructor felt his veins bulge as someone ignored his presence, every people in the hallway that he passed by would greet him or nod at him even though some were just forced to acknowledge him.

Kiso stopped his momentum and turned to the familiar silver haired young man. The only young man in Harconia Institute who had a odd hair color.

"Oh, if isn't my 'precious' opponent for tomorrow?" Kiso said as the students surrounding him chuckled at the silver haired young man.

"Now you still have guts to fight star teacher Kiso?!"

"Eh… this gonna be star teacher Kiso's opponent?"

"A squirt?"

"Is this just a student?"

The students were murmuring as they judged the silent young man.

Chun preferred not to deal with Kiso right now because she had many things to do.

And finding for the first fragment this time is the top priority.

The youth was about to continue on her way when she was blocked by two tall and brawny students. They were a head taller than her.

Titus witnessing this scene thought, 'Are they seriously going to bully an instructor? Human in this generation are so undisciplined.'

The deity sighed but the expression on his face was opposite on what he was thinking as he found this interesting.

'What will she going to do about this?'

Another brawny student neared the 'squirt' and suddenly threw a punch.

Unexpectedly, the silver haired young man did not block it nor dodge it. She let it land on her face but instead of Chun groaning in pain. The brawny student immediately removed his hurting hand.

This was the advantage of being at the Immortal realm, it pertained on hardening the muscles and skin after one strengthened its bones and the flow in the blood vessels. It helped to easily accumulate the flow of qi energy within the body and its systems.

"What happened to you?" Asked by the buddy of the brawny student.

"He's strong."

The buddy of the brawny student frowned his face and tried his luck too, so he kicked the side of the unmoving silver haired young man and immediately regretted it.

The mocking people around Chun suddenly got the idea what was happening as they witnessed something ridiculous.

Is that even possible?

Even the face of Kiso turned a bit grim but he remained on his belief. That was just a luck of this squirt.

Kiso gestured for the other two who were blocking Chun's path and they nodded and simultaneously attacked the silver haired young man.

And again, Chun did not budge on her place yet they were both groaning in pain.

The a bit troubled Kiso gritted his teeth.

'These can't be happening!' He thought.

Meanwhile, they were all flustered. The silver haired young man was in deep thoughts again.

'How did this happen?'

'Why am I feeling a calming and comforting sensation?'

She stared at the violent red strands of energy coming from the people around her. The most brilliant colored energy came from Kiso.

She found out that there were specific colors from the energy that was being absorbed. During she was with her students and they bombarded her with questions in their enthusiastic vibe, Chun got to absorbed yellow strands of vivid energy and now it was due to the students negative emotions to her that she was absorbing these red strands yet it was being replenished by the qi energy from the nature.

'Yes. I guessed right.'

Finally she snapped off from turning after observing the retreating back of the helpless-looking students and the angry-looking Kiso as he turned to look at her and proceeded to his escape.

"You're the one who toured us right?" A familiar graceful enchanting lady stated as she smiled at the silver haired young man.

Chun was recalling back where did she saw this face. Sometimes, she should need to eat memory-related vegetables to not easily forget people.

Reading the expression on the face of the young man made Xiu Ying covered her mouth as she laughed, slightly, amused to this young man's actions.

'They were a bit alike.'

While thinking that, Xiu Ying introduced herself, "I am Xiu Ying, a selected instructor to join the instructors tournament from Greatworld continent."

The two accompanying young ladies behind her added, "And she's the benevolent Third Princess, you better not do something that slight the third princess or I'll---"

"Wen Yue! Wen Xue!" The third princess warned them as Wen Xue was about to take out her sword.

"Forgive these students of mine, Instructor Chun. They're just kids."

"Third Princess!"

"Instructor Ying!"

The still dumbfounded young man just nodded in responds.

"So where are you going?" Xiu Ying opened up while observing the cute silver haired young man.

"Ah. Just here."

Chun answered, not wanting to reveal that she had something to do that this princess had no idea about.

"Alright. If you get bullied again by those people just call me with this."

Xiu Ying gave her a jade stone. It was a communicator that was exclusively for royal families. But this jade stone has a strange runes on it.

'Might be an indication to where it from.'

The two students behind her was about to interfere when they got a stern look from Xiu Ying, making them silent.

"Why are you giving me this?" The confused silver haired young man asked as she observed the beautiful lady smiled at her with a hint of emotion on her face.

"Because you remind me of someone."

Xiu Ying said as she left while being trailed by her two students.

Chun didn't ponder about it and put the jade stone on her spatial storage.

She started to plan on obtaining the first fragment. It was not a coincidence when she stopped here.

This intersecting hallways had a hidden runes here. Art told her about this when she started teaching in this institute.

These runes matched the place that she saw while she was on nightwalking.

But how will she activate it?
