It left the silver haired young man confused. Other than they had known about the identity of Chun as the third young master of Shuho household but the main question was how does it connected to her father? That they needed his help.

Her father was a prominent businessman in Sovereign continent but not only in the local continent but he had reaches to the other southern continents. It could be not questionable if they needed the assistance of his father in terms of armaments as they had hands to that industry too.

"We needed Amemodites in which only your household had."

Quin continued with his usual indifferent self yet there was a trace of anticipation on his eyes as he declared his motive.

Amemodites were energy runes that could power up formation arrays into ten-folds of its power and it's not only for formation arrays but it could help a martial practitioner with just his realm not reflected with his strength. Example is, if a martial practitioner in the Median Realm used this, he could compete with a Late realm but as amazing as it sounded, it would only be up for five minutes when applied to a martial practitioner because amemodites had their own limited power source.

"Why would you need amemodites?"

"As I've informed you, there's a prediction that the demons would be attacking this school."

"How did you know?"

"Lin happened."

If they used the Imperial strategist's name then that prediction has a 75 percent of happening while the other 25 percent was just a basis of 'prediction'.

"It's certain that if they truly attack then the only location would be here as this school is now having the tournament which gathered the aspiring strong-holds of each continents," Quin explained.

"Before I contact my father, where would you use this amemodites?"

It was only two option, powering up a formation array to prevent the demons from coming in the institution or giving it to trusted martial practitioners that could defend the people within the institution.

"We'll be using it within the core of the institution."

"Core?"

"Yes, the core which can shield us from the demons." Quin did not furthered his explanation as Chun got the point that it was a secret of the school.

The silver haired youth agreed but, "What do I get from this?"

Truthfully speaking, on this kind of situation, Chun was giving them a big favor on lending the amemodites which was highly treasured runes of the household, one of their family heirlooms. The amemodites can only be found in the Shuho household which only numbered around five that came from their ancestors participating in the Great War that happened six hundred years ago.

That energy runes was a symbol of the Great War and accomplishment of their ancestors. It was really a big favor if one based on the facts and aside from that, her father would not easily agree on this.

"…"

Rin coincidentally opened the door and went in with a brief case.

Quin nodded at the former and stared at Chun while motioning for the case.

"This is one of the treasures of the institution."

'Oh, a treasure for a treasure.' Chun thought while looking the closed brief case.

"What's inside?"

As if on cue, the young woman opened it and inside the brief case was a shining gem stone in a oval shape as big as a palm of a hand, displaying myriad of colors.

"This is the heart of Drakkuna, it was slayed by one of the founders of the institution."

As if it was signalling for something, the always silent Prevalent Tragedy talked to Chun on her mind.

"Take that!" Titus exclaimed.

"Why would I?" Chun replied on her mind a bit late as she was dumbfounded by this unfamiliar yet familiar voice on her mind, because she was used to her butler's deep indifferent voice that she did not hear for a month as Art excused himself for any communication due to his task in the dark lands.

This foreign voice that came from Titus made her uncomfortable yet relieved because she had someone now to communicate in her mind.

"How did you communicated with me through mind link if that box is a hundred kilometers far away from me?" Knowing that silver box was under her bed, accumulating dust. After her talk with Titus, she doesn't intend to entertain herself anymore with it as she lost interest.

"Well, as the new keeper of the silver box, I am now connected with you through it, no matter how far you are." Titus explained uninterestedly as he immediately shifted the topic to the gem stone.

"Okay. I'll take it but I have a condition."

"What is it?"

"Let's talk about it when I get back."

The momentary silence of the young man made the cold and anticipating Quin a bit nervous yet it was not displayed on his cold face.

Chun then replied, "Alright then, that's a deal."

After their negotiation, Chun contacted her father and detailed the things that Quin already explained to her. Her father easily agreed, unknowingly that made the third young master a bit suspicious.

"Father?"

Chun interrupted the still talking Shenin that made her father went silent from the other side as to listen to his 'son'.

"Isn't the amemodites our family heirloom?"

The master of the Shuho household sighed and responded.

"You are there right and I am here."

"And?"

"As your father I am worried about you being attacked by demons even though Art is contracted to you, we cannot guarantee…"

Chun interrupted, "Father, I trust Art and there's nothing gonna happen with me here. You know my capabilities, father."

Shenin still hesitated but replied, "Alright. The amemodites will be delivered by your second brother there."

"Second brother Canis? Is the outdoor training over?"

"Umm. We got a situation here but your second brother will explain it to you once he's there."

"Alright."

They finished their communication and Chun proceeded to go back towards her students knowing that it was now her students turn to participate.

Inside the waiting area of the arena where martial practitioners were waiting for their names be called up for the tournament.

The seductive young lady with her fiery hair walked in. She neared the smiling Mika with Anith and the other schoolmates that they were talking to.

"You're finished?" Mika asked with his gentle smile.

"Yes. After this next round, Anith you will be up."

"I know that, don't remind me."

Anith replied with irritation to his voice to the smirking Ji Ah.

"Good luck then. You have a reward from me," the young lady puckered up her lips indicating something that made the other glare at her.

The tension was rising up as Ji Ah teases the hot-tempered Anith, making the other martial practitioners around them distanced a bit due to a turbulent qi energy around the two while some martial practitioners sneered at this show off students.

Inside this waiting area were only just martial students were present as the instructors were not yet scheduled to participate in the tournament so fights couldn't be avoided from this hot-blooded youths yet though their handlers could be present, they would not stop any of this fight.

Mika diffused the tension between the two of his fellow classmates and whispered to them in his most gentle voice.

"We are not permitted to cause any ruckus while we are here, understand?"

This gentle voice made the two shiver a bit, knowing this hypocritical face of their leader.

While they were at it, a Secosana student with a dignified aura from the Zenzen continent interfered. He was a representing leader of their group.

"You are Mika from Slatercort continent, right?"

"Yes." Mika responded with his gentle smile.

"You will be my opponent on the fifth day," the man stated as he raised up his head, looking down the other that made Anith and Ji Ah with their fellow schoolmates burst out in anger.

The smile on Mika widened as he agreed to the other, he knew that this individual would be his opponent on the fifth day as it was drawn in the matched up.

"I will pummel you," the leader of the Secosana Institute said in his challenging tone that made the already angry opposing party held up their wrath.

Mika stopped the hot-tempered Anith from attacking this overconfident person and answered, "Let's see."

In the midst of the dark forest, in a white plain shirt as his black coat was flung on a tree branch was a man concentrating on attacking the on-coming beasts on his direction. This was part of their deal, the Demon King proposed that if he could exterminate all of the beasts inside the vast dark forest then he would help him regarding the silver box.

Chun knew that Titus somehow was hiding a secret related to the box so she tasked Art to seek out the Demon King as she knew that the other would gladly accept his son despite their opposing ideals and she was doing a favor for Art that the butler was clueless to it.

Every route that he passed, blood would be left and headless corpse remained. This indifferent and composed butler was opposite to his ways on handling this beasts. The way he killed them was brutal and violent that made the observing Demon King amazed by this feat.

"Isn't my son amazing, First?"

One of the ten generals and the commanding marshal of the great demon army, First just nodded. Agreeing to what his master would say.

"Master, the great Demon King. Can I ask you a question?"

"Yes. What is it?"

"Why did you let the prince clean this dark forest? This beasts were you pets, right? Master."

The laugh of the Demon King was unexpected as he removed the tears on his teary eyes.

"Hmm. This was just the first step."

"First step?"

"First step on removing that contract."
