Chapter 2

"What happened Mom?" Two kittens slowly come out of their room after hearing their mom's cry.

Nora immediately heard the voices of her children, wiped her tears with her hand and looked at them with bewildered eyes.

"Nothing happened my angels came to me" she spread her arms and asked the two children to come to her side. The two children ran away and hugged their mother and sat with her on side by sides."Why those uncles scold you mom. Have you taken anything from them, they were saying that they want their thing back?" Luna asked her mother and slowly tab their little fingers on her mother's hand. She slowly raised her puppy eyes and looked at her mother. Her mother is upset. Her little mind was able to understand this thing, but why was this the mystery for her? "See, I have not taken anything from anyone and Uncle was not shouting. He was just talking. His voice is loud, so you must have thought so. Now tell me whether you have eaten your food or not." Nora lovingly stroked her children's hair and asked. "If he shouts at you once more, remember I will beat him with my bare hand." Amin said to her mom. He was angry; this was clearly visible in his eyes. But that innocent child did not know that he alone could not fight the rogue world. This world is too bloodthirsty. In this thing, the heartbeat of Nora increased further. " No! Amin you never do this kind of thing. Promise me you will never do anything that troubles you and I am troubled by your problems. Forget what your father used to say, quarrel never resolves any problem. We can solve the issue by talking and good people always talk. Never raise hands on anyone. Promise you will never do anything like this." Nora took Amin's hand in her hand and asked him to take the promise. She knew that if she would not stop by now and all would go, then things could go wrong. This innocent child does not know what he is saying, but he will not understand. If he tries to beat them in any way, it can prove dangerous for him. "But one should not be silent in front of bad people and that uncle was very bad. I had seen it. They touch you." Amin said and moved his puppy eyes to her mother who nervously saw him."Amin, I said nothing like this had happened and we were just talking. Now you don't need to think much. I am older than you, are you not? I can take care of myself and handle everything. All of you have to take care that you have to take care of yourself. No one else is okay. Promise me. And tell me what happened in your school today and what homework did the teacher give you, have you both completed your homework?" Nora asked their butterflies and narrowed her beautiful eyes "Yeah mom we complete our homework." Both the kids replied in unison. But the innocent laughter of their face was telling that there is something black in the lentils. Nora lovingly tickles both children and holds them in her lap to sleep.

"Hey mini cup open your eyes, open your eyes honey" Nora is whispering in her ears, sitting near Luna's bed, caressing her plumpy cheeks with love."Yeah mom I'm up" Luna lovingly rubs her eyes and slowly looks at her mother as to how she is sitting next to her. She has a very beautiful fairy-like smile on her face, as if a ray of sunlight is shining on her face in the first place. "Morning my Sweetheart and Happy birthday" Nora kissed Luna's cheeks affectionately and cupped her face and gave a kiss on her forehead, cheeks and neck. Luna giggles. "Thank you Mom. Now I'm nine and you know na I'm big now you don't do this. What my friends say If they look at me like that. And you know, don't know why all those people don't talk to me very well. Everyone says that my father left me because he does not like me" Saying this, Luna felt sadness on her face. She bowed her head and played with her hands. "No dear who told you this. Your dad loves you a lot don't think all this shit understand" Navara lovingly filled her daughter in her lap. "Now get up and get ready for breakfast" Nora said and left the Room. Luna got up from her bed, took a shower and wore her favorite peach colored lace frock. She combed her bouncy, curly chocolate color hairs and placed a beautiful wood pin on her hairs which was given by her father on her fifth birthday. She looked like a small cute little pie. "Mom brother can't see, where did he go" Luna asked her mother and made a little pout with her lips. Her duckling eyes serch her brother in their whole house but there was no clue if her brother. "Your brother is not here. He, along with Nuna Aunty of the neighborhood, needed him in connection with some work, so he went to the city with them. Don't you worry, he will be back by evening. Then together we will cut your birthday cake." Nora said and placed the breakfast on the table. "Hmm Ohh okay" Luna replied with a sad face. "Ohh dont be sad dear he will come back soon" Nora replied with a smile and cherries her little prince's mood. That is when there is a sound of someone's slapping at the door. Navara's attention goes towards the door. "I come to see Who's at the door, do you have your breakfast?" Nora said and moved towards the door and opened it. "Who's at the door, mother?" Luna asked from the kitchen area. " your Aunt Elli" Nora replied to luna and welcomed Elli to their home. Elli was one of the neighbors and co workers of Nora. Both Nora and Elli sat on the chairs which were placed on Room. "How did you remember us today?" Nora asked Elli.

"Do not say this, you know, my husband does not like to talk to you, that's why otherwise how old is my friendship with you?" Elli said and bowed her face. "Yes I know because my husband took money from your husband and we have not been able to repay that money yet, due to which you are facing a lot of problems. I know that I should have given that money long ago, so you are watching the circumstances of our house or how much effort I am making. How can my children be fed?" Nora said and took Elli's hand in her hand. "I know everything you are saying and I understand your situation very well, but you do not know. My husband's anger is very strong and today is the last date. Your promise that you said that you will return the money within 10 days and today he was also saying that if you do not return the money today, it will not be good. So I thought that I should warn you that you should return their money by tonight by any means or else I do not know what those people will do." Elli said fear is seeing in her eyes. "Now you tell me what to do, I have sent everything. Now only one time left. For that I have talked about two or three places, but no one has agreed to pay good money. I just want that I get so much money that I can pay my debt by giving all these people some money and some money left for the education of my children." Nora replied with her sad eyes."If this is the case then why don't you talk to the Dawson's after all they are kind of owners of this village, those people are good people. Give you good money." Elli suggests Nora. After hearing Dawson's name a strange fear appears on Nora's face.
