In this world, there are some people who don't give a shit about everything, morals, society, ethics, social life etc… they don't follow the "rules" of this world.

They are called 'weirdos' 'eccentric' or simply 'crazy'.

Hello I am the narrator of this story, I am simply a spectator and our protagonist is one of those 'weirdos'.

"Mr. Hasegawa, you are charged of nudity in public area, vandalism, insult against authorities, panties and stocking stealing. What do you have to say in your defence ?." The judge is a middle aged man with black hair and he wore glasses, he look very stern.
