4The first boss

"Let's go over the plan again, ok?"Madara asks Asuna, who nods

It is already morning, the raid party are on their way through a forest, going into the dungeon to fight the boss.

"Our target is the entourage of the boss, the kobold sentinels."

"I know." Asuna answers.

"I will disarm them, the second i do, you [Switch] and finish them up."

"[Switch]?" Asuna asks.

"Don't tell me this is the first time you've ever been on a game party?" Madara knew the answer, but asked anyway.

Asuna made an afirmative noise, and Madara sighted. Madara then explained what [switch] was.

Reaching the entrance to the boss' room, Diabel gave a motivational speach and they entered.

The room was dark at first, but as soon as everyone entered the room brightened up and the boss apeared.

The boss was a big and fat red kobold with 4 health bars, he wielded an axe and a small shield just like the guidebook said.

The [Ruin Kobold Sentinels] started spawning in, they were small red kobolds that were heavy knight armor and wielded maces bigger then their heads.

Both the monsters and the players charged in.

The player parties quickly fell into their assigned roles and Diabel was comending them.

Madara and Asuna were tasked with dealing with the sentinels and that is what they did.

Madara was unarmed, he doged the enemies atacks, grabed their weapons with one hand, and with the other, he choped at their wrists hard, chopping off their hands and efectively disarming them. Once the enemies were disarmed, Asuna swept in and finished them off.

The battle continued in this ritim until the boss' last [health bar] lowered enought to reach the red zone. At that point the boss trows his axe and shield to the side.

"Stand back, I'll go!" Diabel screamed and rushed to the boss.

'I thought the plan was to surround it with the entire group.' Thought lots of players.

'This fool. Letting greed speak lowder then reason. Do I realy have to save his ass?' Thought Madara.

In the original Sword Art Online, Diabel died because of this reckless move. Madara was hoping his presence would change it, but it seems so far, no luck, as Diabel was still after the last atack bonus.

Diabel stoped in front of the boss and started charging a [sword skill] as the boss grabed his spare weapon.

'This is why I don't use sword skills...' Madara could atack multiple times on the time it took for the quikest of sword skills to charge up.

The boss grabed his weapon, and it was not a talwar.

The boss jumped on the walls and cealings before finaly coming down on Diabel who was still charging the sword skill, atacking him twice and send him flying back.

Madara ran towards Diabel, a [health potion] already on hand.

"You greedy idiot, have you forgot the atack paterns change?" Madara scolded.

"Please, defeat the boss, for every-" Madara interrupted Diabel by shoving the [health potion] into Diabel's mouth.

"Shut up and drink."

Madara then turned to the boss who was trashing the raid party and ran towards him.

"I'll go too." Said Asuna who apeared by Madara's side. Madara grunted in agnolagement and unsheated his sword.

"I'll get him off balance, you push him back."

The boss noticed the duo and changed targets to them.

The boss used a [sword skill] on Madara who was at the front, but the Uchiha paried and trew the boss off balance.

"Asuna, [Switch]!"

Taking advantage of the boss' imbalance, Asuna atacked with a sword skill that knocked the boss back. Madara charged at the boss to not let it recover. The boss started charging a sword skill, but this is was mistake as Madara did not need to wait to atack.

*glass breaking*

the battle was over, madara gaining the last hit bonus.

The raid party cheered.

Wile the players cheered, Madara directed himself to the stairs to the next floor, but before he got out of the boss' room someone stoped him

"Wait."

Turning arround, Madara saw that it was asuna.

"You called my name when we were fighting." She said.

"Oh, sorry if I misspronounced it." Madara apologised.

"It is not that. Where did you learn it?"

Madara pointed at roughly the top left corner of Asuna's vision.

"You can see another [health bar] below yours arround here, right? Isen't there something writen next to it?"

Asuna looked at where Madara pointed at.

"Mad-Eye Nin-Nin... Is that your name?"(A/N: mc's username is written in english, and people speak japanese in the story, so they don't know what the words mean)

Madara noded.

Asuna chuckled. "Oh, so it was writen there all this time!"

Madara smiled.

"You have talent in swordsmanship, if someone you trust ever invites you to join a guild, don't turn them down. There is a limit to how much you can do as a solo player."

"Then what about you?"

Madara says nothing and goes back to walking, on the way to the second floor, he manipulated his menu and disbanded the party between him and Asuna.
