Chapter 7 can I sleep here

Melody kept on swallowing her food without chewing, she ended up choking herself.

{ cough * cough* cough* }Melody choked her food and coughed.

Brian took the jug of water and poured water on the glass and handed it over to Melody.

Melody hesitated for a few seconds, but she took the glass of water and drank it. Even though she hated the man, she still wanted to live.

" Chew your food before you swallow it, you don't want to die due to choking on food, do you? " Brian said calmly looking at the girl in front of her, he could see the hatred she has for him in her eyes, Brian smiled sadly, every woman, in his clan, was throwing themself at him to devour. But his soul mate was giving him a look full of disgust.

" Don't tell me how I should eat my food," Melody said coldly.

"Okay eat your own way choking yourself, " Brian said, he was not used to sweet-talking anyone.

Melody finished eating his food and put the tray down on the floor, she put the blankets on herself and closed her eyes pretending to be asleep.

" Can I sleep with you?" Brian asked. Melody jerked and sat up, on the bed.

" I know this is your house, but I can't sleep with you. Sleeping with such a scary man like you is not cool at all, who knows? You might even cut my body into pieces and fry me for your dinner" Melody said

Brian was hurt by what Melody said, but he said nothing, cause he knew that he was in the wrong.

" Okay then good night, tell me if you need anything," Brian said.

" Can you give me anything? Melody asked

" Yes, anything you want, " Brian said once again,

"Stay away from here, don't even come to check on me, you can send your mother here," Melody said.

Brian felt like his heart was being stabbed 100 times by what, Melody said.

She was his mate for God's sake, he wanted to stay close to her.

" I can't give you what you want," Brian said as walked out of the room.

" Why do you want to make my life miserable?" Melody cried as soon as Brian closed the door. What she didn't know was that Brian was resting his head on her door when he closed it.

' I'm sorry Melody, I will make you understand, why I raped you as you think, but I know that I didn't rape you, Brian said in his head and walked out of the house.

Back to Maq and Samuel **

When Samuel and Maq walked out of the house, they went to the prophet to ask her about Melody, but they were too curious about Melody.

" Good day boys, what brings you here so late at night". the Prophet asked.

" We need to ask you something very important," Samuel said, he could not wait for what the prophet had to say.

" Okay take a seat, " the Prophet said as she signals them to sit on the couch.

" So is our sister-in-law powerful, " Samuel asked.

" I don't know about that but I will find a solution for that," The prophet said

" We will take our leave, thank you," Samuel said as they stood up.

" My pressure, be careful with that girl, don't tell your brother about this, "the Prophet said.

" We won't tell him, don't you worry, " Samuels said, and both of them walked out of the coven.

" Oh my God! How will I stop this? "What about the baby that will be born? We are in deep trouble. I should visit the highest priest for help, " the prophet said.

When Brian walked out of the house, he went straight to Patricia's apartment.

When they were done they lay on the bed both of them naked.

" Patricia I came here to tell you, that I found my fated mate, and I don't need you anymore, " Brian said

" What! are you telling me that I was your time pusher all this while, you even had sex with me so many times knowing, that you are going to reject me, you promised to marry me even if im, not your fated mate," Patricia said

" You can't do that to me," Patricia said, but Brian did not say anything, he wore his clothes back

" You should always remember to open your mind and close your legs," Brian said and walked out of the apartment.

Patricia was fuming in anger Brian left her apartment.
