Xu Lan patted her shoulder, cooing, "Look at you, why are you missing me so much? I really came just to see you!"

"Haha..." The female doctor laughed loudly twice. "Then that must be the sun rising from the west!"

"Why don't you go check if the sun is in the west?" Xu Lan shouted!

"Hehe, alright then, consider it my misunderstanding!" the female doctor said.

Xu Lan and the female doctor were high school classmates, and because both of their jobs were very busy, they only contacted each other occasionally. Their relationship was now neither close nor distant, but back in school, they got along quite well.

Xu Lan glanced at the two tubes of blood on the desk and asked, "Are these waiting to be tested?"

"Yes, I was just about to send them for testing!"

"Oh? Can't you test them here?" Xu Lan asked.
