Chapter 5: Feel A Bit Stupid

The next day*

"Thank you, have a nice day." Ichiko smiled at the customer, who banged his shoulder against the doorframe, but didn't seem to care and gave a goofy smile to Ichiko on their way out.

Once the customer left, the smile on Ichiko's face disappeared instantly. No worry about having any other customer see her true face since all of them are gone by now in this hour.

"Ugh, acting so nice to these people is tiring." Ichiko groans as she sits down and lets a blissful sigh at how comfortable this chair is. "Honestly, I would demand a pay raise if possible."

"Well, I gave you and Medaka the option to do your own business or do something else to give off the picture of someone having an income." Zen said to Ichiko, who gave him the stink eye.

"And let others boss me around, even some would take advantage of me? No way." Ichiko shook her head, for she and Medaka have infinite money thanks to Zen. So they honestly don't have to work at all, but they still do if they want to live here with Zen. Not to mention, the two still have a rivalry for Zen, making the option of working else offline.

"Right..." Zen can't believe how this became a thing. Then again, it seems because of Ichiko, who is already prideful before coming into this world. Medaka felt threatened and started fighting back, not literally thankfully. Since Ichiko's godlike luck would make it so, she can't die under Medaka's hands or by anyone but his.

Talk about crazy. Zen didn't think he would have a sexual relationship with Medaka and Ichiko so early. He didn't even get the chance to do anything before he realized these two girls were bolder and more sexually active compared to how they were shown in canon. If he didn't know any better, he would think these two came from parallel worlds where anyone touching them would awaken their libido to the extreme, that they NEED to have sex daily to function normally as before they had sex.

Seriously make Zen question himself more than once to see if that was the case with those two by using a technomagical device to find out, but stop himself from doing such a reckless thing. Plus, it might anger the two or just outright make them stop this, which he secretly didn't want to stop, but at the same time, he does to prevent the chance of going mad with lust.

Nonetheless, these girls are the jealous type, huh? Pretty much driving any potential girls he has interests in a way. He finds it a bit funny but annoying at the same time.

"Hey, Zen. Where should I place these orders?" Medaka came down from the second floor with a scroll in her hand, and on the screen was a list of orders for new books.

"Find a website that sells all of them. We have the money to buy at one place instead of finding other ones with lower prices." Zen said to Medaka, who did exactly that right away.

"By the way, Zen. How did you fool the people at the bank into not getting on your case of where you've gained all this money from." Ichiko asks Zen out of curiosity.

"Through bribes." Zen explains how corrupted most people are in this world; hell, the Mountain Glenn was an expansion of Vale to the southeast that was overrun and destroyed by the Creatures of Grimm, and the tunnel was sealed up by the council of Vale, trapping the remaining people behind to the Grimm. This is true for this world, where he found this information through his cheat. No idea if it's the same in canon, but at least it is in this world, showing how ruthless people could be.

"Huh, I thought it would require more complicated stuff." Ichiko looked at Zen in surprise. "I thought you would make a device to hack into the bank's system or something, to give yourself an alibi. If someone starts sniffing around and discovers your vast amount of money."

"Oh, I should do that too." Zen's eyes widened a little for not thinking about that when talking with some people to gain ownership over this bookstore.

Ichiko sweatdrop as she watches Zen create such a device to make that happen.

"Hey, why are you making me carry the device?" Ichiko cried out in surprise to see a new addition to her wristband.

"Your godlike luck will make sure nothing goes to the device." Zen knew how stupid it sounded, but it's true. Ever since the first technomagical device was carried by Ichiko, nothing happened to it, and they made sure no new otherworldly people would pop in to visit. "Also, as punishment for your actions of pushing many girls away from me."

"Oh..." Ichiko became speechless. "Wait, but some of them, you even thanked Medaka and me for pushing away for me, though!"

Before Zen could answer.

The front door opened once more, causing the bell to ring.

Ichiko put on a friendly, happy smile to greet the customer that had just come in.

"Welcome, to the Realm of Dream." Ichiko said the bookstore's motto, which goes by the name of Books of Dream.

"Oh, Blake. Nice to see you again." Zen saw who it was and greeted the cat faunus in a friendly manner.

"Hey. I'm here for my order." Blake pulls up her scroll to show the book she purchased from this online bookstore.

"Here you got." Ichiko appears before Blake with the book in her hands and hands over the book to Blake. If one pays attention enough, she is also standing in front of Zen, not allowing Blake to get any closer.

"Thank you." Blake accepts the book, then calmly walks out the front door. She looked at Ichiko over her shoulder for a few seconds before exiting the building.

"I do not like her." Ichiko waited a few more seconds before saying what she was thinking the entire time.

"Why?" Medaka asked Ichiko as she finished placing all the orders for the new books to restock the ones sold over the week.

"She is a walking fetish of many men." Ichiko frowned as she explained to Medaka about Blake being a legit cat girl with whom many males love to be in a relationship.

Upon hearing all this. Medaka turns to face Zen, "Do you want me to dress up as a cat girl?"'

Zen blankly stares at Medaka, who stares back blankly as well. Then, create a paper-fan shaped-like device with the effect to cause mainly the feeling of pain than anything else and smack Medaka with it a couple of times before destroying it.

"I'm not into S&M, but if you want-" Medaka was cut off by having to avoid getting knocked out from Zen, where his right hand is covered by Mist Flame, which she and Ichiko learn the hard way that they could be forcibly put asleep under the influence of illusions created by the Mist Flame. "Alright, I stop. For now."

Zen shakes his head, removing the Mist Flame covering his right hand as Medaka stops with her attempt to flirt with him or something on the line of flirting. It's hard to tell with Medaka.

"Whatever." Zen feels too mentally tired to deal with Medaka's nonsense. "Alright, you girls want to go out to eat or stay home to eat instead for lunch?" He could easily eat anything he wanted with the Food Magic Wand or even have Medaka make the food. Still, the latter would be troublesome and require using his cheat to change and revert their taste buds to their original state before tasting Medaka's food.

"Is that a trick question?" Ichiko raises an eyebrow at Zen, causing the latter to twitch.

"I mean, you girls haven't stepped outside for more than a few minutes, and I just thought you girls would like to explore the place since this is a different world for the two of you." Zen recalls that he hasn't stepped outside the bookstore since moving in.

"So you want us to go on a date?" Ichiko leans forward, giving Zen a good view of her cleavage, and smiles at him.

"Date?" Medaka looks at the two, "I'm willing to go on a date with you, Zen."

"I should've kept my mouth shut." Zen mumbled to himself. Yet, most men would love to go on a date with two beautiful ladies who get along—most of the time.

Hm. Zen will give it a couple more months before he decides whether, if it's best for his mental health, he should kick these two back into their home world rather than allow them to stick with him.

"I need a new outfit!" Ichiko shouted, taking her scroll to order an outfit for the date, unlike back on Earth. On Remnant, the delivery is speedy because airships are vehicles for daily usage. So within 10 minutes, both Ichiko and Medaka will have their outfit for the date.

Zen seeing this.

Okay, maybe a month or two to see how things go.

An hour later*

"It's not much different here compared to back home." Ichiko said to Zen and Medaka, where they were walking around without any goal in mind, mainly to have fun as a regular date than anything else. "Although, the food here isn't that great. Decent at best."

"Well, I never said the food was that amazing. Just something for us to experience the culture here." Zen said to Ichiko, but even he didn't like the food they've eaten recently. Honestly, it would've been better if they returned home for a quick lunch before resuming exploring the city.

"By the way, is it just me, or are there many females and males that have bodies that many people back in our worlds would die to have?" Medaka asks Zen and Ichiko, not caring if someone overheard it. Not that anyone would, including the security cameras around the place, thanks to Zen's bullshit modified Mist Flame to affect everyone. Everything is an illusion to fool the five senses and others.

Zen knew troubles would come their way, whether they liked it or not; therefore, he created a thin layer in a sphere shape barrier around all three of them in Mist Flame to push the troubles away. Also, it made the Mist Flame invisible too. Not wanting to block their sights while on the move and doing anything else that require one's sight to work.

"Those people are trained in either for combat in general or becoming Huntsmen and Huntresses, with their Aura already unlocked, making it nearly impossible for most to look... er. Ugly unless they like the appearance." Zen has an awkward look on his face, for he researches what side effects upon having one's Aura unlocked, and appearance is one of them. Making many look young and the appearance they like, leading to countless people who could be models. Of course, those that are either fat or outright ugly in general have unique qualities.

"Do you think we should have our Aura unlocked? Or is it impossible for us due to not being from this world?" Ichiko asks Zen since he is the one that lives and was reborn in this world.

"I can make something to make it so you can have the ability to have Aura belong to this world." Zen said calmly, not even thinking about unlocking his own when he got vast other abilities to choose from. Aura alone isn't worth going for, not from the world of RWBY. Semblance or not. He can recreate so many abilities from different series that one would often question their own life—especially one that could easily match the raw power of Thought Scripture.

"Oh yeah, I forgot you can do that." Ichiko let out a giggle at the end.

"I think it's best I don't have my Aura unlocked or let anyone unlock it for me." Medaka said to Zen while glancing around the place that may or may not catch her interest.

"How come?" Ichiko asks Medaka, "I feel like if someone like you has Aura, would become the strongest person in existence." She pauses for a moment, glances at Zen, and then looks back at Medaka. "Second strongest person in existence."

Medaka didn't deny this. To show that she and Ichiko have absolute faith in Zen is the strongest because of having the Imaginative Technomagic alone.

"Because I have no idea what would happen if I had Aura while possessing my Abnormality. The worst case is that I lose it in exchange for something weaker. Especially how these people found out that their Semblance is random and based on one's personality and other things. While my potential Semblance could be something worse than my Abnormality." Medaka let out a sigh. "So, no. I won't be getting Aura from this world if I can help it."

Ichiko slowly nods at this.

Zen didn't say anything nor feel like pointing out that he could easily make it so she could keep her Abnormality: The End without any changes to it while having Aura and letting her possess a Semblance of her own, that could make her Abnormality stronger than it already is. All because his Imaginative Technomagic can make that happen without any problems occurring.

Mostly because he knew how deep inside him, he both likes and hates bossy women, and Medaka and Ichiko are domineering women. No question about it. Therefore, making Medaka more powerful is stupid, not that she wasn't getting stronger every time she learned something new that could improve her fighting abilities.

"Oh, hey. It seems like there has been a robbery." Ichiko points ahead, where they can see a dust store has been looted of all dust.

"Any clues this might have been done by Roman and the White Fang?" Medaka asks Zen since he can quickly gather Intel and find the answer compared to everyone else in this world.

"The chances are around 70%, going by how the White Fang acting similarly in the canon." Zen replied since he could see the results of the White Fang's actions before and after he awakened his past lift's memory. "30% if the White Fang is under the control of a madman that hates humans and a power carving woman."

"Quick question, who's the madman that hates humans and the power carving woman again?" Ichiko asks Zen, moving to the side to avoid being bumped by a person walking nearby.

"Adam Taurus and Cinder Fall in that order." Zen answered. "And I've already checked if they are like their canon version, which they are, among other people, just to be on the safe side. Even though this is an AU of RWBY, we're in." Still unsure what to do in this world besides go with the flow until something make him leave this world for another.

"So, what should we do with those two if they come after us?" Ichiko asks Zen and Medaka, mainly the former.

"Deal with them however you want." Zen shrugs. "For me, I would either kill them or send them away, depending on what reasons they approach me in the first place. No doubt, trying to make me 'help' them with their plans." And he won't think otherwise unless another variable is included that changes their mindsets to something other than chaos and destruction of mankind itself in the name of controls, powers, and fear.

"I guess that means we shouldn't worry about them showing up at our doorsteps as long they have bad intentions towards us." Ichiko smirked at Zen.

Zen sweatdrop, where he wonders if Ichiko has cursed both Adam and Cinder to never appear before them.

"So, is there anything else we should do, or are we going back home?" Medaka asks Zen and Ichiko, looking around in boredom. "Besides the whole date we're having, there isn't much to do here."

Ichiko blushed, remembering this is a date, even when it's three of them instead of just two-person for a date or four for a double date.

"What do you want to do actually, Medaka?" Zen asks Medaka, then looks at Ichiko. "Same with you, Ichiko. Other than sticking around with me and waiting for the opportunity to visit another world, and so on after that one. Do you have anything you want to do while waiting?"

"I honestly have nothing I want to do outside of seducing you and exploring other worlds with you, Zen." Medaka replied in boredom.

"Just here to sightsee and enjoy things many people my age back in my world can't experience. Also, give me enough time to gather strength to deal with that God of Misfortune trying to drain me of my luck." Ichiko snort at the end.

"Oh, yeah. You have a God after you." Medaka said with a hint of interest in her voice now. "How about we visit your world and deal with that God?"

"Er, maybe later." Ichiko sweatdrop at the look on Medaka's face. "I rather we explore other worlds before visiting mine."

"That's fine. I can wait. After all, I have many ways to extend my lifespan, and Zen here can easily make something on the line of the Fountain of Youth or even give us immortality." Medaka smiles at Ichiko, causing the latter to give her a wry smile.

On the other hand, Zen is dumbfounded and honestly forgot that he could make such a thing. Gaining immortality is supposedly a tricky thing to obtain, pretty much impossible unless someone is lucky to find a way to acquire it. And here he is with his cheat that gains immortality quickly at the snap of his fingers.

Honestly, he should've known that Medaka would easily think about more ways to use his cheat better than he could. Hell, Medaka has many ideas that he would never think of nor even think about it until it's almost too late. Well, maybe that's why Medaka appears in his life... hopefully that isn't the case.

Hm. Sending both Medaka and Ichiko away is becoming a good idea. No matter how hot they are and the sexual things they have done for him. Personality is a significant factor in his mind since he can easily create a technomagical device to turn the ugliest woman into the most beautiful in the multiverse, not that he would do something like that.
