The tribespeople lived alone and isolated from the rest of mankind so they evolved to survive in a dangerous environment full of poisonous animals and man-eating monsters. They aren't too different from humans still the same race but they are more like a subrace of humans. Watch as our protagonist will try not to get killed by monsters or eaten by his fellow cannibalistic tribesmen while trying to adapt to the strange and deadly new world.

Chapter 8

Moa stared at the majestic golden boat that had just descended from the sky with a look of awe on his fishy face.

Moa couldn't believe his eyes a gold boat just came from the sky and landed on the beach on the island right next to the one he was on.

"No way a flying gold ship that's impossible and why does it look so strange," said Moa in a skeptical tone.

The boat didn't look normal it was a gold boat but not actual gold instead it was made of a golden-colored wood that Moa had no idea even existed.

Is it magic or something thought Moa as he continued to stare at the ship.

He had never seen anything like it before all though Moa was impressed by it he was still very skeptical.

"Where did it come from," said Moa who had never even seen the outside world.

Moa wasn't an idiot he knew there must be a world outside the archipelago but he could never leave this place to find out.

Outside the archipelago, there is nothing but harsh seas and endless storms it would take a battleship to cross those treacherous waters.

Some Mua-ta have tried to but none have ever succeeded it was a foolish endeavor but now something has come to Moa that could take him away from this miserable place.

Moa grinned he finally could leave this place and travel the world.

Moa had made up his mind he would steal that boat but to do that he had to be sneaky.

Moa then got into his small boat and rowed over to the island when he got close he stopped.

Then he looked for the boat's crew and saw three figures come out then after a few minutes they entered the jungle now was his chance.

Moa ran towards the ship and jumped aboard he looked around the boat had no sails or steering wheel just a door leading into the deck.

Bellow, he saw several beds a desk, charts, many books on a bookshelf, and two maps.

The charts he couldn't understand because he wasn't a sailor he also couldn't read the maps because he didn't recognize the locations on the map.

That just leaves the books so let's see what's in these things huh?

Moa was immediately confused why did it look like this book was written in Mandarin Chinese.

Moa was dumbfounded he knew that the books had to be written in another language but Moa had no idea that they could be written in Mandarin Chinese.

I mean it looks like Mandarin Chinese there are some slight differences though but I do recognize this.

I took a class in high school to learn Mandarin Chinese and I'm proud to say I am fluent in this language both written and spoken.

So what does this book say wait what the fuck?

This book is just a list of names with some descriptions of the people next to them there are also pictures of the people too but why do most of them have a big red X drawn over them.

Wait there are bounties next to the names of these guys oh my God these people must have been assassination targets and the X marks mean that they must be dead.

Oh, fuck this book must belong to an assassin or someone like that Jesus Christ I gotta hurry and take this thing before those guys come back, or else I'm dead for sure.

Moa put the book back down and hurriedly tried to find the mechanism to start this big gold boat but he couldn't find it.

So Moa began to panic he then started throwing things around until he notice something at the stern that looked to be a part of a propellor

It led up towards the deck so Moa came outside and looked around the back of the boat and saw what looked like a motor on the back of the ship.

This was it Moa thought as he looked at the primitive-looking motor it kinda reminded him of an outboard motor you would find on a speedboat but way bigger and more wooden looking.

Moa looked around for a pull cord or maybe a start button to get the motor running but he couldn't find anything like that just a long control handle.

Moa grabbed the handle thinking that at least something should happen and it did the boat began to shudder as the propeller began to spin and the boat started to float into the air.

Moa had no idea how the boat was defying gravity technically this was impossible without some kind of power source to make it float.

What Moa didn't know was the boat was powered by a person's soul strength normally someone who had never cultivated wouldn't possess a soul strong enough to move the gold ship.

However, Moa was reincarnated which meant his soul was more developed than most ordinary people well his soul was at least developed enough to control the ship.

Moa was in a state of shock over the gravity-defying boat but he just calmed himself down and piloted the boat out of the archipelago with a resolved look on his face and he never looked back.

.....

-Time Skip-

After about a week of flying, Moa had finally crossed through all the treacherous waters that had prevented him from leaving before and was now officially out of the archipelago.

"Nothing but smooth sailing from here onwards well for me it's more like smooth floating hahaha!!!" Moa was overjoyed to finally be out of the archipelago he just couldn't help but laugh.

There was nothing but sunny sky and blue pristine water all around him and Moa couldn't be happier things were finally going his way but there was one small problem.

First of all my food and water are all gone, you see most of the preserves on the ship were almost depleted when I stole it, and now after a week of flying around I finally ran out.

Second of all, I have no idea where to go I know nothing about the outside world so I'm basically flying blind here.

So my problem is if I don't find land soon I'm gonna starve to death or possibly die of dehydration either way I'm gonna die out here.

Moa landed the boat on the ocean below and went inside the ship to try and decipher those maps so he can find some land.

Moa had trouble understanding the maps but after a while, he eventually could kind of understand them.

One map had the archipelago on it but it looked very crude like it was made by a child but if I compare this map with some other maps.

I can draw a course towards a place called Koi town a few miles away located on a continent called the water continent.

Finally, I have a place I can go so enough dilly-dallying time to set sail or I guess for me it's time to fly.

Moa then went onto the deck and powered up the motor to go to his next destination Koi town.
