Trapped in Time

What would happen if you got stuck in Time? Zia has completed her Ph.D. in Botany and has applied for the post of lecturer/ Professor. She joins a High school as a temporary teacher and is entrusted with the task of leading a group of ten students on a trekking /camping expedition. On the way they meet a guy who seems to be a trouble maker but later, he proves to be a pillar of strength. Early morning their camp is attacked by Bears and they flee taking a different route. But they are lost. They enter a lost world where people are living, in hiding, for over 250 years. Their technology is much advanced as compared to ours. Their world is called ‘Utopia’ but now it is changing due to an oppressive ruler, meaning the ills of our world have manifested in Utopia too. They are trapped in the time of this hidden world and want to help the people there fight against the oppressive ruler and his cronies. The oppressive ruler wants to make a number of Time Machines by using the brains of the scientists who died in harness at the site of the experiments. They all decide to help the good citizens of ‘Utopia’ the lost world. The huge brains are destroyed and the Orbs of the scientists escape from the huge pulsating Brain to help them in their mission of destroying the Huge brains at other centers. In this process, the crystals that are used in the hypnotizing guns are almost finished and to get more they split up to go to the 'Magical World' through a curtain which is actually a portal. The Magical World is a flat man made Earth-like satellite, which was made as a joke to taunt the scientists 7000 years ago, and which is still operational. Here they meet the inhabitants. They are fascinated with the advancement of science especially the talking chips and the flying cars. They see a completely different world where animals, plants, rocks, water etc. can talk. Before you touch anything you need to seek permission. They also meet the Aliens called the 'Crocodile Race' who have come to the Magical World (the flat satellite) to get supplies. They see a spaceship being guided to land by the scientists of the Magical World. They also see the inside of the mountain where the controls are situated which help in maintaining the environment of the Magical World. They get an invite from the Aliens to visit ‘Titan’ the satellite of Saturn where the Crocodile race has settled. At present they are on the mother Ship going to Titan. **************************** Will try to post a chapter in a week now.

Flashback Utopia ( Part 17)

Luke had further added that the cities above would benefit a lot from the towns down here especially how to be more pro-environment friendly by learning to divert towards green industries.

Zia and Luke pointed out that this would be done by the appropriate authorities but the people in the Utopian towns need to protect themselves from unscrupulous people. This matter will be looked into when the time comes, and that they were here to help out.

Lilly was keeping an eye on the children and told them to be careful as one of the boys was about to trip over a wire. She asked the children to come and stand with the Orbs. She wanted to ensure that nothing untoward happened to cause her further delay for reassembling her father from the Orb energy. She was quite apprehensive as to whether she would succeed. She had the confidence earlier but as time was passing, she was getting the jitters.

The children obediently came over to stand with the Orbs. The Orbs were all huddled together on one side. There were a lot of them, about 175 and the additional one of Lilly's father. Now they did not need to communicate telepathically with anyone as one of them (Lilly's father) could speak.

Lilly then spoke to the Orb of her father by asking him to step to the side. Thereafter, the Orb of Neil came over and spoke to the rest of the 175 Orbs present. There was a lot of noise like a humming sound. The Orbs seem to be in deep conversation or perhaps it was an argument. Some seemed to be unhappy but half of them seemed to be happy. After the discussion was over, Neil came over and hovered over Lilly. He discussed something with Lilly for quite a while about what had transpired between the rest of the Orbs and him. They both decided to talk to everyone in the group of the trekkers as well as Mono.

He then called out to Mono, Luke, Zia, Sherpa, the 10 students as well as Lilly. He explained that the hypnotizing apparatus that they had been using at the Time machine areas and at the jails was made of crystals. These crystals after use were on the last leg of their life, like the batteries in a torch. Overuse of the crystals, had almost depleted their life span and they were on the last leg of their life. The hypnotizers needed new crystals to be added in these 2 hypnotizers. Two crystals were needed in each hypnotizer.

Now the question was where these crystals came from and how could they get more? These crystals had been obtained by the Orbs with great difficulty. They could only use telepathy to get the crystals and add them into the hypnotizers. They, in other words, used mindpower. The crystals were extracted with mind power, chiseled and made into the required shape with the help of mind power, then they would be checked, lifted and placed in the hypnotizers with the help of mind power.

(This mind power was something that some people can do like bending of knives, forks, and spoons, or lighting a bulb or breaking a bulb, etc using concentrated effort or mind power. It is called, 'Extra Sensory Perception' ESP. The Russians have been doing a lot of research on this matter). It is basically mind over matter.

The crystals were not available here in their Utopia Towns. They were obtained from another dimension which the Orbs had discovered. As a matter of fact, even Neil had discovered the way to this dimension and had made the hypnotizer for his daughter.

When had the Orbs gone to find the crystals and when had they assembled the hypnotizers was the big question. It was probably when they were destroying a Time Machine in Town I. They must have disappeared that time. There were 175 of them now, no one had kept a track of their numbers.

Anyway, now the issue was to get the crystals. Mono, Luke, Zia, Sherpa, and the 10 students wanted to know how the crystals would be obtained.

Lilly explained what they could do. Since there were 175 Orbs here, excluding my father, all of them were not required here. So 100 Orbs will go to get the crystals. She asked the Orbs that those Orbs who were ready to go for the crystals to please come to the left side and those who wish to stay and protect them who remained behind to come on the right side.

She added that all the students and Sherpa will be go with the Orbs to get the crystals. The children will have an adventure of another dimension. The 100 Orbs will keep them safe and Sherpa will also be there to help and protect them.

The boys can look after the girls and the area they would be visiting was a different one but a very safe world. They would learn a lot and would enjoy themselves there. But they must be polite and not get angry with anyone. Mono, Luke and Zia would remain behind to help her with the reverse experiment. By the time they came back from their adventure, her father would be back in his body from the Orb-atoms state.

Hearing this, the Orbs started going towards the left or the right and soon the division of 100 on the left and 25 on the right was accomplished ( 50 Orbs were on guard outside).

The students were a bit apprehensive. They were not comfortable about going elsewhere but then at least Sherpa was with them and so were the 100 Orbs. The adventure of another dimension overweight their apprehension and the quest for adventure won.

Lilly informed that the 100 Orbs will cover them and they would actually enter another world.

It would be like the stories they had read when they were in the early primary classes. So, they were going to relive their childhood.

Then she said that they need to proceed towards the magical curtain. and proceeded to lead the way to the rock curtain after opening it from the inside in the same manner as she had opened the rock curtain from the outside.
