Please save Kali

I handed the list to him and he opened it. He kept looking at me and the paper back and forth and after a while, I heard him speak.

"Is this it?"

"Mhmm that's all you need to know about me basically and besides, you didn't tell me so much about you either".

"Is that why you wrote something this little? I wrote everything about myself that's basically it".

I was looking at him and wondering why he was getting angry.

"Why are you getting mad at me? You wrote so little about yourself and you said that's all about you so how do you know that's not all about me, huh?"

He didn't say anything for a while.

While Shin Suri was trying to get him to give her a valid reason, Lu Jinho was busy thinking about why exactly he was behaving like this right now.

'What am I doing, why am I talking so much, and if this is all she has to give me I should just take it, why am I complaining like this?'

I was still waiting for an answer from him when he just walked past me and went to sit on a chair. With his head down and his towel covering his face a little, he rested his head on the top of the chair and while I was still looking at him, expecting him to continue with the conversation, I heard him say just one word.

"Leave".

"Wait what....I thought we were....."

"I said you should leave. Just go to your room already".

I didn't say anything else, I just left and made sure to slam the door real hard like a spoilt brat who just had an argument with her parents.

"The nerves waww, even if someone was to get angry, isn't it supposed to be me? I mean, he was the one who gave me a small list first, and he also made me follow him around like a koala and now what, leave? Just leave? Ha seems he has some brain damage".

I was so furious, I didn't even notice I was walking so fast and before I knew it, I had already gotten to my door. I opened the door without a care in the world and slammed it so hard that if this house wasn't strong, it might as well have just collapsed.

On the other side of the mansion, someone else was having a very hard time trying to figure out why he was behaving the way he was behaving.

"What is the meaning of this? I think I'm sick, I've never felt this way before why am I talking to her like I'm expecting something more huh it's not even been up to a week is she giving me poison? Aishhh this is annoying, I need to see Kay tomorrow".

I kept rumbling on my bed till I finally fell asleep. The next morning, as usual, I was woken by a knock on the door. To be honest, it was beginning to get really annoying.

I was really pissed by the knock so I got up a little bit agitated as soon as I opened the door, I yelled without even looking at who it was.

"What!?" Surprisingly, it was my rude-looking maid and I wasn't in the mood for her attitude this morning.

"What, what do you want it's still too early to wake me up don't you think?"

I wasn't really concentrating because I was still sleepy, but it was then I heard that she was actually subbing. I looked at her and I saw her crying her eyes out it looked like she would pass out anytime soon.

Just as I was about to ask her what was going on, she knelt down in front of me and started begging.

"Save my daughter please I'm begging you to save Kali".

First, I couldn't really understand why she would come to me If anything happened to her daughter because we weren't close at all but then I thought she probably felt the connection between me and her daughter.

"What happened to her, where is she?"

"I don't know, someone must have definitely taken her away from me please help me. I've been looking for her all night, she is not one to just leave by herself".

I was dumbfounded, I didn't know what to think anymore.

"Do you know where we could possibly check?"

"I've checked the entire hou....". Just then, she opened her eyes wide like she had remembered something very crucial.

"I just remembered, I didn't check the torture house. But then, why would she be there it's not as if she offended the boss or anything".

"Wait what do you mean torture house?"

"Oh it's no big deal, it's just a house where the boss disciplines anyone who annoys him". I looked at her as though I couldn't believe what she just said. For one, he did look cold but he didn't really look like he could hurt someone.

"Let's go and check it out". She simply nodded and followed behind.

While Shin Suri was walking in front, the tears on the maid's face had totally disappeared and it was replaced with such an evil smile but unfortunately, Shin Suri couldn't see that at all.

When we got to the torture house, I was more than shocked that it actually exists though I couldn't hear any sound from inside I assumed it must have been soundproof.

I looked at my personal maid and then, opened the door. When we got in, the place was really quiet though I could see tiny tiny cages but as I checked them, they were all empty. Till I got to the extreme end and then I saw someone I suppose was a woman.

"Excuse me, are you okay?"

She turned around and just from that, I could already see that she was very weak and seriously bruised, I was finding it hard to believe he was this evil. I was trying to convince myself that he probably had his reasons but, just then, my personal maid came over and said.

"Ju Min, why are you still here, we were told you have already been laid off".

"The boss has refused to let me go, Kim Yuri please help me, I think he is going to kill me today".

When she said this, I remembered when he told me he wouldn't be able to teach me today, could this be the reason why?

"I'll get you out of here right now just wait a little". I said and turned to my personal maid "once this is over, we'll go look for Kali".

"How are you going to get her out of here? It has a special lock".

"Don't worry, I'm good at hacking codes I'll get the lock code in no time".

Luckily enough, I brought my phone out so I started trying to get into the base of the lock. First, I checked around to find cables which I did after that, I opened the lock and connected the cables to it and to my phone. It took a few minutes but I was finally able to get access to it and in no time, I unlocked the door. Though it was top security and the alarm would come up in about 10 minutes, it would be enough time for her to escape.

When we finally got her out, I realized her situation looked worse than I thought, and then I heard my maid speak.

"I didn't know you would be able to unlock it, I thought you'd have to ask him about the code first".

"What do you mean, I thought you didn't know she was here".

Just then, the lady I help who looked like she was in her late forties came close and said.

"Weldone Kim Yuri, I'll give you a bonus for bringing her to me. Also miss, you already know me and Kim Yuri so I can't let you live".

I stepped back after hearing what she said but just then, I felt something strong hit my head and after that, everything went blank.
