Trying to find people

As she was driving in the scorching heat, she was also trying to find any living thing or a person. It's not easy being in a foreign land and not having someone to ask or talk to about what was happening.

She drove for four hours straight without seeing anything.

She rested for an hour while eating and digesting her food. As she was resting, her brain was working on overdrive thinking about the things that happened till now.

As she continued driving, she was thinking that it would be nice if she saw anyone. By the time it was eight o'clock, she was hearing strange roars and people screaming.

" Let me go and see what is happening where there is too much noise." she thought.

She drove to that direction and what she saw left her jaw on the floor. People were fighting with zombies and some had super powers. She was both amazed and disgusted by the smell that she felt like vomiting.

" Since most of the people here have super powers, you were granted a choice to choose any powers you want," Ana said.

" Really what types are there," Shelly said whilst she tried to contain her excitement.

She thought that at least there was something that could help her surging in this era.

" There are thunder, plant, water, fire, earth, strength, speed and transformation abilities. Transformation abilities, you will be able to change to an animal or have wings. Plant abilities can become healing ablitities together if you are lucky. There is also healing on its own and space powers. You already have space so there is no need to choose it. You can only choose one ability." Ana explained whilst she was listening attentively.

" I choose thunder ability. It sounds so cool and in the novels most of the protagonists have thunder abilities. "

She felt electronic waves all over her body as the power was being transferred into her body. She felt as if she was on top of the world.

" You will start as level one and level up on your own. You have to fight and consume crystal cores to level up. Goodluck, I'm here if you need anything. To see your levels say levels and they will appear."

As I was given powers the first thing to do was to help the people to fight.
