Chapter 36 - Late to the party

What is this another chapter!? Yes, I manage to motivate myself to write more chapters. Please note after I finish this world I will rewrite some of the chapters to remove my chuuni syndrome and mistake.

After samshiel group arrives where the star medal ceremony is being held, a few of the people tried to look down upon them but began to sweat bullets when samshiel decide to release a tiny bit of his dragonic aura.

Samshiel gaze locked at two women, one was gorgeous light blonde whose eyes were full of love and desire while the other was white-haired had the same gaze. It was of course Charlotte and sapphire who gave him a quick kiss that made the noble dumbfounded.

"I did not expect tor you to miss that already!?"

"It's your fault for making me fall in love!"

"Really now do you want me to be pu-ni-sh?"

Samshiel tried teasing Charlotte who blushes really hard while the sound of coughing could be heard as sapphire was getting envious. Samshiel pull her as well and gave a passionate kiss while the spectator just watches in a daze.

"WHO ARE YOU, HOW DARE YOU KISS A NOBLE, RAT!!?"

Samshiel who was having a sweet time with his lovers narrowed his eyes that made 'it' shiver. He did not even consider them human when it comes to mocking him.

"Me, oh I'm a nobody….besides being her lover?"

The wizard king sensing the pending danger if the magic knight still continues to provoke samshiel then. He instantly used his time magic to stop samshiel attack mid-air.

"I would prefer if you don't disrupt this ceremony."

The magic knight went silent forgetting the presence of the wizard king while samshiel just ignore him for now. If not for the wizard king then countless shadow spike would have pierced his body.

They proceeded the ceremony rewarding each and everyone a rank. Samshiel was surprised that his rank rose becoming around 3rd class junior. He did not pay much attention to it since he wasn't aiming to get a higher rank cause he will be leaving this world soon.

After announcing everyone's rank he gave quick smile and told them he will be leaving. This old man was planning for a commoner to interact with each other, his ambition truly amaze samshiel.

They were brought to an enormous open area where lay a circular table with any kind of delicacies. Samshiel wonders why they didn't bother to give them chairs.

"Woah there's so much food!!"

"Samshiel do you want some?"

Charlotte started to feed samshiel which he accepted. Everyone was in a daze seeing the calm and focus blue rose captain was no more, as now she acted like an obedient wife.

"Hey samshiel why don't try this I think you'll like it!"

Sapphire who didn't want to be left out, did the same and fed samshiel her food. Samshiel gave small smile seeing his lover giving him their affection.

asta ate like a gluttonous pig that made samshiel smack his head. Sapphire giggle seeing how he treating asta while the noble started to truly show their dirty personality.

Samshiel let them do as they please he didn't want to waste his time with idiots. The Silva began to mocked Noelle while samshiel just watches everything unfold like the anime but asta demolished their spell because of his breathing technique.

"Hahaha, the so-called high and powerful noble ganging up a weak and powerless rat but was still defeated hahahaa!!"

Samshiel couldn't stop laughing at how pathetic they were being defeated by asta. Samshiel stops laughing when nozel released his aura, he observes them carefully.

"And rat why dare mocks the royalty!?"

"hahaha no of course not…I was just stating facts!"

Nozel released his aura and before samshiel could retaliate Charlotte released her pressure. She was extremely pissed for ruining her time with samshiel.

"You dare call my lover a rat even if you're a royalty, you do not have the right to mock my lover!"

"Come down Charlotte I'm pleased your mad for my sake but calm down."

Charlotte gradually calms down as nozel couldn't help but sweat a bit as she didn't expect for Charlotte to be so daring unlike in the past.

Fugeleon decides to stop nozel from causing more scenes. Samshiel seeing this smiled a bit promising to save him. They both released their pressure making the weaker magic knights hard to breathe.

Suddenly an emergency arrives telling them the kingdom had been under attack which made everyone restless and started to prepare. Asta who couldn't wait run out alongside Leopold.

"Haha, it seems they beat you in the game, sapphire why don't come with me!"

Samshiel summon kaisel and flew outside where smoke could be seen below. The sound of an explosion and cry for help could be heard as samshiel observe the situation.

"All of you go try to help them!"

Behind him, dozen of shadow soldiers kneel and vanish as they appear. All of the shadows were in general grade though they couldn't converse, unlike igris and co.

He descends down with sapphire as they began to slaughter the zombie that tried to attack a young woman.

Sapphire used her illusion creation magic to create several swords that slice all of them into pieces while samshiel walking casually as he creates shadow centipede tails that slice everything.

He could use his shadow bullet but he wanted to train how long he could maintain a shape of a shadow.

Out of nowhere, he hastily moved his head as a wind spell was shot at him. He senses at least ten people hiding ready to attack. He smirks and disappeared from his spot shocking them.

"Ara~ sorry I'm not into men, Mr.stalker!"

He place his hand behind his back, the person could see death looming over. All of his ally arrive to tried to kill samshiel with their spell, they knew the person was dead anyway therefore they fired powerful spell trying to kill samshiel.

All of their eyes bulge as samshiel wasn't even scratch by their spell, they were flying above but was forced down by the immense gravity.

"Weak force."

The person couldn't even scream as its body disintegrated into nothingness. Samshiel gaze then turns toward the other making them shiver. The attacker's eyes see samshiel as the death god, ready reap their souls.

"Hmph, you dare kill innocent people yet fear death?"

Samshiel was released an immense amount of killing intent as he could see their karma and it was disgusting with some children and woman soul attach to them. The soul was crying for help while the woman begging samshiel to kill them.

They couldn't even scream as one by one they were pierced by countless shadow pikes from below. Samshiel being satisfied consumes their body and absorbs their magic adding to his arsenal.

He used [shunpo] to find any civilian that he needed help, suddenly a black portal appears in front of him but he instantly evades.

"Woah almost gotten inside, this stalker really wants a piece of me!"

"Samshiel over there!"

Sapphire was behind him pointed towards a person gathering an enormous amount of mana. Samshiel was proud of yuno for unlocking his new form.

"Sapphire, why we don't have a bet?"

"I'm listening?"

"Whoever kills the most will have to do what the winner says?"

"Alright, but if I win, you have to fuck me when we finish."

Samshiel couldn't help but shudder from her request, sapphire gaze was like a hungry beast ready dominate him. He would do it even if she doesn't win but he wouldn't be the one to be dominate.

"A-Alright deal."

Samshiel began to take this seriously and summon dozens of shadow bullet and shot them at random directly but all of sudden they disappear.

Far away from samshiel his shadow bullet teleports far distance and killed the countless zombie. Samshiel disappeared from his spot and reappeared as numerous zombie was sliced.

"Ceresa, how many did I kill?"

["Two hundred darling but you need to step up because.."]

Samshiel's gaze turns to sapphire who released one of her tiny seals and created multiple clones and summoning a wide range of weapons.

Sapphire was killing zombie left and right as she was maniacally grinning as she killed more and more. Note to self fuck her like a rabbit.

Samshiel used his [parallel thought processing] as he summons more and more shadow bullet that rain down from the sky.

After five minutes they were able to exterminate at least five hundred zombies and sapphire was displease that she won because samshiel let her.

"You let me win did you!?"

"Oh, I don't know what you're talking about."

"Samshiel!!"

"Hahaha, fine fine I was just teasing you."

"Hmph since I won you would uphold your promise right!?"

"Of course I'm a man of my wor-"

Samshiel entered his shadow and instantly teleport where fugeleon surprising asta and Leopold. He didn't have time to explain and place his palm at the severed arms being attended by Noelle.

Everyone presence was shock seeing samshiel appear from the shadow. All of them could feel the pending danger to come.

"What the hell are you doing!"

Shouted by eye-patch wearing extra as he ordered his puppet to attack samshiel and before asta could move it was slice into pieces by bellion.

"You shall not interfere with my king!"

Samshiel used his vital manipulation to regrow his limbs which made the people flinch in surprise. The eye of midnight sun tried to attack samshiel but bellion interfere killing most If them with his whip blade.

"Big Brother!"

Leopold rush toward his brother after samshiel healed him. He looked to see that his brother was safe and turn to see samshiel.

"Thank you so much for saving him!"

"Don't mention it, brother-in-law!"

Leopold gave weird look at samshiel and was trying to process what he just said.

"What!?"

"Hahaha don't worry about it, I'll deal with this rat first."

"EVERYONE RETREAT!!"

Instantly they disappear after taking asta with them as he was closer to them. Samshiel just calmly smiles as the other magic knight return and saw that the enemy retreated.

"Damn, you all late to the party!"
