Chapter 47: Wrath

The dark-haired mage stood before Raven, his eyes filled with confusion. He was unsure where to begin with his questions.

It became clear to him that Raven was not as innocent as he had initially believed. Now he believed that Raven was a traitor who had intentionally entered this place to betray them.

"Get on your knees," he commanded Raven as he took a step forward. Though he didn't have all the answers, he knew he couldn't let Raven go. His objective was to capture this boy and bring him to Circe.

If Raven was indeed connected to the outside people, they could gain valuable information about their motives from him.

"I told you to get down on your knees!" the man exclaimed, stopping just half a metre away from Raven. As he spoke, Raven felt a slight push behind his knees, forcing him to kneel.

"I don't know what you people have planned, but you should have thought twice before scheming against us," the man stated firmly.
