( Ashborn Pov )

" In a few minutes... the zigena will flip its body. It won't be fun to just fight. Should we play a game boy?"

I raised an eyebrow as I looked at him.

" The zigen's flower you're looking for is up there. We'll fall on it as the Zigana flips its body."

" If you get that flower before I get you, I'll give you the flower. But...if I catch you, I'll take your life. Got it?"

I nodded.

" Alright. Then let's begin the game as the Zigena flips, boy."

" How strong are you to think you're confident to fight me, boy?"

" Enough...to fight the No. 4th ranker." I replied.

" I like your confidence." He grinned.

The Zigena started turning.

[ Ashborn Style: Flow state ] This technique allows me to condense the shinsu in the air to my body for a larger attack.

As the Zeniga tipped over, everyone arrived along with Viole.

" Alright, you're all here. Now it looks more fun. So now... let's start the game!!" He shouted.

Mr. Horyang and Prince tried to stop him but failed.

The shinsu in the air stopped before disappearing as soon as Mazino went towards me.

" You're not running away?!! Alright!! Then I'll show you... the legendary power! Supreme king's... scorching fist of death!!"

I looked to the side to see a little girl chasing a pig to my side and looked at Viole, who was too far away.

I gritted my teeth and changed my technique from exploding the shinsu outward to parry his attack instead.

[ Ashborn Style: Reverse Flow ] This technique was to reverse all techniques, including mine and my opponents, but this technique isn't completed.

Which meant I could only stop my attack but not my opponents yet.

I held the little girl into my arms as I braced myself for impact as Mazino's attack hit my back.

[ Ding! Regeneration activated ]

[ Ashborn Style:... Healing flow ]

I made sure to heal the little girl with shinsu just in case my attack accidentally touched her.

Reverse flow is a deadly technique that reverses all shinsu in one's body. If they don't have a durable body to withstand it, then they'll die.

And that's what I was worried as I healed the little girl.

( Mazino Pov )

" That's strange. I didn't expect there to be another flower... well... it's a good thing, though."

I couldn't keep my mind off the boy's technique. To stop and reverse the flow of shinsu, hell, he almost made me lose control over my shinsu...

' Now that's a dangerous fucker...' I thought as I grinned at the man strength. And he's still conscious.

" Well since this one had been born I don't need the other one, you can take that one for your courage." I said to the boy... or man.

" To protect your teammates while facing the strongest man."

As soon as I got out, I faced three rankers who I easily beat.

' Now to take the baby Zigena back.' I thought as I met up with someone to take the baby zigena.

" Tell Yuri that I got it "

" Yes sir."

" And thanks for your hard work infiltrating the floor as a test director."

" No problem, Mr. Mazino... you have a wound on your face."

" Wha?" I exclaimed as I wiped blood off of my face to feel a cut.

" Don't underestimate the rankers. Of course your way stronger..."

I tuned him out as I remembered back to the fight with the rankers, but none of them managed to land a hit. But then I remembered the guy I faced in the Zigena.

' I see... that technique he used before canceling it... it wasn't just defense.'

" Yuje, you got something to do. There is this guy and a baby slayer in FUG. Keep an eye on those two."

" Somethinf fun is going to happen."

( Ashborn Pov )

I looked at my arm to see the damages of reverse flow. There was a large scar from my hand to my forearm. Two days had passed since than and everyone had waited for my recovery.

" It's official. You're an idiot." Arie spoke.

" Ugh, like that'll help me recover." I replied.

" You're already recovered you idiot, stop staying in bed!"

" Nah, it's comfy!" I replied as Adie tried to take the blanket off.

" Dad! There's trouble!!" Yuu shouted as Arie and I stopped.

" What is it?"

" Ms. Yeon is saying as an elite! She should be in charge of cooking duty atsrting today!!" Yui shouted as Seung nodded behind her.

" we gotta stop her!" Arie and I shouted as I got our of bed.

After making dinner, I was about to walk back to my room but found Wangnan and Hwaryun talking about the workshop.

The place we'll meet our friends at before the second battle.

' The workshop... after all this time searching... you finally slipped Hwaryun.' I thought ad I silently walked back to my room with my team.

" Pack up. We're leaving." I said as I threw Seung's bag at him.

" Are you sure?" Arie asked.

I gave her a silent nod. FUG is going to keep their eye in this team and I've met my friend, I'm sure he'll be fine.

" We'll be going to the workshop, and it'll be faster with just us. And no one keeping an eye on us." I said as I looked at a certain shadow figure outside.

' Karaka's servants...'

" I'll meet you all outside." I said as they started getting ready.

' Right now, I need to get rid of that servant.'

[ Ashborn Style: Thunderous Blitz ]

I arrived behind the shadow and grabbed its neck before throwing it down.

[ Crush ]

Splat!

Its head exploded as I got off the building and met up with my team.

" Hey! Where are our guys going!?" Wangnan shouted.

" Up the tower, wangnan. Well, I met you there." I said as I looked at Hwaryun, who looked at me.

I'm sure she figured out that I was eavesdropping and heard where my friends would go.

" Don't bother stopping us. I'll kill every FUG member that gets in my way. Including you, Hwaryun, despite our history." I threatened as I grabbed Yui's hand and started walking away.

" History? Ou! What does that mean?!" Arie shouted.

" I'll tell you guys later." I replied.

( Wangnan Pov )

" They left..." I muttered as I watched Ashborn's team leave.

" Wha?! Don't leave! Aren't you supposed to be cooking for us!!" Ms. Yeon shouted which was ignored by us.

" Why did they leave?" Mr. Horyang asked.

" Tsk, must be scared of FUG."

" No... they're not. It's that you guys would be slowing then down in climbing the tower." Hwaryun said as we looked at her.

" What do you mean?" I asked.

" It seems Ashbkrn finally found where he would meet his friends." She replied with a smirk.

( Hwaryun Pov )

' Don't you realize Zero. You and your team will be an open target and I'm sure karaka wouldn't hesitate to attack.'

( Ashborn Pov )

" Karaka..." I muttered as I put Yui behind me.

" Zero... this time you have no escape." He said as his servants began to reveal themselves.

" I knew this would happen, but I'm confident in kayaking your arm, right now." I replied as I gave Yui a scroll.

" Do you remember the technique?" I glances at her and she nodded as she started opening the scroll.

" Now!?" I shouted as I dodged Karaka's attack and hit his servant on the right but immediately felt a sharp pain my left as I looked to see Karaka using his peircing technique on me and Arie.

' Arie...' I pushed Karaka away and grabbed Arie before the teleportation scroll took us to the towers secrete pathways.
