Rei sleeping on his bed, covered with a sheet, with sunshine passing through the window, a maid knocks on the door and enters 'Good morning Sir Rei, hope you had a pleasant rest.'

Rei starts floating and moves to the door 'Alright, thank you.' he then starts flying throughout the mansion to the dining room.

With Calum and Nora, having breakfast, Rei enters 'Good morning, Lord Calum.'

'Ah Rei, Good morning, we were just talking about you, it's only been two weeks since the day you ate all the food in the mansion, but you sure have made amazing progress in controlling your Float skill.'

Rei responds in a shamed voice while Yuka throwing food in him, 'Yeah, sorry about that, I didn't think I could taste the food, It's true that I'm better now at moving, but I'm still not good at basic magic or using my attack skill.'

'Hmmm… I think you might need some real practice, why don't you go to the nearby forest with Sven, he can help you practice with some weak monsters.'

'It's a big building with lots of adventurers, but that's not the point, get Rei registered then take him to the west forest, assist him leveling up'

'He's still at level 1, which is very weird considering even children usually get to level 10 before they become adults, also even though it's not dangerous, don't go too deep, hunt slimes, and return before dark.'

'Alright, will go prepare a carriage to—'

Yuka comes from the shadows behind him scaring Sven 'The carriage is ready waiting for you two'

Rei and Sven ride the carriage to the guild, on their way, Rei asks Sven if it's fine going in from the front door, considering his condition.

'Nah it's alright, adventures don't really judge based on looks, all they care about is your rank and skills.'

After they reach the guild's huge building, crowded with noisy adventurers, the moment they enter, they all go silent and start staring at the flying toilet.

'Hah...hah no I was just surprised that not everything is written on it….', Rei becomes a bit happy and think to himself "It's weird that my real status isn't being shown, it might be because of that angel, well, at least no one can see my stupid titles or skills, I can stay anonymous."

'Alright let's go to the west forest and hunt some Slimes.'

'Wait, we won't take a quest?'

'I don't think it will be needed this time....'

Rei becomes a bit suspicious but goes with it, they ride the carriage and move west, exit the city, and enter the forest, they stand in a place with slimes bouncing around.

Sven picks up Rei and throws him on one of the slimes, crushing it, and splattering its internals everywhere.

'It's alright you already fell before and nothing happened, sure we might not be able to harvest their cores for a quest, but look you leveled up'

'The sun is almost down, lets go back to the mansion.'

They ride the carriage, and on their way back, inside the city, the streets are crowded with people, Sven stops the carriage suddenly...

'What's going on, Why did we stop here? Also, why are there so many people around us?'

'Ah I forgot, today is the day the hero from the south is arriving to the city, they will pass by us soon, I believe they will be attending the academy with you in two weeks, maybe you can meet them in person later on.'

Rei expands his Environment Perception skill, he sees the hero smiling and waving to the people, and thinks to himself "Huh, that's a familiar smile, someone trying to hide their depression, faking it, I used to be like that..."

'Well, Sven, I really hope I never meet them there. Sure, it might be nice being a hero, we all have that fantasy of going on an adventure, saving the world, but I rather not die… again….'

'I guess you're right, anyway, let's quickly go back to the mansion before lady Nora yells at me...'
