The first thing I saw was a big chandelier, made by glass and colorful gemstones hanging above me. If this is heaven, it's too gaudy. As I accepted the fact I was probably dead and already entered heaven, I rubbed my forehead to sigh at my fate. So, 34 years old, huh? I died earlier than dad.
When I raised my hand, I was shocked to see my naturally tan skin had turned so pale all of the sudden. I was white as paper. Isn't it too colorist, even for heaven? I quickly sat up from the bed I had awoken to and dropped my jaw to what I was seeing in large mirror in front of me.
I was pretty sure I was born Korean... so why the hell is my reflection in the mirror showing me a young platinum-blonde, green-eyed European girl?
I decided that heaven was racist.
"What the hell..." I grumbled in a voice that sounded groggy from sleeping.
I then held my throat. My voice used to be so deep, now it sounded like D*sney Princess material, and this voice is still groggy! If I sing right at this moment, I bet a flock of bluebirds would fly into this room and perform a synchronised flying choreography while singing at me back.
Okay, heaven is owned by W*lt D*sney and now they take innocent souls to do a play for them. I bet my left tit I'm probably motherless and isolated in a goddamned forest for all my life to the point I have a best friend who is probably a deer.
But a forest to be a place for a mansion as gaudy as a castle is probably a bit of a stretch...oh no. I palmed my face and sighed deeply as I realized what happened to me.
So choke me daddy and call yourself Emperor Caitel, I was probably reincarnated in a fantasy web novel or webtoon and my fate in this world is either a happily ever after or a tragic death.
Fuck.
"This is way worse than being thrown into hell along with the dirty perps I've killed!" I exclaimed in frustration.
Why did I have to die back then? God.
