Kaiden wasn't impressed at all to stumble upon Ian like he'd just done. If for anything, he was pretty much startled by the boy's sudden reveal. Was he also tailing him now?

Settling his hands in his pockets, Kai allowed the blonde boy to wallow in his foolishness because of how pompous and giddy his words were resounding out from his mouth.

What was his beef with him anyway?

Ian began to walk in circles about them and stopped just in front of Kai.

''You know, for a punk like you who kissed Jake and then sent his father's goons to beat him up, it's almost unlikely that you'll feel pretty bothered about him skipping a couple of classes already.''

''What nonsense are you blurting out from your mouth?'' Kai challenged the indirect talker.

''What do you mean by he got beat up?''

''Yeah, Ian.. Answer him already. How do you even know so much about Jake. Have you been tailing him too?'' Zev chipped in, curtly.
